The ratio of cash flow information is one of the financial performances analyzes that use a cash flow statement. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of cash flow statement information in assessing financial performance at PT. Indosat, Tbk. during 2016-2018. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Indosat, Tbk shows that the company's financial condition is not good because of the five ratios that are taken into account in assessing financial performance, only the ratio of cash to interest coverage illustrates an increase in financial performance. Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara persial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lima Persada Finance . populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 orang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini memakai dua variabel bebas yaitu disiplin (X1), kepemimpinan (X2), sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan metode analisis data yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik sebelum melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t secara persial dan uji F secara simultan dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 5%. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lima Persada Finance . dilihat dari uji t dimana disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan hasil untuk kepemimpinan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Adapun hasil penelitian uji F secara simultan menunjukan bahwa disiplin dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lima Persada Finannce. At work, millennial generation satisfaction is still lower than the generation above. Job satisfaction is an important aspect that companies need to evaluate because it will affect employee performance, which ultimately leads to employee loyal ty or turn over. According to Robbins & Judge (2017) and Armstrong (2014), factors that affect job satisfaction are leadership, job design, career development, coworkers, and work environment (one of which is technology).The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, job design, and career development on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees with technology moderation. This research was conducted by distributing gform questionnaires to 205 respondents from the millennial generation in the education industry, in Jakarta. The results of this study explain that the variables of transformational leadership, job design, career development and technology can affect job satisfaction by 80%, the rest is influenced by other factors.The variables of transformational leadership, job design, career development and technology have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction variables. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This method is used by means of research prioritizing systematic observation of existing activities to obtain appropriate and targeted results by using the analysis tools for the bad debts ratio and the accounts receivable turnover ratio. The results showed that the risk of uncollectible receivables from CV Suryamas in 2015-2019 was 0.11%. While CV Suryamas' receivables turnover in 2015-2019 was seen from the average collection ratio of 121.78%. When viewed, the ratio of non-performing receivables is 0.11%, which means that there is less risk of uncollectible receivables and the average collection ratio reaches 100%. Based on the analysis of the uncollectible accounts receivable ratio to the CV Suryamas receivable turnover ratio in OKU Regency during 2015-2019, it shows that the management of uncollectible accounts has been strived to run properly. Data analysis was performed using the SmartPls program. The results of this study are the influence of organizational culture and knowledge management on performance, but it does not directly affect performance, but with the mediation of work loyalty has a significant and positive effect with full mediation. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pasuruan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak populasi sebanyak 87 PNS dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh maka jumlah sample sesuai dengan jumlah populasi. Analisis terhadap data yang ada dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPls. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh budaya organisasi dan knowledge management dengan terhadap kinerja tetapi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, tetapi dengan mediasi loyalitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif dengan sifat full mediation. Budaya organiasi dan knowledge management secara langsung berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas kerja, sedangkan loyalitas kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja. The population of respondents in this study were the State Civil apparatus (ASN) within the scope of the Kupang City Government, East Nusa Tenggara, group I to group IV, totaling 370 ASN Kupang City government consisting of ASN group I as many as 8 of respondents, ASN group II as many as 80 of respondents, group III as many as 215 of respondents, and group IV as many as 67 of respondents. The type of data in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis with data processing and analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that the transformational leadership within the City Government by policy makers has generally been implemented well. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Cilacap. The research object is the Sharia General Bank in Indonesia from 2014-2018. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling with selected samples as many as 10 sharia banks out of 14 sharia public banks. Data were analyzed by using a panel regression analysis model, and it was processed in Eviews 10. The results showed that the Murabahah receivables have a significant and negative effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-1.08 E-11 and a prob. amounting to 0.0470. Mudharabah financing has a significant and positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 4.98 E-11 and a prob. of 0.0137. Musyarakah financing has a positive effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of 2.97 E-12 and prob. by 0.1579. Qardh loans have a negative effect and not significant to Net Operating Margin (NOM), with a coefficient value of-2.88 E-09 and prob. of 0.4773. Besides, receivables Murabahah, financing Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Qardh loans have a significant effect on Net Operating Margin (NOM) simultaneously.
