Alginate is used as a raw material for the food processing industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and laboratory materials. Sargassum sp . currently not cultivated and are still taken freely in marine waters. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of Sargassum sp . cultivated at different planting depths using the longline method. The research method used is an experimental method with different depth treatments, namely P1 (100 cm), P2 (70 cm), P3 (50 cm), and P4 (25 cm), each treatment was repeated 4 times. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with data analysis using ANOVA with further BNT testing. The research variables measured were absolute growth, specific growth rate, number of leaves and number of fruit. The results showed that the P2 treatment gave the best results on absolute growth, which was 430 g, daily growth rate was 5.56%, number of leaves was on average 5890 pieces, and the highest number of fruit was on average 6510 pieces. The conclusion of this research is the cultivation of Sargassum sp . at different depths had a significant effect on growth. The best growth in this study was obtained at a depth of 75 cm. Keywords: Brown algae, cultivation, weight, leaves, fruit. ABSTRAK Sargassum sp . merupakan alga coklat yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dari kandungan alginat yang dimilikinya. Alginat digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri pengolahan makanan, farmasi, kosmetik dan bahan laboratorium. Sargassum sp . saat ini belum dibudidayakan dan masih diambil bebas di perairan laut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan Sargassum sp . yang dibudidayakan pada kedalaman tanam yang berbeda dengan metode rawai . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan perlakuan perbedaan kedalaman yaitu P1 (100 cm), P2 (70 cm), P3 ( 50 cm), dan P4 ( 25 cm), setiap perlakuan diulang 4 kali. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan analisa data menggunakan ANOVA dengan uji lanjut BN T . Variabel penelitian yang diukur adalah pertumbuhan mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik,  jumlah daun dan jumlah buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan P2 memberikan hasil terbaik pada pertumbuhan mutlak yaitu 430 g , laju pertumbuhan harian yaitu 5.5 6 %, jumlah daun yaitu rata-rata 5890 helai, dan jumlah buah tertinggi yaitu rata-rata 6510 buah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah budidaya Sargassum sp . pada kedalaman yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan. Pertumbuhan terbaik pada penelitian ini  diperoleh pada kedalaman 75 cm. The problem in the cultivation of white barramundi is the length of time for raising and feed utilization that is not optimal. Turmeric contains curcumin and essential oils that can stimulate the performance of digestive enzymes and have a function for the absorption process of food substances to increases. The research objective was to determine the effect of the addition of turmeric extract on the growth and efficiency of feed utilization of white barramundi. The research started from 13 June - 27 July 2020, at the Coastal Aquaculture Fisheries Center (BPBPP), Sekotong, West Lombok. The research designed by a completely randomized design (RAL) consisting of 4 treatments 3 repetitions. Treatment A with a dose of 0%, treatment B with a dose of 0,10%, treatment C with a dose of 0,15%, and treatment D with a dose of 0,20%. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA at the 95% confidence level, and further tested by Tukey. The parameters observed included absolute growth, SGR, EPP, FCR, and water quality. The results showed that the addition of turmeric extract had a significant effect on absolute growth, SGR, EPP, and FCR. The best dose is the addition of 20 ml of turmeric extract which can provide an optimum growth effect on white barramundi (Lates calcarifer, Bloch ). Keywords: White barramundi, turmeric extract, growth, feed utilization efficiency  ABSTRAK Kakap Putih (Lates calcarifer, Bloch ) merupakan ikan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam budidaya ikan kakap putih adalah lamanya waktu pemeliharaan dan pemanfaatan pakan yang kurang maksimal. Kunyit mengandung kurkumin dan minyak atsiri yang mampu menstimulasi kinerja enzim pencernaan sehingga proses penyerapan zat makanan meningkat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak kunyit terhadap pertumbuhan dan efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan ikan kakap putih. Penelitian dilaksanakan tanggal 13 Juni – 27 Juli 2020, di Balai Pengembangan Budidaya Perikanan Pantai (BPBPP) Sekotong, Lombok Barat. Penelitian didesain menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan, yaitu perlakuan A dosis 0%, perlakuan B dosis 0,10%, perlakuan C dosis 0,15%, dan perlakuan D dosis 0,20%. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf kepercayaan 95% dan diuji lanjut Tukey untuk mengetahui perlakuan terbaik. Parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan mutlak, SGR, EPP, FCR dan kualitas air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan ekstrak kunyit memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan mutlak, SGR, EPP dan FCR. Dosis terbaik yaitu penambahan ekstrak kunyit 20 ml yang dapat memberikan pengaruh pertumbuhan optimum terhadap ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer, Bloch ). This condition will have an impact on the accumulation of heavy metals in the sediment. The high concentration of heavy metals in the waters can endanger the survival of living organisms in the waters. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration and distribution pattern of the heavy metals lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) sediments in the Kaligung estuary, Tegal and to analyze their relationship to organic carbon and sediment grain size and flow patterns. The method used is descriptive exploratory and the selection of station points using purpose sampling. Sediment sampling in September 2018. Heavy metal analysis using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), at the Chemical Laboratory, University of Jakarta. The distribution pattern of heavy metal concentrations used QGIS software. The results showed that the concentration of lead (Pb) was between 17.8 ppm - 31.4 ppm and zinc (Zn) ranged from 107.1 ppm - 112.1 ppm. The metal distribution pattern is concentrated in front of the estuary and then decreases towards the sea. The simple linear model analysis of metals to organic carbon has a coefficient of determination (R 2 ) for Pb and Zn of 0.4 and 0.3, respectively. This model explains that the distribution of Pb and Zn metals is influenced by organic carbon by 40% and 30%. Other environmental factors that affect the distribution are grain size and current patterns. Keywords : organic carbon, Pb, Zn, Kaligung estuary, current pattern ABSTRAK Muara Sungai Kaligung menerima limbah yang berasal dari industri dan aktivitas manusia. Kondisi tersebut akan berdampak terhadap akumulasi logam berat pada sedimen. Logam berat timbal (Pb) dan seng (Zn) di perairan dapat membahayakan keberlangsungan organisme hidup di perairan. P enelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pola persebaran konsentrasi logam berat timbal (Pb) dan seng (Zn) pada sedimen dan menganalisis faktor keterkaitannya dengan bahan organik dan ukuran butir sedimen serta pola arus . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif eksploratif dan p enentuan titik stasiun berdasar kan metode purpose sampling. Pengambilan sampel sedimen dilakukan pada bulan September 2018. Analisis logam berat menggunakan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) di Laboratorium Kimia Universitas Negeri Jakarta . P ola sebaran konsentrasi logam berat menggunakan softtware QGIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai konsentrasi logam berat timbal (Pb) berkisar antara 17,8 ppm – 31,4 ppm dan seng (Zn) berkisar antara 107,1 ppm – 112,1 ppm. Pola sebaran logam terkonsentrasi di depan muara dan kemudian mengalami penurunan ke arah laut. This study used tidal observation data obtained from the Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) during 2015-2019. The tidal harmonic constant value is calculated using the Admiralty method, which is one of the harmonic methods that calculates the mean sea level and the sinuoidal function. Admiralty calculations use d schemes and tables which are operationalized by Excel software. The water level field observation was carried out in August 2020 with the Tide master instrument. The analysis results obtained 9 harmonic constants which are then used to determine the Formzahl number and water level elevation. Furthermore, the calculation results of harmonic constants and water level elevations are used in tidal forecasting for the next 8 months using Worldtides software. The results showed that the E astern Bintan Island waters had a tye of Mixed Tide Prevailing Semi Diurnal. Meanwhile, the water level elevation has a M ean High W ater Spring (MHWS) of 403.2 cm (SE±3.2), Mean High Water Level ( MHWL ) of 381.6 cm (SE ± 3.47), Me an Sea Level ( MSL ) value was 268.2 cm (SE±3.1), Mean Low Water Level ( MLWL ) was 154.6 cm (S E ±2.77) and Mean Low Water Spring (MLWS) was 133 cm (SE±3.1). Tide prediction accuracy test results obtained RMSE value generated at 0.098. These results indicate a small error rate , it can be used as a reference for development planning in the E astern Bintan Island waters. Penelitian menggunakan data observasi pasang surut yang diperoleh dari Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) selama tahun 2015-2019. Nilai konstanta harmonik pasang surut dihitung menggunakan metode Admiralty, yakni merupakan salah satu dari metode harmonic yang perhitungannya melibatkan kedudukan permukaan air laut rata-rata dan fungsi sinuoidal. Perhitungan Admiralty menggunakan bantuan skema dan Tabel yang dioperasionalkan dengan perangkat lunak Excel. Pengamatan lapang tinggi air dilakukan pada Bulan Agustus 2020 dengan instumen Tide master. Hasil analisis diperoleh 9 konstanta harmonik yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menentukan bilangan Formzahl dan elevasi muka air. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan konstanta harmonik dan elevasi muka air digunakan dalam peramalan pasang surut untuk 8 bulan kedepan menggunakan perangkat lunak Worldtides. Hasil penelitian menunjukan wilayah peraian Pulau Bintan Bagian Timur memiliki tipe pasang surut campuran condong harian ganda. The advantages of Brachionus plicatilis are a very small feed, slow swimming, easy to be eaten by larvae and relatively short time cultures, high repruductive rates, high nutritional content, leaven in on alternative kind of food for the Brachionus plicatilis it is generally confused when phytoplankton in insufficient. Yeast is a culture food that can be enriched with a scoott emulsion, vitamins B12, Vitamins C is essential for  growth and survival. One of the leaven given cultivation of the Brachionus plicatilis is a leaven of bread. However, it is not known clearly about the proper concentration of yeast in the culture of Brachionus plicatilis,this study is aimed at deducing the effects of the leaven that Scoot t emulsion, vitamin C and Vitam i n B12 drip methods used on the density of Brachionus plicatilis . The study was cirried out in June 2020, located in the hydromining research Laboratory, the University of Mataram. Research USES a completely random design where that treatment is usedP1(without leaven), P2 (0.3 gram), P3 (0.6 gram), P4 (0.9 gram), P5 (1.2 gram). The best got at treatment P5 with a concentration of 1.2 gram is the best treatment to produce much density 524 cell/mL. Keywords : Brachionus plicatilis, Drop Method, baker yeast, Scoot emulsion,and Vitamin ABSTRAK Brachionus plicatilis merupakan jenis zooplankton yang berperan penting sebagai pakan hidup bagi berbagai jenis ikan yang dibudiayakan. Keunggulan Brachionus plicatilis sebagai pakan adalah ukuran sangat kecil, berenang lambat sehingga mudah untuk dimangsa oleh larva dan waktu kultur relatif singkat, laju reproduksi tinggi, kandungan gizi cukup tinggi. Ragi merupakan jenis pakan alternatif bagi Brachionus plicatilis yang umumnya digunakan apabila kultur fitoplankton tidak mencukupi. Ragi rotimerupakan jenis pakan kulturyang dapat diperkaya dengan scoott emulsion, Vitamin B12 dan vitamin C sangat dibutuhkan untuk pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidupnya. Akan tetapi, belum diketahui secara jelas mengenai konsentrasi ragi rotiyang tepat dalam kultur pada Brachionus plicatilis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyimpulkanpengaruh pemberian ragi roti yang diperkaya Scoott emulsion, vitamin C dan vitamin B12 metode tetes terhadap kepadatan Brachionus plicatilis.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 juni sampai 6 juli 2020, bertempat di Laboratorium  Program Studi Budidaya Perairan, Universitas Mataram.Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dimanaperlakuan yang digunakan yaitu  P1 (tanpa ragi), P2 (0.3 gram), P3 (0.6 gram), P4 (0.9 gram), P5 (1.2 gram).  Hasil yang terbaik didapatkanpada perlakuan P5 dengan konsentrasi ragi 1.2 grammerupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan menghasilkan kepadatan sebanyak 524sel/mL. The coast is an ecosystem that is vulnerable to various environmental changes. Efforts to use the beach as a tourist object must consider the environmental aspects and potential that exist at the location. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the Pasir Panjang Beach tourism by determining the value of the tourism suitability index for recreation and swimming categories. The suitability of tourism is based on water quality and visitor perceptions of the suitability of Pasir Panjang Beach tourism. This study uses quantitative methods as well as structured interviews with the results of the research showing the IKW of Pasir Panjang beach has a value of 84%, which in its classification is very suitable for recreational tourism and swimming. The value of water quality using the STORET method shows a value of -25, which means that Pasir Panjang Beach is included in the medium-polluted category. The ODTWA score obtained a score of 684 for attractiveness with a classification of potential to be developed, the availability of fresh water obtained a score of 798, and facilities and infrastructure for 135. The value of visitors' perceptions of comfort is 90% with a comfortable and beauty classification of 75% with a pretty beautiful classification. ABSTRAK Pantai Pasir Panjang yang berada di Desa Wates, Kecamatan Lekok, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan untuk berekreasi maupun berenang. Pantai merupakan ekosistem yang rentan terhadap berbagai perubahan lingkungan. Upaya pemanfaatan pantai sebagai objek wisata harus mempertimbangkan aspek dan potensi lingkungan yang ada pada lokasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kesesuaian wisata Pantai Pasir Panjang dengan menentukan nilai IKW (Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata) kategori rekreasi dan berenang. Kesesuaian wisata berdasarkan kualitas perairan serta persepsi pengunjung terhadap kesesuaian wisata Pantai Pasir Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta wawancara terstruktur dengan hasil penelitian menunjukan IKW Pantai Pasir Panjang memperoleh nilai sebesar 84%, yang dalam klasifikasinya adalah sangat sesuai untuk wisata rekreasi dan berenang. Nilai kualitas perairan dengan menggunakan metode STORET menunjukan nilai -25 yang artinya Pantai Pasir Panjang masuk dalam kategori tercemar sedang. Nilai ODTWA memperoleh skor 684 untuk daya tarik dengan klasifikasi berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, ketersediaan air tawar memperoleh skor 798, dan sarana prasarana memperoleh skor 135. Nilai persepsi pengunjung terhadap kenyamanan adalah sebesar 90% dengan klasifikasi nyaman dan keindahan sebesar 75% dengan klasifikasi cukup indah. The development of tilapia aquaculture needs to be carried out, including the development of feed. Feed fortification with other ingredients can reduce the production costs of tilapia aquaculture. Fortification that can be done includes using seaweed. Seaweed is an algae that is used as raw material in various industries because seaweed has good nutritional content. This study aims to analyze the effect of fortification of fish feed with Gracilaria sp. on growth, survival, feed efficiency and FCR of cultured tilapia. The research method used is an experimental method. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) using four (4) treatments of fortification of fish feed with Gracilaria sp. Seaweed flour. in the cultivation of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with 3 replications, namely the P1 Control treatment (without the addition of Gracilaria sp. seaweed flour) P2 (Gracilaria sp. 4% seaweed flour), P3 (Gracilaria sp. 8% seaweed flour) , P4 (Gracilaria sp. 12% seaweed flour). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a significant level of 5% with a confidence interval of 95% and continued with the Duncan test. The results showed that the absolute length growth of tilapia during 42 days of rearing with artificial feeding at various fortification concentrations of Gracilaria sp. Seaweed flour. ranged from 8.43 cm -1.2cm. Fortification treatment of Gracilaria sp. 8% (P3) gave the highest average value of growth in absolute weight, namely 32.17 g. The specific weight growth rate of tilapia ranged from 1.34% / day -1.74% / day. Tilapia FCR ranged from 1.79% - 2.31% and the efficiency of feed utilization ranged from 43.37% - 56.29%. The survival rate for tilapia ranged from 73.3% - 76.7%. The conclusion of this study is the fortification of fish feed with seaweed flour Gracilaria sp. can affect the absolute growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), but does not affect the specific growth rate, FCR value, feed efficiency and survival rate. Pengembangan budidaya ikan nila perlu terus dilakukan, diantaranya adalah pengembangan pakan. Fortifikasi pakan dengan bahan lainnya dapat mengurangi biaya produksi budidaya ikan nila. Fortifikasi yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya dengan menggunakan rumput luat. The research aims at determining bamboo clam’s meat flour characteristics physically and organoleptically by using various soaking ingredients. The results show that the different soaking materials have no significant effect on the yield of bamboo clam’s meat meal (Solen sp.) with a significance value (p = 0.054). The highest yield of bamboo clam’s meat flour (Solen sp.) is bamboo clam’s meat flour soaked in lemon lime with a value of 11.5%. The results of testing the characteristics of the color of the bamboo clam’s meat flour physically show that the whiteness of the bamboo clam’s meat flour (Solen sp.) soaked using lime, lemon, lime “limau:, and kaffir lime is 55.73%, 54.19%, 55.09%, 53.72%. The organoleptically testing results (color, texture, aroma) of bamboo clam’s meat flour, and the taste of cheese sticks are that were the most preferred by the panelists were bamboo clam’s meat flour soaked in lemon with an organoleptic average value of 4.1 on an organoleptic scale of 1 - 5. ABSTRAK Kerang bambu (Solen sp.) merupakan kerang laut yang mempunyai kandungan gizi tinggi sehingga berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai sumber pangan dalam berbagai diversifikasi produk yaitu tepung daging kerang bambu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisik dan organoleptik tepung daging kerang bambu dengan menggunakan berbagai bahan perendam.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahan perendam yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda nyata terhadap rendemen tepung daging kerang bambu (Solen sp.) dengan nilai signifikansi (p=0.054). Rendemen tepung daging kerang bambu (Solen sp.) yang paling besar adalah tepung daging kerang bambu yang direndam menggunakan jeruk lemon dengan nilai sebesar 11,5%. Hasil uji karakteristik fisik warna tepung daging kerang bambu menunjukkan bahwa derajat putih tepung daging kerang bambu (Solen sp.) yang direndam menggunakan jeruk nipis, jeruk lemon, jeruk limau, jeruk purut berturut-turut sebesar 55,73%, 54,19%, 55,09%, 53,72%. Hasil uji organoleptik (warna, tekstur, aroma) tepung daging kerang bambu, dan rasa stick keju yang paling disukai panelis yaitu tepung daging kerang bambu yang direndam menggunakan jeruk lemon dengan nilai rata-rata organoleptik 4.1 pada skala organoleptik 1 – 5. This study aimed to obtain a GC-MS profiles of Rhizophora apiculata mangrove leaves extract, which could scavenge DPPH radicals and inhibit the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The research included sampling, extraction (maceration with MeOH:DCM), identification of chemical profiles using GC-MS spectra analysis, assaying for antibacterial activity (well diffusion method), and antioxidants (DPPH radical scavenging). Mangrove leaves sampling was carried out on Laemanta, Parigi Moutong, Central Sulawesi. Based on the leaves’ characteristics and tips, the types of roots, fruits, and flowers, the mangrove leave samples were identified as R. apiculata. The GC-MS profiles of R. apiculata leaves extract was dominated by mome inositol (75.6%). The antibacterial assay showed at a concentration of 100 mg/mL of R. apiculata leaves extract showed weak to strong antibacterial activity, with the inhibition zone diameter of P. aeruginosa (1.22 ± 0.39 mm), S. typhimurium (3.00 ± 1.20 mm), and L. monocytogenes (17.22 ± 1.26 mm). The leaves extract of R. apiculata showed antioxidant activity, with an IC 50 value of 96.68 ± 0.68 µg/mL. Based on the results, the mangrove leaves of R. apiculata extracts showed potential antibacterial and antioxidant activity. This study indicated that R. apiculata from Central Sulawesi were potential mangroves to discover and develop antibacterial and antioxidant agents. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan profil senyawa dengan GC-MS dari ekstrak daun mangrove Rhizophora apiculata yang dapat menangkap radikal DPPH dan menghambat pertumbuhan Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium, dan Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Penelitian meliputi pengambilan sampel, ekstraksi daun mangrove (maserasi dengan MeOH:DCM), identifikasi profil senyawa dengan analisis spektra GC-MS, pengujian aktivitas antibakteri (metode difusi sumur) dan antioksidan (penangkapan radikal DPPH). Pengambilan sampel daun mangrove dilakukan di pesisir Desa Laemanta, Kabupaten Parigi Moutong, Sulawesi Tengah. Berdasarkan karakteristik bentuk dan ujung daun, jenis akar, buah, dan bunga, sampel daun mangrove terindentifikasi Rhizophora apiculata. One of the effort that can be done is bioremediation or the return system of environmental conditions that are polluted through the addition of certain bacteria. This research aims to identify bioremediation degradation bacteria in shrimp pond waste. This study was held in November 2019 - March 2020. Twelve isolates of bacteria wich isolated from the shrimp pond sediment at Pasir Sakti, East Lampung and cultured on sewage media. Subsequent samples were screened to select total ammonia nitrogen (TAN) degradation bacteria candidates. Bacterial isolates with the best activity are subsequently identified morphologically including cell form, Gram test, motility, and molecular identification with 16S rRNA sequential analysis. The results showed that the best isolate were able to reducing TAN was T4.10 isolate with activity able to reduce TAN by 0,404 mg/L. Morphological, biochemical, and molecular identification confirm that the isolate was 100% Bacillus megaterium bacteria. These bacteria can be used as bioremediation candidates. Shrimp pond waste will be degraded into compounds that can be reused for shrimp metabolic processes , so the sustainability aquaculture can happened. ABSTRAK Peningkatan jumlah pemberian pakan budidaya udang akan memicu terjadinya akumulasi bahan organik dan senyawa toksik berupa limbah dalam tambak . Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah bioremediasi atau sistem pengembalian kondisi lingkungan yang tercemar melalui penambahan bakteri tertentu . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bakteri bioremediasi pendegradasi limbah tambak udang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2019 – Maret 20 20 . Dua belas isolat bakteri diisolasi dari sedimen tambak udang vaname Pasir Sakti, Lampung Timur pada media Sewage. Sampel selanjutnya dilakukan penapisan (skrining) untuk memilih kandidat bakteri pendegradasi T otal A m m onia N itrogen (TAN). Isolat bakteri dengan aktivitas terbaik selanjutnya diidentifikasi secara morfologi meliputi bentuk sel, uji Gram, motilitas, dan identifikasi secara molekuler dengan analisis sekuen 16S rRNA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isolat terbaik yang mampu menurunkan TAN yaitu isolat T4.10 dengan aktivitas mampu menurunkan TAN sebesar 0,404 mg/L . Identifikasi morfologi, biokimia, dan molekuler mengkonfirmasi bahwa i solat tersebut 100 % merupakan bakteri Bacillus megaterium. Bakteri tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai kandidat bioremediasi. Limbah tambak udang akan di degradasi menjadi senyawa yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali untuk proses metabolisme udang sehingga terjadi akuakultur berkelanjutan (Sustainable aquaculture).
