Facing the era of adaptation to new habits (new normal), the government is required to transform following the development of public services in order to be able to overcome the more complex public problems. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where the locus is through the partnership service application of the Jakwir Cetem using several data collection techniques, such as: interviews and surveys.
