One is called formal system where face to face teaching- learning process is arranged in the classroom under prescribed scheme of studies for prescribed time. Other is known as non-formal system, which is delivered outside the framework of formal educational institutions. Both systems provide not only academic but professional programmes also, such as PTC, CT, B.Ed and M.Ed etc. This study is designed to compare the pedagogical expertise of graduates who have received B.Ed degree from these two systems. Further, results of this study may motivate heads of schools to arrange teacher training workshops for those teachers who have less command on teaching competencies. This study used Survey Research Methodology. Sample of study included 20 schools purposively selected. Data for the study were collected through questionnaire that consisted of 12 questions for heads of the schools. After analysis, the data revealed that B.Ed graduates of conventional system of teacher education were pedagogically more capable in comparison with B.Ed graduates of non-formal system of teacher education. Research adopts quantitative approach, utilizing a survey questionnaire distributed among a sample of individual investors actively trading in Pakistan stock exchange. Survey assesses prominent behavioral biases like overconfidence, disposition effect, risk-aversion bias, and herding behavior, while measuring participants' level of financial literacy. Findings of study proves significant impact of behavioral biases on investors' decisions. Respondents validate prevalence of shared biases, including overconfidence, disposition effect, risk-aversion bias, and herding behavior. These biases tend to influence the decision-making process of investors, leading to suboptimal investment choices. Results suggest that financial literacy plays moderating role in linking behavioral biases and investment decisions. One way for SMEs to enhance performance is over leveraging power of culture, marketing, and product innovations. This paper examines impact of cultural, marketing and product innovations on SMEs' performance and provides insights into how SMEs can effectively use these three factors to gain a competitive advantage. The sales volume was used as a measure of enterprises' performance, and the study sample consisted of 291 SME owners and workers drawn from target population provided by SMEDA. Descriptive and regression analyses were performed to estimate effect of innovation. Results showed that the SMEs in Lahore were predominantly male- owned businesses with majority of employees/ owners being single & having diploma level education. Regression results revealed a significant impact of innovation on the performance of SMEs in Lahore, with product, marketing, and organizational innovation having a statistically significant effect. Growth, in business world, is often viewed as a desirable objective. It serves as important indicator of a company's success and plays major role in the job creation, prosperity, and global economic progression. A supportive ecosystem, comprising elements like individuals, organizations, governments, and support systems, is necessary to foster the entrepreneurship. These work synergistically to promote business creation and growth. This study aimed to determine influence of entrepreneurship ecosystem factors on entrepreneurs' growth intentions. Target population for the study comprised entrepreneurs who have already established their ventures. A total of 158 responses were collected using survey methods. The study used Smart PLS software, revealing positive association between socio-economic factors and entrepreneurs' growth intentions. Based on this positive association, we recommend enhancing the support systems within entrepreneurship ecosystem in Nepal. Drawing on comprehensive review of literature and empirical analysis, this research investigates the impact of TQM practices upon organizational performance, considering the crucial role played by knowledge transfer mechanisms. The study employs quantitative research design, collecting data from a manufacturing SME’s operating in Lahore, Pakistan. SEM is used to analyze data and test proposed hypotheses. The findings shed light on the significant positive relationship amid TQM & organizational performance, highlighting vital role of knowledge transfer as a mediating mechanism. The research employs a structural equation modelling (SEM) methodology to examine the proposed associations, using survey data from subset of individuals who have previously made decisions regarding investments. The results indicate that financial behavior and literacy have a positive and significant effect upon financial satisfaction and individual investment decisions. Also, individual investment decisions were found to have a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction. The relationship between financial literacy, financial behavior, and financial satisfaction was found to be mediated by individual investment decisions. Moderating role of risk attitude was observed between financial literacy, financial behavior, and individual investment decisions.
