These animals are precocious,\u0000have high immunity, sows have high milk productivity, well-developed maternal instinct.\u0000These animals belong to the bacon line of the production. The body is wide, stout, the\u0000chest is wide. Up to 50 % roughage can be included in the fattening ration (taking into\u0000account the breed specifics of the digestive system). This breed adapts well to both hot\u0000and humid climates. In Ukraine, this breed appeared thanks to the Transcarpathian\u0000entrepreneur M. N. Popovych In 2004, the Vietnamese breed of pigs conquered all the\u0000western and central regions of Ukraine, and in 2005, young animals began to be sold in\u0000the eastern regions of Ukraine. Two breeds called Vietnamese are grown on the territory of Ukraine: actually Vietnamese and Korean. These breeds have differences in phenotype. Aim. Solving the question of the origin of the Vietnamese breed of pigs in\u0000Ukraine by using mtDNA polymorphism. Methods. To identify the origin of the genome\u0000of the Vietnamese breed of pigs, the method of determining the mitochondrial DNA is\u0000used, which allows to study the origin of the ancestral maternal form and thus to solve\u0000its origin. The methods used for the study involved the use of mitochondrial DNA polymorphism in the maternal line of the Vietnamese pig population in Ukraine. For the\u0000study, blood samples were taken from 4 boars and 6 gilts of the Vietnamese breed in a\u0000private farm in the village Takhtaulove, Poltava district. DNA isolation was performed\u0000using Chelex 100 ion exchange resin. DNA amplification was performed using Thermo\u0000Fisher Scientific reagents according to the manufacturer's conditions. The results. A\u0000study of 29 aboriginal Chinese, European breeds and subspecies of wild boar identified\u0000a distinct difference in the mtDNA of Asian and European pig breeds. Phylogenetic\u0000studies of relationships among domestic Euro-American, Asian breeds and wild boar\u0000populations also revealed a clear division of mitochondrial haplotypes into Asian and\u0000European ones. Using this approach, it is possible to determine 10 European and 8\u0000Asian mitochondrial haplotypes. Conclusions. Mitochondrial haplotypes A and C\u0000belonging to the European group have been identified among Vietnamese pigs. The comparative analysis of productive traits of different breeds of\u0000breeding pigs of Ukraine. The research method is the analysis and comparison of\u0000indexes of the development and productivity of pigs of different breeds, changes in the\u0000number of animals and subjects of the breeding business in pig breeding during 2017–\u00002021. The results. The analysis of the state of the breeding base of pig breeding in\u0000Ukraine over the course of five years shows the reduction of 31 subjects of the breeding\u0000business with a herd of about 7,000 heads of the main sows. As of January 1, 2022,\u0000there are 67 breeding enterprises, including 27 breeding factories and 40 breeding\u0000farms. To date, pig breeding is represented by 10 breeds of pigs, the most numerous of\u0000which are two breeds – the Large White - 60% and Landrace 31.3%, which are bred in\u000018 and 13 regions of Ukraine, respectively. The largest number of pigs are bred in Kyiv\u0000(624,800 heads), Lviv (430,000 heads), Donetsk (405,400 heads) and Ternopil (377,000 heads) regions. And the smallest population is concentrated in Luhansk\u0000(40.9 thousand heads) and Kherson (49.5 thousand heads) regions. It was determined\u0000that the tendency to increase the stock at the beginning of 2022 was observed in Durok\u0000breeds (from 1.98 to 2.47%), Pietren (from 1.58 to 2.08 %), the Red White-belted\u0000breeds (0, 23 to 0.33), Wales (from 0.47 to 0.58%) and Ukrainian Steppe White breed (0.96 to 1.26 %). For the rest of the domestic breeds, such as Poltava Meat,\u0000Ukrainian Meat and Ukrainian Steppe piked, a clear tendency to decrease was\u0000observed, respectively, by 0.13; 0.02 and 0.04%. The analysis of productive traits shows\u0000that the reproductive qualities of sows bred in breeding factories are higher than those\u0000of breeding farms, this applies to such breeds as Landras, Durok, Poltava Meat. The\u0000advantage according to the multifertility index was 1.4 heads, 1.5 heads, 1.0 heads,\u0000respectively. As for Welsh and Durok breeds, which are considered meat breeds, but\u0000are distinguished by high reproductive qualities (multifertility of the Welsh breed –\u000013 heads, Durok – 11.6 heads). It is explained, in our opinion, by purposeful selection\u0000work aimed at increasing the fertility rate. The reproductive traits of other meat\u0000genotypes remain as they meet the requirements for meat genotypes. Conclusions. Methods. The research was carried out in the\u0000conditions of LLC "Agro-industrial company" of the Zaporizhzhia region. The object of\u0000the study were hybrid pigs obtained as a result of the combination of purebred and\u0000crossbred sows of different breeds with boars of the Optimus and Alba lines. The\u0000fattening and meat qualities of experimental pigs were determined according to the\u0000following indexes: average daily gain during the period of control fattening, g; age of\u0000reaching 100 kg live weight, days; feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain, feed.\u0000unit; thickness of lard at the level of 6–7 vertebrae, mm. A comprehensive evaluation of young pigs of the experimental groups for fattening and meat qualities was carried out\u0000based on the calculation of the Tyler index. The results. It was determined that, with the\u0000exception of lard thickness, descendants of boars of the Alba line prevailed in most\u0000productive traits, where, for example, the average daily growth of hybrid young pigs\u0000from ♀Durok×♂Landrace sows was at the level of 910 g with an evaluation index of\u0000262.4 units. This applies to the combination of Alba boars with sows ♀Landrace×♂\u0000Large White, where the average daily gains of the hybrids amounted to 894.0 g, and the\u0000age of reaching a live weight of 100 kg was 171.8 days, with an evaluation index of\u0000259.3 units. (The average index for all combinations is 249.9 units). Combinations with\u0000the Optimus line slightly lagged behind Alba boars, especially in combinations with\u0000sows ♀Landras×♂ Large White, ♀Landras×♂Optimus, where the average daily gains\u0000were 753.1 and 763.1 g, respectively, with indices of 219.7 and 295.4 units However,\u0000the Optimus terminal line showed high results of the fattening qualities of the offspring\u0000with sows of the combination ♀Large White ×♂Landrace (average daily gains of\u0000872.0 g, age of reaching 100 kg weight – 177 days with an evaluation index of\u0000246.8 units).\u0000Taking into account the fact that sows of the combination ♀ Large White\u0000×♂Landrace (F1) are most common in commodity farms of Ukraine, including in\u0000industrial complexes, the use of boars of the Optimus line should also be considered\u0000promising and should be widely used in hybridization. Conclusions. It was established\u0000that when sows of different origin were combined with boars of two terminal lines,\u0000higher results were obtained in the offspring of Alba boars, analogous groups by\u0000maternal origin prevailed in the offspring of Optimus line boars by 8.3–18.7 % in terms\u0000of average daily growth and by 1 .5–7.3 % by the age of reaching a live weight of\u0000100 kg. The best result when using boars of the Optimus terminal line was obtained\u0000when they were combined with sows ♀LW×♂L (F1), the average daily gains were\u0000higher by 15.4–3.8 % compared to other variants of their combination with sows.\u0000Considering that ♀LW×♂L (F1) sows are the most common in commercial pi

The study was conducted to characterize the genetic diversity of hybrid\u0000pigs (Large White×Landrace)×Maxgro in Ukraine. Method. DNA isolation was performed from bristle samples using Chelex-100 ion exchange resin and epithelial tissue from the ear of pigs by the sorbent method. The results. The results of DNA typing of hybrid pigs (Large White×Landrace)×Maxgro from LLC "Hlobynskyi Svynocomplex" are presented. Using PCR-RFLP analysis of the polymorphism of the D-loop section, 7 mitochondrial haplotypes were determined – N, C, O, G, D, E, K. In the studied sample of pigs (n=50), the concentration of haplotypes as a percentage is determined. It was found that mitochondrial haplotypes C (24 %) were found to be characteristic of Landrace pigs, Hampshire, Wales, a wild pig (Ukraine, Poland, France); haplotype O (12%) – inherent in a wild pig and Landrace breed (Sweden); haplotype G (12 %) – peculiar to Wales breed, a wild pig (Italy, France); haplotype N (28%) is characteristic of the Large White breed of pigs, representatives are carriers of the Asian type. It is worth noting that the Asian haplotype N is characteristic of the Asian wild pig and Berkshire breed. The presented data on the hybridization of mitochondrial genomes of Asian and European origin are the basis for the creation of modern lines of hybrid pigs along the maternal line. Haplotype N refers to haplogroup A(D), and haplotypes C, O, G belong to haplogroup E. It is completely uncertain that haplotypes D (10 %), E (6 %), K (8 %) belong to haplogroup A(D). According to the results obtained, haplogroup E in hybrid pigs is dominant, however, it is haplogroup A that is the predecessor of haplogroup E. We assume opinions that pigs of the Large White breed with haplotype N, D, E, K – contain aboriginal genetic resources. Pigs with haplotype D, E, K – are the result of hybridization with European wild boars. Over time, this led to the almost complete disappearance of the primary Middle Eastern ancestors in the nuclear genomes of European domesticated pigs. The speculation that traditional seasonal cattle breeding, annual long-distance migrations that have occurred in the past, and commercial trade in nucleuses explain the observatory pattern of favorable gene flow among hybrid pigs. Conclusions. The results obtained during the study of the mitochondrial genome of hybrid pigs improved the understanding of matrilineal origin and phylogeographic model of distribution of genetic diversity of cross-border pig breeds (Large White×Landrace)×Maxgro in Ukraine. We came to the conclusion that natural selection acts very weakly on the single nucleotide polymorphism that led to the formation of the haplogroup of cross-border breeds of pigs that are found today. To determine the degree of completeness of air purification and the suitability of the developed experimental samples of the chamber for its use to reduce the content of polluting gases during the removal of air from the premises of the industrial complex. Methods. The research was conducted on the basis of the pig farm of Agroprime Holding LLC of the Odesa region. The determination of the level of methyl mercaptan (mg/m3) in air emissions outside the premises was carried out using a portable gas analyzer Dräger X-am 5600. The determination of the level of ammonia (mg/m3), hydrogen sulfide (mg/m3) was carried out using a portable multi-component gas analyzer ANKAT - 7664 Micro. The measurement of the content of polluting gases in the air before and after passing the air through the purification chamber was carried out in the pig fattening shop of the pig complex. The concentration level of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide was recorded using a certified and certified device: a multicomponent individual alarm-analyzer of gases "DOZOR-S-M". The results. It was established that the level of hydrogen sulfide in the air of the room at a height of 0.5 m from the floor was 3.34 mg/m3, above the manure bath – 9.72, at the entrance to the upper filter from below - 2.46, at the entrance to the upper filter from the side – 3.03, at the exit from the air exchange shafts on the roof – 2.83, and at the entrance to the side filter – 5.66 mg/m3. The level of ammonia at a height of 0.5 m from the floor was 1.84 mg/m3, above the manure bath – 5.28, at the entrance to the upper filter from below – 1.34, at the entrance to the upper filter from the side – 1.64, at the exit from the air exchange ventilation shaft on the roof – 1.54, at the entrance to the side filter – 3.08 mg/m3. Hydrogen sulfide and ammonia were not detected at the exit from the ventilation ducts, where air purification chambers were installed. Conclusions. The obtained results indicate that, during the tests, the air contaminated with foul-smelling gases, after passing through the purification chamber, was completely freed from gases, and the presence of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide was not detected either by apparatus or organoleptically. However, there are\u0000not so many pig enterprises that use special software (Accent - pedigree accounting in\u0000pig breeding and Plem Office Pic) in Ukraine. According to the survey, it turned out that\u0000only about 20 % of surveyed enterprises use the specialized IT products. Therefore, the\u0000purpose of our work was to analyze the possibilities and prospects of using the Microsoft Excel program as an intermediate simplified option for keeping zootechnical and breeding records in the conditions of modern breeding and commodity enterprises for the production of pig products in Ukraine. The developed Excel algorithm "Primary\u0000zootechnical accounting" is a quick and convenient way to create the main forms of\u0000breeding accounting, if it is necessary, to display the necessary reports on the monitor\u0000screen or in the paper form. The advantages of using the developed Excel algorithm on\u0000the example of its use in the conditions of a breeding breeder for breeding Pietren pigs:\u0000selection of pairs taking into account the degree of kinship between animals to prevent\u0000inbreeding, the actual presence of sows in the herd and the structure of the herd in real\u0000time, evaluation of the productivity of boars, sows and others. Disadvantages of the\u0000developed Excel algorithm "Primary zootechnical accounting" - the algorithm works\u0000quite effectively with a relatively small number of animals (100-200 heads are optimal,\u0000and the maximum is up to 500 heads of the main sows), some tables are created manually, and from time to time it is necessary to manually optimize the database. The developed Excel algorithm "Primary zootechnical accounting" is recommended for use in the conditions of breeding farms as a transitional stage to the next use of professional programs for keeping breeding and zootechnical accounting in conditions of limiting the costs of material resources.\u0000Key words: primary zootechnical accounting, algorithm, Excel program, breeding\u0000stock, pigs.

It has been carried out Soil sampling and soil chemical analysis in accordance with current state standards of\u0000Ukraine. Hydrochemical analysis of melt water was carried out according to the methods of O. A. Alekin. Microbiological studies were performed by seeding the soil suspension and melt water on appropriate solid nutrient media. So, Soil research revealed a higher content of certain chemical elements and microorganisms in the immediate vicinity of farm areas compared to more distant distances. Thus, according to the chemical analysis of the soil near Farm 1 (number of livestock 1.5 thousand heads, seasonal tour technology of pork production is used) at a distance of 0 m there is a higher content of ammonium N, P2O5, K2O, Cu, Zn. Near Farm 2 (number of livestock 40.0 thousand heads, used flowshop technology of pork production) at a distance of 0 m there is a higher content of only N ammonium, Cu and Z. Microbiological analysis of soil was performed by the method of aggregate assessment of the presence of microorganisms using an integrated indicator. It was found that near Farm 1 at a distance of 250 m there is only a downward trend, and a significant decrease only at a distance of 500 m, and in Farm 2 - this figure is significantly reduced at a distance of 250 m. Hydrochemical studies of melted water of the snow cover adjacent to pig farms include a list of studied chemical components, the presence of which varies depending on the distance from the farm: nitrogen compounds related to nutrients and individual ions of mineral compounds - Na+ + K+, SO42\u0000According to the studied chemical and microbiological indicators of the soil, it is\u0000established that the radius of harmful effects of the enterprise with seasonal tour\u0000technology of pork production is larger compared to the enterprise with flow-shop\u0000technology of pork production. According to the research of the melted water of the snow cover of the territory adjacent to the pig farms, a number of components have been identified that can be used as indicators that will characterize the harmful impact on the environment of pork enterprises.\u0000Key words: Pig farms, natural environment, topsoil, snow, chemical elements,\u0000microorganisms, pollutants.
