And what are the opportunities and obstacles for marketing strategies to increase MSME income at SUA Snack Tembung. This type of research is qualitative research. In this research the author takes a descriptive approach or strategy, namely describing or depicting an object, as well as a phenomenon in a social setting and expressed in the form of writing and sentences or it can also be interpreted as telling the situation of the research according to the facts and phenomena that actually occur using words and sentences or narrative. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers in the field, researchers can conclude that the marketing strategy used by SUA Snack to increase income is through promotions on social media, various discounts offered, attractive packaging, affordable prices and available in various flavors. As for the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that later emerged in SUA Snack in the marketing strategy carried out to increase income, the author carried out a SWOT analysis based on the results of interviews and observations in the field, namely Strengths such as good taste, affordable prices, friendly sellers and polite, attractive packaging, has many flavor variants, then Weaknesses: social media promotion is less than optimal, stock of goods is not large enough, and location is less strategic. This research data was obtained from the results of respondents' responses (questionnaires), as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study, in this case primary data from employees of the Kediri District Hospital's Nutrition Installation with a sample of 39 respondents, and using saturated sampling as a sampling technique. , where the entire population is sampled. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of this research showed that the Organizational Culture variable obtained a tcount value of 3.715 > ttable 1.688, so the Organizational Culture variable partially influenced Employee Performance, then the Work Environment variable obtained a tcount value of 2.461 > ttable 1.688, so the Work Environment variable partially influenced Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Work Environment influence the Performance of Nutrition Installation Employees at Kediri Regency Regional Hospital with the results of the Fcount test being 70.126>Ftable 3.25. In addition, a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.796 or 79.6% is obtained. This indicates that the Performance of Installation Employees Nutrition at Kediri District Hospital is influenced by Organizational Culture and Work Environment by 79.6%. The aim of this literature research is to find out how the era of digital disruption has affected technological development in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive theoretical study, namely a method that discusses several possibilities for solving actual problems by collecting data, compiling or classifying them, analyzing and interpreting them with existing theories and comparing them from literature sources. The research results show that the era of digital disruption in Indonesia has developed and has entered the modern era, such as digital technology disruption in the fields of health, finance and education. It can be concluded that digital disruption is an innovation that changes people's way of life and thinking patterns, changes company work culture, or even creates new markets that have never existed before. So it has positive and negative impacts with the era of digital disruption. Therefore, if it is not faced with the right strategy, technological disruption can threaten conventional businesses and threaten industrial markets. This study aims to evaluate the impact and affectiveness of the implementation of One-Door Integrated services (PTSP) in improving public services, especially in term of investment licensing. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with analysis if case studies at the One-Door Integrated Investment and Service Office. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The results of this study suggest in improving investment services, with of information, convenient facilities supporting investment. Testing this research instrument using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. Data collection in this study used observation, literature study, questionnaires. The population of this study were employees of PT XYZ in Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 55 people. Testing research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the model instrument test (outher model) and structural model testing (Inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.
