This is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model that use a questionnaire as an instrument. In this study, the population consisted of all consumers who had purchased The Scoop café products, with a total sample of 70 respondents recruited by observation, documentation, and questionnaire procedures. There are two types of data collection techniques: primary data and secondary data. SPSS 25 was used to examine the study instrument's validity and reliability. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 was utilized to analyze the research data. The results show that Consumer Behavior has a favorable and significant impact on Consumer Purchase Decisions. This is demonstrated by the t-count or t-statistic of 2.816, which is more than the t-table value of > 1.66. P-values of 0.003. Meanwhile, because the t-count or t-statistic value is 7.619, which is greater than the t-table value > 1.66 with a P-value of 0.000, Store Atmosphere has a positive and substantial effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions. This waste has not been used at all by the community so it is left like that. However, the existence of a search for sticks can provide additional income for the community. This research aims to find out the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the economy of the people of the search for sticks (carli) group in Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The Quadruple Helix implementation strategy is one model that is suitable for social research and innovation. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative research design through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews, then supported by literature study. The research results show that the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the community's economy can provide significant benefits if implemented well. There are several ways to implement the Quadruple Helix so that it can help improve the economy of the people of South Labuhanbatu Sungai Kanan District, such as Partnership and Collaboration. Through partnerships between government, academics, business and society, different resources and knowledge can be combined. This collaboration can produce innovations and new solutions to increase production, added value of stick products, and the number of stick exports, thereby providing greater economic benefits for the stick-seeking (carli) community. The research data analysis with a total 35 respondents technique used the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. This research employed quantitative research methods to examine two primary objectives: (1) to evaluate the impact of product quality on the intention to repurchase implora lipsticks in Kolaka Regency, and (2) to analyse the influence of brand experience on the intention to repurchase implora lipsticks in Kolaka Regency. To evaluate the dependability and accuracy of the research instrument, a battery of tests was administered by the researchers utilising the statistical software SPSS 25.0. The evaluation of the measurement model, also known as the outer model, and the structural model, referred to as the inner model, is performed through the utilisation of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the application of Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology. The findings of the research demonstrate a significant and favourable association between the attributes of product quality and the degree of inclination towards engaging in subsequent purchases. The assertion is substantiated by empirical evidence, as indicated by a t-statistic of 5.648 and a corresponding P-value of 0.000. Moreover, recent studies have unveiled that characteristics linked to the brand encounter demonstrate a positive and statistically significant impact on the level of propensity to engage in repeat purchasing behaviour. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative method using primary data, the data used is a questionnaire obtained from respondents of dairy cattle entrepreneurs. The data analysis tool in this study is the gini ratio. The results of this study can be explained that the total % of income in class in the first class is 0.86%, the second class is 0.14%, the third class is 0.20%, the fourth class is 0.26%, the fifth class is 0,32% with a total percent of income of 100%. And it can also be explained that there is cumulative income in the first class of 0.08%, the second class is 0.23%, the third class is 0.42%, the fourth class is 0.68% and the fifth class is 100%. Dari hal ini kita bisa lihat, perusahaan Indofood yang bergerak pada bidang pangan memiliki image perusahaan yang cukup baik dengan memproduksi barang pokok yang menjadi salah satu kebutuhan bagi masyarakat dengan melihat kebutuhan pasar. Untuk itu pengembangan perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan untuk membuat kemajuan dan memperbesar nama perusahaan juga. Seiring dengan tinggi nya permintaan konsumen, maka Indofood melakukan peningkatan produksi dan melakukan ekspor produk Indomie ke beberapa negara tetangga. Dan respon dari masyarakat di negara tersebut sangat welcome dengan produk Indomie dengan cita rasa khas Indonesia dan bumbu yang cukup berasa dibandingkan dengan produk mie yang lain. Dari hal ini saja kita bisa lihat, dari satu produk PT Indofood yaitu produk Indomie sudah memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan kedepannya, bagimana pula dengan beberapa produk yang dijual selain Indomie. Tentu hal ini menjadi pertimbangan yang cukup signifikan bagi perluasan cabang dan peningkatan kinerja serta produktivitas dari perusahaan yang secara umum berkaitan dengan Good Corporate Governance.
