The algorithm of fuzzy neural network was researched, and the water quality evaluation model of intelligent water service was proposed. Through the training data learning and test data verification, the fuzzy neural network was proved to be effective. (Routing). First, the network history of the node's behavior is quantified into a trust value, then all the node's neighbors sum up their trust value and take the average, and finally the comprehensive trust value of each node is uploaded to the management center, so as to directly select safe and trustworthy nodes during route seeking, and eliminate malicious nodes from the source; in addition, to avoid the high trust value of the path workload is too large and lead to circuit breakage, or other links. In the case of “starvation”, a load balancing mechanism is introduced to combine the trust value to select the reliable and low load path transmission. In this paper, we propose a space-time attention network, which is an improved graph convolutional neural network based on the attention mechanism. This space-time attention network extends the attention mechanism to the time dimension of the node. Information explosion has become an urgent problem. To find the target information accurately from a large number of short texts and to find the short text with the same semantic meaning of the target information, we propose and build a microblog text classification system. Take the official microblog of Peking University as an example; the TextCNN model based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used for the classification of the text of Peking University's Weibo. The text is pre-processed accordingly and converted into word vectors through unsupervised learning. TextCNN is used for training to realize the classification of Weibo text. Finally, the paper sets up a web server to interact with the users, and uses the Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) algorithm to recommend relevant categories of Weibo based on user search content. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the TextCNN model used in the article is 85.94%. This paper realizes the function of microblog content classification and accurate search. Based on virtual geographic environments (VGEs), this paper proposes an urban traffic decision-making analysis (UTDA) platform, which supports the storage of multi-source heterogeneous data, the integration of multi-disciplinary models, the display of multi-form visual analysis results and the collaborative work among multiple users. Then, a platform framework based on hybrid cloud was built and the collaboration mechanism within the platform was described in detail. Then, taking Beijing's multi-source traffic big data as an example, a prototype system was implemented to verify the feasibility of the coordination mechanism and system framework, and the ability of the system to solve urban traffic problems. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that changing adaptive step length has evident influence on phase of test results. The method mainly includes two steps: establishing a fault diagnosis model and online fault diagnosis. Firstly, preprocess the collected bearing vibration data, and then train and optimize the fault diagnosis model, and finally realize online fault diagnosis.
