The purpose of the research is the conceptual principles of effective management of land resources in united territorial communities (UTC). Method. To achieve the set goal, a number of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge were used: the dialectical method of knowledge of economic phenomena and processes (when determining the subject, object, subjects, purpose, goals and tasks of land resource management in UTC), monographic (when studying the essence of the concept of \"effective management of land resources\"), graphic (when presenting the concept of forming a system of effective management of land resources of a united territorial community), abstract and logical (for theoretical generalizations, formulation of conclusions and development of proposals in the field of land resources management ). The results. As a result of the study, the subject, object, subjects, purpose and tasks of effective management of land resources in united territorial communities were determined, and it was also proposed to interpret the concept of \"effective management of land resources of the UTC \" as a process of forming such a management system that would provided a steadily growing positive economic effect from the use of the lands of the UTC with simultaneous observance of ecological and other nature protection norms, provided that the costs for the formation of such a management apparatus are optimal and adequate to the obtained economic, ecological and social effect. The goal of land resource management at the level of the UTC is to create and ensure the effective functioning of the system of land relations and land use of the territorial community, which allows to best satisfy the needs of the entire population of the UTC, related to the use of the lands of the UTC. The concept of forming a system of effective management of land resources in UTC is proposed, which will allow to raise the level of management in UTC, will ensure obtaining a greater economic, social and ecological effect for citizens of UTC from the use of available land resources, in particular agricultural land. Industries are of key importance for the economy of Ukraine, indicators of its functioning are the main factor of the country's social and economic development. In particular, mechanical engineering is one of the basic branches of the Ukrainian economy and a strategically important branch that affects the development of the technological potential and competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy as a whole. The level of development of mechanical engineering is one of the main factors that allows to ensure the sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy, the development of the country as a whole depends on its level and dynamics of development. Therefore, the study of the current state of the machine-building industry, the efficiency of the machine-building enterprises, the identification of current problems will allow to determine the tools for the recovery and further sustainable development of the machine-building enterprises, as one of the key branches of the national economy. In the modern concept of economic development, it is intellectual capital that becomes a decisive factor in the growth of national wealth, competitiveness of the country, region, business entity, and quality of life. Despite the existing degree of study, today the issues of specific challenges and opportunities for the formation of intellectual capital are in dire need of continuing a deeper study and scientific justification, because this category is extremely dynamic. The analysis of digital transformations in the context of the formation of intellectual capital, trends of changes in the work of personnel management in the conditions of the digital economy is also given, an overview of the need for human resources in the conditions of the development of the digital economy is given. The rapid development of digital technologies and IT spheres lead to the automation of production processes, which determines the tendency for the disappearance of some professions. In the near future, many professions that are necessary now will lose their demand, the number of jobs will decrease, which threatens to increase unemployment if modern professionals do not have the skills necessary for work in the realities of the digital economy. Therefore, the purpose of the work is to study the existing modern forms of leisure organization, as well as the introduction of new promising directions for the organization and development of leisure in the tourism business. The article uses the methods of scientific research, analysis and synthesis to substantiate the modern forms of organization of the leisure industry, the method of comparison to compare and identify the necessary but missing elements in the presented forms. As a result of a number of changes in tourist activity, adaptation to new business conditions, further development and transformation of the leisure industry, introduction of new forms and new types of entertainment and recreation are needed. Method. In the research process, the method of content analysis of scientific sources and literature, generalization, systematization and addition of the work of domestic and foreign scientists were used in the search for means of managerial influence on the motivation of personnel to work. A graphic method of visualization of individual provisions, assumptions and conclusions obtained in the research process is used. Results. The content essence of the concept of motivation is characterized by such categories as stimulus, creativity, reward, aspiration, interest, desire. It is proposed to use motivation to develop personnel potential and ensure a high level of intellectual and personnel security in such areas as: a combination of material and non-material forms of motivation, promotion of lifelong learning of personnel, application of an individual approach to motivation, use of clear and understandable career growth parameters, fixation of incentives for self-development of employees in personnel policy. In the realities of BANI World, the motivation will be the creation of a favourable working atmosphere for employees, the emotional background of teamwork, and minimum guarantees of employment stability. Establishing channels of two-way communication between managers and employees will allow top-management to find out the needs, wishes and interests of the staff and take them into account in a timely manner when making management decisions. Scientific novelty. Content elements of the concept of personnel motivation are summarized. The specifics of using motivation for the development of personnel potential in enterprise management have been established. The motives of people to work are determined and the features of the BANI World environment, in which modern enterprises function and their personnel work and live, are characterized. The parameters of personnel motivation are proposed, which should be fixed in the personnel policy of the business entity in order to lay the foundations for the motivational toolkit to strengthen the state of intellectual and personnel security. Practical significance. The proposals presented in the study can become a framework for the section of personnel policy of enterprises, devoted to the mechanisms of personnel stimulation. The work is devoted to inventory management and saving the company's resources. Their importance and the need to improve the company's inventory management. The disadvantages and advantages of purchasing material resources and forming warehouse stocks are analyzed. To ensure the effective use of material stocks of enterprises in difficult conditions of instability of the environment of their functioning, it is advisable to use economically sound methods of formation and management of stocks, determination of stock volumes and their cost levels. The inventory management process must be constant and continuous at all stages, starting with the collection and processing of information about identified production needs in inventory and ending with their use. Methods. To solve this scientific problem, the following methods of ABC, XYZ inventory management analysis, PaneCut software were used. Results. Factors affecting the volume of the enterprise's stocks were analyzed. The methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the logistics management of the company's stocks has been improved. Approbation of the proposed methodology was carried out at \"Preiz\" LLC. The improvement of the logistics management of stocks of \"Preiz\" LLC based on ABC and HYZ methods has been implemented. Implemented software to save costs of material resources. Background. Recommendations for evaluating the efficiency of the company's stock logistics, taking into account its internal interests (providing production needs, minimizing the cost of purchasing and storing stocks) and external interests (satisfying the needs of consumers). Final Conclusions. In order to solve scientific problems, the research used: comparative analysis of empirical data; abstract-logical generalization, grouping methods, statistical methods. Results. The work identifies the existing and potential risks of Ukraine's foreign economic activity. On the basis of the conducted comparative analysis, it is proven that the current low state of foreign economic security is the result of russia's military aggression; high level of dollarization of the economy; vulnerable export commodity structure; low competitiveness of domestic producers; dependence on the import of energy carriers and certain types of products; certain discrimination of Ukrainian enterprises in trade relations. The main way to improve foreign economic activity should be the simultaneous implementation of structural reforms in all economic spheres of the country. Scientific novelty consists in a comprehensive study of the current level of foreign economic security and the identification of potential risks and threats, the implementation of which can significantly worsen the state of Ukraine's foreign economic activity. The work summarizes the innovative fintech products of the Ukrainian market. The expediency of their implementation in the conditions of the digital economy is substantiated. It was revealed that in the fintech market of Ukraine, the majority of companies are at the stage of starting sales or business scaling, and only one in five is mature; there is a lack of accelerators to help early-stage companies grow. The main advantages of using fintech in modern conditions of development of the economy of Ukraine have been proven. Fintech companies are uniquely positioned to help digitize supply chains, enable mobile money agents and connect buyers through marketplaces to settle with companies; help bring financial services to digital platforms and offer portable benefits to better empower this growing segment of workers/suppliers as e-commerce and digital platforms rapidly transform our economy. Scientific novelty. The authors proved that in modern economic conditions, the development of the market of innovative financial technologies undergoes evolution and rapid development. Companies developing in this field must take into account various aspects of such evolution, including transition to digitalization of all areas of business. The article substantiates the advantages of fintech implementation for practical implementation by enterprises. Practical significance of the research. The development of the fintech market is an actual global trend. Financial technologies (FinTech) are key to the global growth of Ukraine's finances, and the digital economy is a new driving force for sustainable development and high-quality economic growth. The article discusses the main features of behavioral economics as a new section of economic theory. The new direction in theory is a reflection of the actual change in the model of human behavior, the impact of the digital economy on the individual and the transformation of property relations under the influence of the market environment, which brings to the fore the issues of recognition of rules, the definition of reputation as a level of trust and economic ethics. It is shown that serious shifts in property relations in the behavioral economy act as evidence of the profound nature of the changes in the institution of property rights under the influence of ethical, social, psychological and other behavioral assumptions in economic behavior. Methodology. The study is based on dialectics as a scientific and philosophical method of knowledge, a systematic approach, analytical and expert economic method. First of all, behavioral economics relies on observation and experimentation. A distinctive feature of modern research methods has been the development of an economic model of human behavior based on and influenced by empirical facts collected in the field of behavioral and experimental economics. In essence, the paper uses an interdisciplinary methodology, formed by the efforts of both economists and psychologists, is an example of productive interaction between theoretical and experimental sciences. Results. The article systematically and comprehensively analyzes the specificity of behavioral institutions inherent in the digital economy. It has been revealed that academic economists have come to the realization that not only economic, but also all social institutions, the system of norms and rules, moral values are not only important, but vital for the transformation of all types of property, at the same time the role of the institute of property rights is increasing. It is proved that moral norms are not enough to ensure a climate of trust in the economy. It has been argued that it is especially important to minimize transactional losses by achieving a high level of trust of all agents in the leading economic institutions in conditions of decline in economic and business activity. Scientific novelty. Theoretically proved that behavioral economics is formed as a new intellectual platform of scientific community, a new type of scientific thinking, explicitly taking into account psychological, moral and other behavioral assumptions in economic behavior. It is proved that today the digital economy fundamentally changes the model of the institution of property rights, forms innovative business models, which become an important core of behavioral economics. It is indicated that trust forms the reputation of the subjects and institutions of the behavioral economy. Practical Significance. The concept of both information and space, as well as their combination, is studied. The most common uses of the term \"information space\" in Ukrainian-language and English-language sources are identified. The mutual circulation of information both in real life and in the telecommunications space is studied. The mechanisms of formation of the individual's information space are studied. The concepts of \"information space of the state\" and \"national information space\" are considered, and their comparison is given. Results. The composition of the information space is clarified, objects – sources of information and transmission channels-are studied. For information sources, their hierarchy is given. Attention is paid to mass media and the subject of their functioning. The classification of mass media, their functions and features as social institutions are studied. The factors that influence the formation of an individual's information space are highlighted. The definition of the individual's information space is given. Examples of integrated information spaces and examples of disintegration of information spaces are given. Scientific novelty. The factors that influence the formation of an individual's information space are highlighted. The definition of mass media in a broad sense has been clarified. It is established that the basis of an individual's information space on the Internet is his personal social network, namely, the web PSN. A key factor in the formation of the individual's information space in our time is highlighted. The factors that encourage an individual to adjust their own information space are studied. Classification of subspaces of the individual's information space is given. Practical significance. The concept of information space is multi-valued and multifaceted. Identifying the components of the information space and its parameters, the relative location of existing information spaces and their place in the global information space will contribute to solving many practical tasks – from business tasks to conducting political information campaigns (influence on the electorate before elections - for example). For example, this will help improve targeting, and therefore create better targeted advertising. In addition, supplier organizations must ensure the protection of human rights in relation to their employees, direct funds to protect their health, and must also interact responsibly and conscientiously with the environment, ensuring the following aspects: inadmissibility of child labor, free choice of workplace, freedom of participation in associations , compliance with the schedule of work and rest, payment of wages, compliance with benefits, inclusiveness and diversity, absence of threats and harassment, occupational safety, process safety, product safety, environmental protection, water resources and waste management. Scientific novelty. A theoretical substantiation of the need to comply with ethical requirements by supplier companies in their professional activities and in relations with partners, clients and stakeholders for their more effective functioning on the market has been made.
