Secara umum, proses aliran air dimulai dengan mengisi penuh tangki air lalu pompa akan bekerja untuk mengalirkan air melalui pipa, melewati pressure meter dan rotameter yang bertugas untuk membaca hasil pengukuran debit aliran fluida sekaligus mengatur jumlah aliran fluida. Selanjutnya, air akan mengalir melewati water flow sensor dan kembali lagi ke dalam tangki. Salah satu karakteristik dari plastik yang dapat dipelajari adalah konduktivitas panas. Konduktivitas panas merupakankemampuan suatu material untuk menghantarkan panas dalam kurun waktu tertentu dan pada ketebalan tertentu. Konduktivitas panas pada plastik dapat dipelajari dengan menggunakan Energy2D. Jenis plastik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari polipropilena, polistirena, HDPE, LDPE dan PVC sedangkan Ketebalan yang digunakan bervariasi mulai dari 1 cm sampai dengan 9 cm. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi yang telah dilakukan, jenis plastik polipropilena memiliki kurva paling rendah jika dibandingkan dengan semua bahan yang digunakan. Waktu yang dibutuhkan suhu bagian luar (sumber) untuk sama dengan suhu bagian dalam ruangan setelah melewati polipropilena adalah (>40 jam). Selain dari itu, waktu yang dibutuhkan suhu bagian luar untuk sama dengan suhu bagian dalam ruangan akan semakin lama jika polipropilena yang digunakan semakin tebal. Assembly of components should be carried out sequentially based on the standards set by the company. For companies that still operate the assembly process manually by employee, sometimes errors occur in the assembly process, which can affect the quality of production. In order to be carried out the assembly process according to the procedure, a system is needed that can detect employee hands when carrying out the assembly process automatically. This study proposes an artificial intelligence-based real-time employee hand detection system. This system will be the basis for the development of an automatic industrial product assembly process to welcome the Industry 4.0. To verify system performance, several experiments were carried out, such as; detecting the right and left hands of employees and detecting hands when using accessories or not. Each Courier has a daily productivity performance to aim with a perfect score (100%) to gain a reward. However, an assessment based only on productivity performance cause problems, where it is impossible to achieve a perfect productivity score to get a reward. This research focus to improve the rewarding system using a decision support system by adding other aspects than productivity which is the behavioral aspect. Absentee, successful delivery, cash on delivery, status update, attendance, and lateness are the behavioral aspect criteria used. Profile Matching method is conducted to compare employee profiles with the standard values and calculate its GAP. The smaller the GAP, the greater the weight results for the best alternative solution. The results, from 150 employees, 5 employees were selected as the best employees and granted rewards with the highest position scored 4,733, second scored 4,725, third scored 4,7234, fourth scored 4,722, and fifth scored 4,721. Pada umumnya, proses fabrikasi peralatan berat selalu melibatkan proses pengelasan yang berpotensi mengubah sifat mekanis material. Oleh karena itu, pada proses fabrikasi yang melibatkan kedua baja tersebut, dilakukan proses perlakuan panas setelah pengelasan untuk memodifikasi sifat mekanisnya. Proses perlakukan panas ini dilakukan terutama untuk menghilangkan tegangan sisa dan menurunkan kegetasan melalui proses annealing. Dalam penelitian ini, annealing dilakukan pada kedua baja tersebut untuk melihat pengaruh proses perlakuan panas pada kekerasan dan struktur mikro material. Pada kedua baja tersebut dilakukan proses annealing dengan suhu 760 oC, holding time 2, 4, 6, 8, dan 10 jam serta laju pendinginan 20 oC/jam. Setelah proses annealing, pengamatan dengan mikroskop metalurgi dilakukan untuk melihat struktur mikro akhir dilanjutkan dengan pengujian kekerasan material menggunakan metode Rockwell B. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa holding time annealing mempengaruhi fasa dan ukuran butir serta kekerasan baja S690 dan S235JR. Ukuran butir terbesar terbentuk dengan holding time 10 jam sementara kekerasan terendah juga didapatkan pada holding time 10 jam. Holding time annealing juga mempengaruhi perubahan fasa dari fine bainite menjadi ferrite dengan butir yang besar pada S690 dan menurunkan ukuran pearlite pada S235JR. By addition of sensors, installations, and a control panel containing instruments for monitoring wind conditions, Savonius turbine rpm, and pico-generator output electrical characteristics. The method used is conventional, starting from mechanical design, program development, and installation to testing. This study's preliminary results indicate that wind at the PLTB Polibatam location is not continuous. It does not occur, even though the maximum wind speed can reach 8.9 m / s. PCC banyak digunakan dalam industri kertas karena memiliki keunggulan ukuran partikel yang lebih seragam serta derajat kecerahan dan kemurnian yang lebih tinggi. Review artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh temperatur sintesis PCC dengan modifier terhadap ukuran dan jenis kristal, mengetahui pengaruh penambahan modifier terhadap ukuran partikel PCC serta mengetahui kondisi sintesis yang menghasilkan PCC yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam industri kertas. Review artikel ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka berdasarkan literatur jurnal ilmiah dengan menggunakan satu jurnal PCC tanpa modifier dan lima jurnal PCC dengan modifier yaitu Sodium Deoxycholate (SDC), asam oleat, dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (DTAB), etilen glikol, dan ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). Metode sintesis yang digunakan dari jurnal yang diteliti adalah metode kaustik soda dan karbonasi. Penentuan jenis kristal PCC menggunakan data hasil X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) dan penentuan ukuran partikel menggunakan data hasil Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) dan Particle Size Analyzer (PSA). Berdasarkan hasil review artikel terhadap jurnal penelitian yang digunakan, temperatur reaksi mempengaruhi ukuran dan jenis kristal PCC dengan modifier . Jenis kristal kalsit terbentuk pada temperatur rendah (≤30°C), vaterit umum terbentuk pada temperatur ≥40°C, dan aragonit terbentuk pada temperatur tinggi ≥60°C. Semakin tinggi temperatur, ukuran PCC yang dihasilkan cenderung meningkat. Penambahan modifier mempengaruhi ukuran kristal PCC dengan menghasilkan ukuran yang lebih kecil dibanding dengan PCC tanpa modifier. Dalam penelitian ini, belimbing wuluh diekstraksi untuk mendapatkan ekstrak yang mengandung saponin menggunakan metode ekstraksi maserasi dan berbantukan sonikasi dengan variasi waktu 3, 5, dan 7 hari untuk ekstraksi maserasi serta 10, 20, dan 30 menit untuk ekstraksi berbantukan sonikasi. Variasi rasio simplisia:solven yang digunakan adalah 1:6, 1:7, dan 1:8 (g/mL). Variasi ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kondisi ekstraksi yang feasibel. Komposisi dari ekstrak yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi menggunakan uji LC-MS sedangkan kadar saponin dalam ekstrak dianalisis menggunakan metode gravimetri. Ekstrak kemudian diuji detergensinya melalui uji pengangkatan kotoran untuk mengetahui potensinya pada aplikasi detergen. In this study, silver nanoparticles, Ag 0 , were synthesized through the spontaneous reduction of Ag + solution using a natural reducing agent of lemon peel extract. Extraction was carried out at 60 o C for 10 minutes in a water solvent. The extraction of lemon peel involves varying the mass of the lemon peel powder, namely 2.5; 5; 7.5; and 10 grams to produce varying concentrations of reducing agents. Synthesis of silver nanoparticles was carried out at 60 o C for 20 minutes by mixing 0.1 M Ag + solution with the extract solution with various concentrations. The result of the synthesis is a dark brown to blackish colloidal solution which indicates the formation of Ag 0 from micro to nanoparticles in the solution. The concentration of lemon peel extract is directly proportional to the amount of Ag 0 formed, which is characterized by the colour of the solution. The Ag 0 solution showed its effectiveness as an antifungal under five days of observation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan karakterisasi mikrokapsul pupuk urea dan uji pelepasan urea dari mikrokapsul. Metode mikroenkapsulasi yang digunakan yaitu crosslink emulsi dengan kitosan sebagai bahan dinding mikrokapsul dan glutaraldehyde saturated toluene (GST) sebagai agen crosslink . Hasil uji SEM menunjukkan mikrokapsul urea terbentuk dengan permukaan kasar dan berbentuk agregat. Hasil difraksi sinar X menunjukkan bahwa mikrokapsul urea dengan dengan konsentrasi larutan glutaraldehid 10% memiliki sifat kristalin lebih tinggi dibandingkan larutan glutaraldehid 5%. Hasil analisa DSC menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan titik lebur pada mikrokapsul urea dengan penambahan larutan glutaraldehyd 10%.
