This study uses the ADDIE development model with the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. The research was conducted in Ciampea Subdistrict, Bogor Regency with respondents aged 8-15 years. Bahan dan metode: Sebuah kuesioner pernyataan 14 diberikan kepada 40 siswa homeschooling tingkatan kelas 10-11 yang menggunakan pembelajaran online dalam 2 tahun belakangan ini. Para siswa menanggapi setiap pernyataan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil: Hasilnya menunjukkan persetujuan tinggi siswa (35% setuju dan 62% sangat setuju), pada kepemilikan keterampilan komputer yang diperlukan dan akses ke internet. 62% Whatsapp dan Email sangat membantu dalam komunikasi dan interaksi dengan guru dan siswa lain. Pembelajaran dengan Google Class room sangat membantu pembelajaran siswa yaitu 29% dan 50%. Sehubungan dengan preferensi belajar siswa, beberapa siswa lebih suka Google Class room (35%) dan video tutorial (21%) di atas kuliah tatap muka tradisional. Sementara sebagian besar siswa (41% sangat setuju dan 35% sangat setuju) lebih memilih kombinasi metode pengajaran tradisional dan tutorial online. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, sikap siswa positif tentang pembelajaran online. Implemented education by parents builds children's readiness to adapt and learn new things, also have an impact on overall children's intelligence and emotional development. This study aims to obtain information about the types of parenting learning needs that are suitable for parents who have children’s, especially those who live along the Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study are elderly people with a vulnerable age of 17 to 60 years, the number of samples to be studied is 397 people. Saat ini kompetensi era digital yang harus dimiliki oleh lulusan PLS setidaknya yakni kompetensi informasi dan literasi data, komunikasi dan kolaborasi, kemampuan menciptakan konten digital, keamanan termasuk menjamin pelindungan terhadap data dan kerahasiaan, kemudian kompetensi memecahkan dan mengatasi persoalan secara teknis. Tentu saja setiap anggota keluarga memiliki kewajiban dan hak yang berbeda sesuai dengan kodrat dan fungsinya masing-masing. Proses kehidupan, masyarakat mengalami perubahan seiring dengan tuntutan kebutuhan keluarga sehingga telah memaksa seseorang atau anggota keluarga untuk berpisah sementara atau berbeda tempat tinggal untuk bekerja, mengejar karir, dan kuliah. Walau demikian tugas dan fungsi masing-masing harus dijalankan sesuai dengan kodratnya. Fungsi pendidik dalam keluarga harus dilakukan untuk menciptakan keharmonisan baik didalam maupun di luar keluarga. Apabila terjadi disfungsi peran keluarga, akan terjadi krisis dalam keluarga. oleh karena itu, para orang tua harus menjalakan fungsi sebagai pendidik dalam keluarga dengan baik, fungsi pendidik dalam keluarga diantranya, fungsi biologis, ekonomi, kasih sayang, pendidikan, perlindungan, sosialisasi anak, rekreasi, status keluarga dan fungsi agama. Untuk memenjalankan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing keluarga yang tinggalnya jarak jauh, maka interaksinya akan berkurang. dengan adanya teknologi interaksi berupa smartphone interaksi keluarga menjadi mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan smartphone, keluarga bisa berinteraksi untuk menjalankan fungsi masing-masing. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan smartphone dapat melaksanakan interaksi keluarga untuk menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi keluarga yang tinggal jarak jauh antara lain, masalah keterbukaan, masalah kejujuran, masalah kesetiaan, masalah ekonomi, masalah anak dan pemenuhan biologis. The research method uses correlational and associative quantitative research. The research was conducted at BLK DKI Jakarta by sampling as much as 120 purposive from a total of 170 tutors scattered in BLK DKI Jakarta. Data retrieval by developing instruments using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the multivariate test. The results showed that first there was a significant influence between andragogy competence of tutoring ability of the tutor, both there is an influence between interpersonal communication to the management skills of the tutor as well as third Simultaneous influence between Andragogical's compliance and interpersonal communication on the managerial skills of tutors at BLK DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek pada penelitian ini adalah seorang mudaris (pembina) dan empat orang mahasiswa penerima beasiswa kader surau. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah pembinaan dilakukan dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan pembinaan dan direncanakan dengan baik dibuktikan dengan adanya jadwal kegiatan setiap program yang akan dilaksanakan, dan juga aspek yang dikembangkan pada pembinaan beasiswa dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan diri penerima beasiswa, hal demikian bisa dilihat dari banyaknya prestasi yang dicapai diantaranya juara lomba design, menjabat ketua organisasi internal dan eksternal kampus, dan menjadi delegasi Indonesia di Jepang pada acara Future Leader Camp Batik Festival, serta juara MTQ (Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran) baik tingkat kampus maupun Nasional. Pembinaan ini didukung dengan adanya mudaris yang mempunyai kapasitas dalam melakukan pembinaan serta manajemen waktu yang baik sehingga penerima beasiswa kader surau bisa membagi waktunya antara mengikuti pembinaan dan perkuliahan. To accelerate the goal of educational development for rural women can be done by forming learning communities through Community Learning Centers (PKBM).Learning for rural women in PKBM needs to be integrated using information and communication technology (ICT) because the community lives in far-off places while learning needs to be done in stages and continuously (life long learning). The use of ICTs in learning for rural women will facilitate the process and interaction in learning. Providing skills and economic empowerment become the main material in learning for rural women. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitianya: 1) proses pembinaan perilaku sosial dan akhlak mulia pada narapidana anak melalui program pelatihan kecakapan hidup meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 2) Hasil proses pembinaan perilaku sosial dan akhlak mulia pada narapidana anak melalui program pelatihan kecakapan hidup dapat disimpulkan perilaku sosial narapidana anak menunjukan baik, akhlak mulia narapidana anak terlihat sabar, syukur dan tawadhu, kecakapan hidup narapidana anak dapat membuka usaha sendiri setelah bebas dari tahanan. 3) Faktor pendukung perilaku sosial dan akhlak mulia pada narapidana anak melalui program kecakapan hidup adalah motivasi, kesadaran diri, lingkungan keluarga dan LPKA.
