Facing the era of adaptation to new habits (new normal), the government is required to transform following the development of public services in order to be able to overcome the more complex public problems. The implementation of partnerships that lead to public services is evidenced by the existence of the Jakwir Cetem or Aja Kosi Wira Wiri, cepat, tepat, melayani. It means the customer does not need to go anywhere and the required documents will be free delivered by Grab express to the address they put on the application. This partnership is oriented towards the principles of good governance which is now a global trend in the general model of government. Thus, the focus of the partnership pattern from the Jakwir Cetem Population and Civil Registration Agency Tegal City’s application service is expected to be a reference for other local government innovations so that it is more eager and faster in making changes. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where the locus is through the partnership service application of the Jakwir Cetem using several data collection techniques, such as: interviews and surveys. This study was conducted to determine the competitiveness of MSMEs and how ECommerce affects this competitiveness. Based on Akhmedova's theory, the study was carried out on 46 MSMEs using E-Commerce in the Garut region. Through descriptive quantitative design, the study shows that MSMEs are competitive because they have access to finance, innovation, intellectual property, internationalization processes and the use of ICTs, human resources and governance. Interestingly, the competitiveness of MSMEs is supported by using ICT in the form of E-Commerce, which has a positive effect on the activities of business units. Thus, the study recommends a model for enhancing competitiveness through ECommerce with massive socialization; provision of hotspots; internet access programs; and application of models for all MSMEs, especially in the Garut Regency. Adaptive personnel policies are introduced, such as work from home, online or digital meeting, and flexible work arrangement to effectively manage the individual issue. In this article, we empirically test models of perceived productivity among employees in a pandemic situational context. The research questions guiding this work are: How well flexible working arrangements could foster productivity among employees in the pandemic outbreak. Using convenience sampling, about 52 employees from various organisations participate as respondents in this research. Data were collected through questionnaires in which participants completed measures of flexible working arrangements and perceived productivity. The quantitative methodology was used, and regression analysis applied to analyse the effect of flexible work arrangements on perceived productivity. Our results show that the progression of productivity through flexible working is linear. More flexible work arrangements for employees would play a significant role in the greater perceived productivity. Findings also indicate that flexible work arrangements accounted for 0.329 of the variances in perceived productivity. The study findings suggest the importance of flexible working arrangements getting employees on the right track in building better productivity. The implications of these findings and directions for future research are addressed and discussed in this study. This innovation is an application that could be accessed by smartphone and computer. The Intranet LAN application has been used by the employees of NIPA as a presence tool during the pandemic of Covid-19. The application provides features which could be used by the employees to report their daily health, to track their locations and to input their work activities. As a part of NIPA’s work unit, Puslatbang KHAN also uses the Intranet LAN to monitor employee’s health and work activities. This research aims to analyze the use of Intranet LAN innovation in Puslatbang KHAN. The analysis was conducted based on a model from Delone-McLeane and Iivari with variables such as system quality, information quality, service quality and application impact. By using quantitative method with multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that the variables of system quality and service quality have an effect on the variable of application impact, while the variable of information quality has no effect on the variable of application impact. However, all of those variables have given an effect simultaneously on the application impact. Based on the audit of the Supreme Audit Agency, there are still annual patent maintenance fees that have not been billed to the patent holder, even though the patent has been legally canceled or has been filed for patent cancellation. The unpaid fees become a non-tax state receivable which must be collected by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. These non-tax state receivables accumulate and are difficult to collect because receivables are discovered after inspection and result in delays in the handling and collection of accounts receivable. This study aims to evaluate the management of non-tax state receivables at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. The data collection procedure in this study was to conduct interviews and study documents at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results showed that the receivables value presented was inaccurate because the receivables data had not been verified thoroughly so that the receivables value was corrected. all receivables have become uncollectible accounts and have been transferred to the Directorate General of State Assets Management, and there has been no write-off for receivables that have been designated as potentially uncollectible receivables. This study uses a qualitative approach in exploring the integration of SDGs into regional development planning and implementation in Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. This study reveals there is an integration of SDGs into Bandung Regency's 2016-2021 regional planning. The local government has the autonomy to implement 16 out of 17 goals, except SDG 14 (Life below Water), which remains under the central government’s authority. Bandung Regency planned to implement 220 indicators in its 2016-2021 regional development planning, in which 140 of them (69%) has been achieved by 2019. The greatest achievement by Bandung Regency is SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and SDG 13 (Climate Change), while the opposite side is SDG 4 (Quality Education) which still falls behind. The study then explores the challenges in integrating and implementing SDGs in local development, including poor cross-sectoral coordination, the lack of knowledge about doing SDGs, and confounding local indicators and data collection.
