The research adopts a quantitative approach, using time series data from 2005 to 2022. The method employed is the Error Correction Model with Eviews 12. The tests conducted include unit root tests, cointegration tests, the Error Correction Model involving long-term and short-term tests, and classical assumption tests. The results of the analysis reveal that, in the long term, the exchange rate does not significantly affect oil and gas exports in Indonesia, whereas both the money supply and foreign exchange reserves have a significant impact on oil and gas exports. Hindus in Pekanbaru City have a small number compared to other religions with a presentation of 0.02%. But this does not reduce their obedience in carrying out purnama and tilem rituals. This research uses a ritual perspective, where communication is not a process of message transmission but as a representation of shared beliefs. This research aims to describe the communication patterns of full moon and tilem rituals in Hindus in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which focuses on observation and interview. The results showed that the communication of purnama and tilem rituals in Pekanbaru City was carried out with five series of processes, namely nganteb banten, puja trisandya, kramaning sembah, hening and doa, and dharma wacana. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method using time series data. The data collected in this research uses secondary data obtained from various sources. The research results show that the number of business units, domestic investment, foreign investment, and regional minimum wages have a significant and positive effect on labor absorption in the micro, small and medium enterprises sector in Sleman. The focus of this research is on the foot ring plate of the sofa/spring bed. This research was conducted to analyze whether the paper production section at PM One experienced a shortage of workers. In this context, a labor shortage can be interpreted as meaning that UD.ARTHOMORO has not found the ideal number of workers to achieve optimal production efficiency. To overcome this problem, the research used the Work Load Analysis (WLA) method. The research results show that paper production at PM one reached 9000 PCS, with a manufacturing time of around 22.99 minutes per 30pcs. WLA's analysis concluded that to achieve that level of production, 17 workers were needed. However, in reality, there are only 9 workers working in that section. Therefore, an additional 8 workers are needed so that production can run optimally. One of the proposed solutions is to provide overtime hours to the 9 existing workers, without increasing the number of workers. The calculation results show that the costs incurred by the company for overtime hours are lower than adding new workers. Therefore, from a financial perspective, providing overtime hours to existing workers is a more efficient option. This press applies pressing or loading movements using hydraulic power. In order for the pressing process to be even or precise, one cylinder is needed which moves the top plate (Punch). The working load on the single acting cylinder has a maximum capacity of 20 tons. The design of this press tool is designed by following the type and shape of the selected material sample. The change in system and culture requires them to re-adapt to these conditions. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the amount of electronic money in circulation, the number of fintech players, and the number of peer-to-peer lending bank accounts and their influence on MSME financing in Indonesia in the industrial era 5.0. This research adopts a quantitative approach, analyzing secondary time series data from January 2018 to August 2023. This study reveals a positive and significant impact of both electronic money circulation and peer-to-peer lending accounts on MSME financing. This suggests that higher levels of e-money and peer-to-peer lending accounts potentially promote MSME growth in industry 5.0. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the quality of services provided to users of BHP courier transportation services between KALOG, Herona Express, and LNP expedition services at Purwokerto Station. The sample used in this study are 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique sampling. The attributes used as a reference are the five dimensions of service quality, which were Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a descriptive analysis method, Service Performance (SERVPERF), and MANOVA. The results of this study showed from overall service quality dimensions score. With the highest total average score (4,123) obtained by KALOG expedition services, then Herona Express (4.118), and the lowest total average score (4.056) obtained by LNP expedition services. As transportation infrastructure grows, the importance of safety at level crossings increases. The accident prediction equation developed by the United State Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) is one of the most frequently used formulas due to its accuracy in predicting the number of accidents at level crossings. In this study, the calculation of hazard index and hazard index and probability of accidents for the next few years using the U.S. DOT formula approach at level crossings located in Madiun City, namely JPL 1, JPL 136 and JPL 138. Based on the results of the Hazard Index calculation, JPL 136 has the highest hazard index value of 194.859 followed by JPL 138 and JPL 1.
