Saputangan leaves were macerated, then partitioned to obtain total terpenoids using a separatory funnel while checking filtrate partition with cerric sulfate. Extracts dissolved with methanol were partitioned with n-Hexane and then partitioned between aquadest and ethyl acetate in a ratio of 1: 1 to obtain 50 g of total terpenoids. TLC analyses was performed on total terpenoids using n-hexane: acetone (80:20 v/v) solvent. The total terpenoids were proved that terpenoids have 11 terpenoids as red stain based on their Rf. Masalah yang timbul pada ibu menyusui adalah produksi jumlah ASI yang tidak maksimal. Salah satu penyebab masalah tersebut adalah asupan gizi yang rendah sehingga banyak bayi yang kebutuhan gizinya kurang terpenuhi. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilakukan selama empat hari di Puskesmas Pantai Cermin. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI ibu menyusui melalui pemberian bolu kukus daun katuk. Ibu menyusui diberikan 1 porsi bolu kukus daun katuk yang terdiri dari 3 potong yang masing-masing beratnya 15 gram selama empat hari. Pada hari pertama tim pelaksana melakukan edukasi tentang ASI melalui ceramah dan diskusi serta memperkenalkan produk bolu kukus daun katuk dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi pembuatan bolu kukus daun katuk dan pemberian bolu kukus daun katuk kepada peserta. Pemberian bolu kukus daun katuk dilanjutkan hingga hari ke empat dan lembar observasi tentang frekuensi menyusui dibagikan setiap hari. Berdasarkan sosialisasi ini didapatkan hasil bahwa ibu menyusui mengalami peningkatan frekuensi menyusui dalam 24 jam. Disimpulkan bahwa produk bolu kukus daun katuk efektif meningkatkan produksi ASI. \u0000Abstract \u0000Exclusive breastfeeding was the best choice for newborns up to 2 years of age. The problem that arises in breastfeeding mothers was the production of the amount of milk that was not optimal. One of the causes of this problem was low nutritional intake so that many babies had less nutritional needs. This community service outreach has been carried out for four days at the Pantai Cermin Health Center. The purpose of this activity was to increase breastfeeding production of breastfeeding mothers through the provision of katuk leaf steamed sponge. Breastfeeding mothers are given 1 serving of katuk leaf steamed sponge, which consists of 3 pieces, each pieces was 15 grams for four days. On the first day, the implementation team conducted education about breast milk through lectures and discussions and introduced the katuk leaf steamed sponge product, followed by a demonstration of making katuk leaf steamed sponge and giving katuk leaf steamed sponge to the participants. The distribution of katuk leaf steamed sponge was continued until the fourth day and the observation sheet on the frequency of breastfeeding was distributed every day. Based on this socialization, it was found that breastfeeding mothers had an increasing of the frequency of breastfeeding within 24 hours. Hingga saat ini, virus corona telah menginfeksi lebih dari 100.000 juta penduduk dunia dan sekitar 4.000 orang di antaranya dinyatakan meninggal dunia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan protokol kesehatan dan menambah pengetahuan serta merubah sikap lansia tentang pencegahan covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuisioner tentang pencegahan covid-19. Dari hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan lansia sangat antusias menyambut kegiatan ini. This study aims to find out if pandan leaf extract is fragrant. can be formulated into a stable toothpaste gel preparation and has the cause of dental plaque. The test material used pandan leaf extract is fragrant for concentrations of 2%, 3% and 5%. The results of the evaluation of preparations in the form of organoleptic tests, homogeneity, pH, spreadability test, adhesion test, viscosity and frezee-thaw cycling of each formula did not undergo significant changes from week 0 to week 3 which indicates that the preparation has good stability. The data is obtained with results indicating a significant difference between formula 1, formula 2 and formula 3. Method the study was conducted experimentally,the sampelwas extracted by maceration for 3x24 hours using 96% ethanol. The results of the viscous extract is obtained as the active substances with concentrations 5% and 10%. Test preparations test organoleptis, include an examination of its homogeneity, ph preparations and skin moisture. Homogeneity test showed that the mask cream preparations produced were homogeneous, pH range 6-7 and the humidity test with a concentration of 5% obtained an average value and could moisturize the skin and a concentration of 10% obtained an average value of 59.46% could moisturize the skin. Diabetes melitus dapat menjadi serius dan mebahayakan jika tidak segera diobati. Pengontrolan kadar glukosa darah melalui aktifitas fisik masih sulit dilakukan disebabkan kedaran masyarakat yang kurang. Aktifitas fisik merupakan salah satu pilar penatalaksanaan komplikasi diabetes melitus. Aktifitas fisik dapat dilakukan dengan brisk walking. Hal ini jika dilakukan secara teratur dapat merangsang sintesis glikogen melalui peningkatan aksi insulin dan merangsang transportasi glukosa. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang Brisk Walking terhadap perubahan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien diabetes mellitus. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan dimulai dari penyampaian materi kepada penderita diabetes melitus tentang konsep penyakit diabetes melitus dan penatalaksanaannya, pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah dan evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menjadi bahan kajian untuk di diskusikan agar peserta lebih paham dan secara diri mampu mengendalikan terjadinya komplikasi yang dapat diakibatkan diabetes melitus. \u0000Abstract \u0000Diabetes mellitus is caused by insufficient insulin in the body and insulin cannot be used to meet the body's needs. Diabetes mellitus can be serious and dangerous if not treated immediately. Controlling blood glucose levels through physical activity is still difficult to do due to lack of public awareness. Physical activity is one of the pillars of the management of complications of diabetes mellitus. Physical activity can be done by brisk walking. This if done regularly can stimulate glycogen synthesis through increasing insulin action and stimulating glucose transport. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling about Brisk Walking on changes in blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. The method of activity is carried out in stages starting from delivering material to people with diabetes mellitus about the concept of diabetes mellitus and its management, checking blood glucose levels and evaluating the results of the implementation. Common signs and symptoms that arise from hypertension are sore neck (neck pain). Neck pain due to hypertension makes the comfort needs of hypertensive patients not met. One of the non-pharmacological measures to reduce or overcome neck pain is a warm compress. A warm compress is giving a feeling of warmth / heat in a certain area. neck pain scale in hypertensive patients before warm compress therapy, said moderate pain 4 respondents (28.6%), severe pain 10 respondents (71.4%) with a standard deviation of 0.469. The pain scale of hypertensive patients after warm compress therapy was said to be moderate for 12 respondents (85.7%), the weight of 2 respondents (14.3%) with a standard deviation of 0.426. Hypertensive patients who experienced severe neck pain decreased, before being given treatment as many as 10 people, after being given treatment as many as 2 people.
