The research method used was a case report on one family with one caregiver who experienced the burden and anxiety of tuberculosis clients with a history of drug withdrawal. Interviews and observations used the Hamilton Rating Scale (HARS) instrument on caregivers and the Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) instrument. The results showed that family psychoeducation with six sessions at four meetings could reduce anxiety and burden on caregivers with an initial HARS score of 29 to 16 (mild anxiety) and a ZBI score of 44 to 34 (light-moderate perceived burden). In conclusion, family psychoeducation affects client adherence to treatment; in family psychoeducational interventions, health workers coordinate with caregivers to reduce anxiety and increase caregiver knowledge about the client's illness. Family psychoeducation also plays a role in overcoming social and self-stigma in clients and families. \u0000Keywords: Family Psychoeducation, Drug Dropout, Stigma, Pulmonary Tuberculosis

The search results obtained 12 articles that would be assessed for quality with the guidance of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Research results show that parental involvement in child care in intensive care can reduce parental stress and anxiety. The highest significance was seen in the Family Integrated Care (FICare) program (p < 0.00043) and Family Centered Care (FCC) (p < 0.001) in the NICU room. The literature search method is based on the compilation of PICO through online database searches on Clinicalkey, Clinicalkey Nursing, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, ProQuest, and Scopus. Journal search results obtained 20,106 articles; after the selection stage, nine reports were obtained for analysis, consisting of 5 RCT articles, one systematic review article, two quasi-experimental articles, and one meta-analysis article. The results showed that HD patients who were routinely given intradialytic exercises would show an increase in HD adequacy achievements, suppress inflammatory reactions, increase albumin and hemoglobin values, reduce the erythropoietin resistance index, increase phosphate clearance, improve the quality of life of HD patients and minimize the risk of both acute and chronic complications. Chronic disease caused by HD. Meanwhile, temperature profiling can reduce the incidence of intradialytic hypotension, pruritus, and fatigue and reduce the severity of Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) without interfering with the achievement of HD adequacy. This study concludes that intradialytic training and temperature profiling effectively improve the quality of HD services. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: HD Quality, HD Patient Quality of Life, Intradialysis Exercise, Temperature Profiling

Methods Semi-structured telephone interviews were conducted with 35 parents of children aged 10 to 12 who attended schools in low, middle, and high socioeconomic status environments. Interviews were transcribed using verbatim, anonymized, and analyzed. The results showed that most parents valued family involvement in physical activity as necessary. The benefits of joint activities can increase parent-child interaction and communication, take advantage of the time together, improve mental health and physical fitness, and control weight. However, it was found that families rarely did physical activities together as a family unit, and any activities done together were usually sedentary. Schedule complexity hinders the implementation of activities with the family, in addition to busy lifestyles, differences in ages and interests of children and adults, lousy weather, and lack of access to facilities, transportation, and activity costs. In conclusion, family-based interventions must be prioritized for implementation in accommodating complex family demands and needs by taking into account the affordability and capabilities of the family. \u0000Keywords: Physical Activity, Family Interaction, Togetherness Values, Mental Health.

The method used is qualitative research using a phenomenological design. The results of this study indicate that there is research showing that the five themes include; 1) There are physical, psychological, and sexual changes after postpartum care related to culture; 2) There are cultural restrictions such as strenuous activity, food, and sexuality in postpartum care; 3) The cost factor is a reason to consider in choosing postpartum care; 4) Mothers and parents-in-law dominate sources of decision-making for postpartum care related to culture; 5) There is ambivalence in following postpartum care related to culture. This study concluded that the mother's ability to adapt to the changes in toddlers is very influential in overcoming stunting. The experience of postpartum care for mothers who consume salad and herbal medicine related to culture is influenced by several factors, namely abstinence, which includes: strenuous activity, food taboos, and sexuality. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Culture; Consumption of Rujak and Balanga Medicine; Postpartum Care
