{"title":"二槽連続型堆肥化装置による堆肥化排ガスの有効利用","authors":"Yoshinori Watanabe, Nobusuke Kobayashi, Yoshinori Itaya, Yoshiyuki Bando, Tatsuya Masui","doi":"10.1252/kakoronbunshu.49.149","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1252/kakoronbunshu.49.149","url":null,"abstract":"堆肥化発酵熱を堆肥化物の加温に利用することを目的に2つの小型発酵槽を連結した実験室レベルの連続型堆肥化装置を作製し,1つ目の発酵槽から排出された比較的高温の堆肥化排ガスを熱交換することなく2つ目の発酵槽に直接導入した.堆肥化物の温度変化,排出される主な成分(水,二酸化炭素およびアンモニア)量および堆肥化前後の堆肥化物成分を測定し,空気を供給した通常の堆肥化と比較することで堆肥化排ガスが堆肥化に及ぼす影響について検討した.堆肥化排ガスを導入した装置では,空気を供給した場合と比較して以下のような違いが確認された.堆肥化物の最高温度は高くなり装置内の高さ方向の温度分布は均一に近くなった.また,装置から排出される水の排出量は減少傾向がみられ堆肥化物の乾燥が抑制さるとともに高さ方向の含水率分布が小さくなった.二酸化炭素の排出量は約10%増加し,アンモニアは50%以上減少した.堆肥化物の成分については炭素の除去率は1.1倍,窒素は1.4倍高くなった.よって,堆肥化物の有機物分解が促進された.","PeriodicalId":17698,"journal":{"name":"Kagaku Kogaku Ronbunshu","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136265904","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"工程技术","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
