First, after completing the analysis of the system function and performance, based on the Unified Modeling Language (UML), the role relationships and domain class relationships such as administrators and teachers are modeled. Secondly, according to the actual construction requirements of the laboratory management system, the functional modules of the system are constructed from five aspects: user login management, data maintenance management, laboratory management, experiment management and system management. Finally, based on PowerBuilder and SQL Server, the call and connection of user interface and background database are realized, and the design effect of each functional module is shown. However, in the actual power engineering, the cost management of power transmission and transformation project (hereinafter referred to as PTATP) runs through the whole process of project construction, involving the processes of feasibility study, design, construction, change, completion and final accounts, which is a systematic problem. With the application of intelligent technology, collaborative office, BIM, smart site and big data have been applied to project management and cost management, which has been fully introduced into the digital and intelligent era. Therefore, the construction of PTATP cost management system has become the trend in the future. Through the cost management system of PTATP, we can collect, store, calculate and optimize the cost of PTATP life cycle, which can predict and warn the project cost. Therefore, this paper first analyses the application technology and construction principles of the cost management system for power transmission and transformation projects, as well as the main problems existing in the current cost management model. Then, some prediction methods, standardised data elements, validation data and integration data are analysed for the retrieved key cost data to realise the management of key cost data before the cost data collection template for transmission and substation projects, and effectively improve the key cost data matching ratio in the data collection template. Finally, this paper constructs and analyses the intelligent research results of the system, and introduces how to build a professional intelligent application platform for cost management in terms of platform architecture, technical route selection, application architecture design and data integration design. The trust bias assumption improves the unrealistic noise-free assumption in the Position-Based model, but it assumes that the propensities are independent. In this paper, we improve this assumption and consider that the propensities of different positions are relevant. In particular, we model the relationship between different propensities as a Propensity-Dependent model and use both IPS estimator and the Doubly Robust estimator to learn the optimal ranking policy. Another intriguing aspect of the acquired data is the ability to obtain exact information about sensors' locations. In order to localize multi-hop WSNs, based connectivity algorithms use their benefits, such as simplicity and acceptable accuracy, to do so. However, the localization accuracy may be limited due to the two- or three-dimensional environment (2D or 3D). Range-Free 3D-WSNs can benefit from an analytic model for hop-size quantization and an Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method for localization to reduce localization errors. The additional third dimension greatly affects the accuracy of localization. Since many applications require 3D localization, it is important to develop efficient self-localization algorithms for 3D WSNs. In this paper, for a uniform distribution of sensor nodes, a new probabilistic quantization of hop size in 3D WSNs is proposed. Moreover, the extreme learning machine (ELM) which represents a new approach to WSN localization is exploited combining a conventional method (probabilistic approach) with a non-conventional method (Machine Learning). For a variety of conditions, our algorithms have been tested through simulation in isotropic settings. The performance of the localization model was assessed using the average localization error (LE). When compared to previous 3D-DV-Hop heuristics, the suggested localization algorithm's performance in terms of accuracy is clearly demonstrated by simulation data. In this mode, the system is easily subjected to various attacks, leading to system intrusion or failure. In order to solve the existing research of digital intellectual property protection system based on artificial intelligence technology, digital watermark attack means, users of the system requirements analysis and the depth of the neural network is discussed, on the basis of against based on artificial intelligence algorithm proposed in this paper the development environment of digital intellectual property protection system and benchmark data set were described simply. Furthermore, the system architecture is designed and discussed. Finally, the digital intellectual property protection system integrated with deep neural network is analyzed experimentally. The experimental data show that the deep neural network technology based on artificial intelligence algorithm can protect against property rights attacks, and the accuracy of digital watermarking and digital signature against four types of attacks is about 85% and 98% on average, respectively. Nowadays, with the proliferation of smartphones and the advancement of machine learning methods, it is more likely to achieve rapid identification of disease diagnosis by a smartphone-assisted application supported by deep learning trained models. By comparing different datasets and different kinds of CNN frameworks, this paper trained deep convolutional neural networks based on plant leaves’ images to identify species and detect diseases. Furthermore, this paper found the best combination of different datasets with the highest accuracy. The highest accuracy this work got is 97.37%, using ResNet-9 along with Transfer Learning. Nevertheless, these training datasets are too straightforward to deal with the more complex real-world situation. Besides, two-dimensional datasets from time to time have such limited information; therefore, more information is needed to diagnose plants’ diseases. For future extension, this work can apply not only image datasets but also environmental factors, such as soil structure and image background, to construct a more precise model to diagnose plant diseases. Hence, the concept of Point Cloud will be discussed in this paper. {"title":"Integrated Mobile Command Platform for UAV Operation, Inspection and Dispatching","authors":"Yonglong Ma, Binghua Fang, Mingjie Xiao, Xiaocong Wang","doi":"10.1145/3582084.3582090","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1145/3582084.3582090","url":null,"abstract":"In order to effectively solve the problems of poor infrastructure in remote areas and high human distribution cost in developed areas, the design of integrated UAV network for urban and rural logistics and the scheduling method of UAV onboard platform are proposed.Considering the situation that self-run logistics stocks goods in advance according to the forecast of demand, in this essay, under the distribution situation of dispersed customer demand and frequent demand fluctuation over time, the uncertain demand of customers is described by polyhedron set, and the two-stage robust optimization model of plane-carrying platform scheduling is established, and the L-type algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The experimental results show that when, the target value obtained by the robust optimization method is close to that of the stochastic programming, and the scheduling path obtained by the two methods in the first stage is basically the same, except for the difference in the determination of the service relationship in the second stage.When the budget level was increased from 0.0 to 0.2, the number of on-board platforms used remained at 8, while the penalty cost and unmet requirements decreased.Conclusion: The efficiency of robust optimization is better than that of stochastic programming, and the decision economy is greatly improved by relaxing the model robustness appropriately.In the face of uncertain demand, the system will first adjust the scheduling path of the on-board platform, and then consider increasing the number of on-board platforms. Finally, through the visualization experiment of the key posture extraction of the movement sequence, the AES of aerobics based on the ARA in this paper is compared with the traditional evaluation system.
