So that one of the focuses is to improve the nutritional status of children, especially by making food preparations from ingredients that are high in calories and protein, and of course those that are of interest to children in terms of taste and shape. Egg shells are an alternative food ingredient that is rich in protein and calcium. In addition, dates and honey produce a natural sweet taste, and have high nutritional value. The purpose of this activity is to provide alternative snacks for children in the form of eggshell cookies, a combination of dates and honey. The method starting with making egg shell cookies a combination of dates and honey (Ceria), and determining the right recipe for these biscuits, in terms of taste and shape. Then tested the nutritional composition (calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, sugar, and fiber). Furthermore, the cookies were distributed to partners, namely mothers who have children aged 6 months to 9 years and health cadres in the Kedungmundu Village, Semarang. The result for this research was Ceookies “Ceria” with the ingredients of eggshell flour, wheat flour, cornstarch, dates, honey, and egg yolks. The nutritional composition produced in 100 grams of cookies produces 511 kcal calories, 63,7 grams of carbohydrates, 0,83 grams of protein, 28,3 grams of fat, 49,5 grams of fiber, and 7 grams of sugar. In addition, the students (santri) also receive lessons in entrepreneurship, enabling them to learn about business and gain the confidence to become entrepreneurs, especially if supported by the readiness of the institution to facilitate its students. Besides the independence of the institution itself, entrepreneurship at Pondok Pesantren also benefits the surrounding community when the initiated business manages to empower the local community. Pondok Pesantren Ahmad Dahlan, located in Kriyan, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta Special Region, is one such institution that has the potential to develop an independent business. This is considering that the institution already has a 3kg Gas (Melon) business and has received prior training. Pondok Pesantren Ahmad Dahlan has significant potential in developing entrepreneurial spirit, both among its students and administrators. This results in a lack of diversification of economic revenue sources to support the institution's activities. To address this issue, the Community Service Team from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) implemented a community service program focusing on the cultivation of tilapia and gourami fish. The methods used include training, field practice, and ongoing assistance, monitored and evaluated periodically. The findings indicate a significant increase in knowledge and skills in fish cultivation among students and administrators, as well as the potential for a significant increase in income from this fish farming business. With the COVID-19 pandemic, product marketing must be transformed using internet media, due to the limited space for product marketing. USM community service team through the Community Service program will provide assistance to the UMKM Forum Gerai Kopimi Semarang Selatan using social media to promote their products more broadly. Armed with information technology knowledge, especially in the field of marketing using social media and product shooting techniques owned by the service team, it is hoped that they will be able to expand the reach of marketing their products. This activity will be carried out in several stages, First, conducting field surveys related to partner problems, Second, designing the most appropriate methods for utilizing social media for product marketing and designing the most suitable packaging designs for products so that they can increase the value of partner products. It has some activities such as counselling, sharing about health-acknowledgment. Youth Integrated Healthcare Center is a solution in social-community to increse the wealth and youth reproduction health. The purpose of community servicing is to training youth Integrated Healthcare Center and grow Youth Integrated Healthcare Center’s acknowledgement. The methode is Cadre training of Youth Integrated Healthcare Center, then giving education, discoursing, discussion and practicing to the cadre of youth Integrated Healthcare Center. The result of this activity is the increasing of cadre’s youth Integrated Healthcare center acknowledgement and the continuing youth Integrated Healthcare center’s activity at Dadapan Sendangmulyo. However, the competence of teachers is still conventional learning aids so the learning process is not optimal. To answer this problem, the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, Indonesia proposed information technology-based learning training activities for madrasah teachers. The purpose program is to strengthen human resources for teachers in MI Desa Duren and Sabilul Huda Jimbaran. The proposed program is divided into three learning schemes, (1) interactive presentation media, (2) online classroom learning, and (3) online learning evaluation. The results of this program are that the participants proved to be able to produce effective, elaborative, and interactive teaching materials based on information technology so that students are not bored and enthusiastic about following lessons in the classroom.
