Tegal City is a priority area for handling stunting. Collaboration is needed in assisting families at risk of stunting with various parties, one of which is the PKK cadres so that training is needed for PKK cadres to improve skills for data collection and identification of families at risk of stunting. The purpose of this training activity for family planning cadres is to increase the knowledge and skills of TPK in data collection and identification of the risk of stunting in the city of Tegal. Community service activities training in data collection and identification of families at risk of stunting were attended by family planning cadres in Tegal. After the data collection and identification training activities for family planning cadres the Family Assistance Team (TPK) showed (p = 0.000 <0.05) which means that there was a significant difference in the knowledge of family planning cadres before and after being given training on stunting risk identification and data collection. Stunting can be corrected if it occurs in the first two years of a child's age, but afterwards it will be difficult to correct, so cooperation is needed in stunting prevention. This community service program intends to provide education as well as training to youth organizations and health cadres of the village who partners with the Community Service Institute of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, namely hamlets of Sribit and Sekarsuli, Berbah, Sleman. The model of the BHD training program was a combination of mini-lecture and practice. Technically, BHD materials were taught by the health professionals to participants 8 times in 1 month. Determination the effectiveness of the program, pretest and posttest were conducted before and after the training. The statistical analysis test results for the total value of the pretest and posttest found that there was an increase in the total of respondents (n=23) who had a good average level of knowledge, from 0 (0%) to 14 (60.8%). The average value of the test also increased, i.e. before the program was 46.13 then became 80.43, with a p value of 0.001 using the Wilcoxon test. This indicated that there is a difference in the respondents’ knowledge before and after conducting basic BHD training. The first problem is the lack of literacy that meets the needs of the Inclusive Elementary School. The second problem there is no online learning system. Moreover, the third, teachers do not have facilities of the literacy and learning system for the inclusive elementary school. The solutions offered to answer the three problems are, first, literacy that supports learning needs. Second, the provision of an integrated website-based learning information system and library-based teaching materials library service. Third, literacy for teachers about the application of learning systems and the manufacture of teaching materials that facilitate the teaching and learning process. The method of implementing this PKM is community participation by developing into a number of activities such as: participatory mentoring, workshops, simulations and substitution of science and technology, creation of learning information systems and library services for integrated web-based teaching materials as well as literacy and socialization processes. The evaluation of this activity uses the CIPP method, namely context, input, process, and product tailored to the needs of literacy and teaching and learning processes. Exclusive breastfeeding also has physical and psychological benefits for the mother. This service aims to improve the knowledge of pregnant women in Gambesi Community Health Center about the benefits of breast milk. The type of activities carried out in the form of health counseling related to the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding. The instrument used to measure the level of knowledge of pregnant women in the form of a questionnaire with 10 structured questions about breast milk, the measurement results of this questionnaire is the level of knowledge is good, enough and less. This activity was preceded by a pre-test to measure the level of knowledge of pregnant women before receiving counseling materials and followed by a post-test to measure the level of knowledge of pregnant women after receiving counseling materials. These problems include the management and development of standardized homestays and marketing of tourism products based on the Guntung community (Community Based Tourism). This service aims to increase the capacity of Pokdarwis Human Resources and the community of Guntung Village in managing and developing a standardized homestay business and the ability to market tourism village products in Guntung Village.The stages and methods used in this community service training consist of 3 (three) stages; namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage with lecture, discussion, question and answer, field trip and role play methods. This activity was conducted as counseling using the webinar method through zoom meetings. Participants were enthusiastic, as seen from the questions asked during the discussion and question-answer sessions. The ability of participants to answer pretest and posttest questions showed an increase in participants’ knowledge between before and after the counseling. The average score of the pretest was 7.00 with a standard deviation of 3.428, while the average score of the posttest was 14.06 with a standard deviation of 1.983. A paired t-test was then used to determine whether the scores from the pretest and posttest differed. Given that the p-value for the difference between the pretest and posttest scores was 0.000, it can be said that the difference is statistically significant. It can be determined that the partner satisfaction questionnaire's answers were valid because they ranged from 0.549 to 0.905 when it was previously assessed for validity using the Pearson product-moment method. The instrument passed the reliability test with a Cronbach Alpha rating of 0.925, indicating that it was trustworthy. According to the results of the partner satisfaction survey, the typical score was 4.09. Thus, it can be concluded that the activity satisfies the participants.
