This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection in this research used observation, literature study, and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is the Kolaka community. Meanwhile, the research sample consisted of 130 respondents using techniques accidental sampling. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based Partial Least Square (PLS) with testing measurement model (outer model), testingmodel structural (inner model) with smart PLS 4.0. 摘要

本研究旨在确定服务质量对在科拉卡购买铃木品牌摩托车兴趣的影响;产品创新对在科拉卡购买铃木品牌摩托车兴趣的影响。本研究采用定量方法。本研究采用观察法、文献研究法和发放问卷法收集数据。研究对象是科拉卡社区。同时,研究样本由 130 名采用意外抽样技术的受访者组成。研究工具测试使用 SPSS 22.0 进行有效性和可靠性测试。本研究使用的数据分析技术是基于偏最小二乘法(PLS)的结构方程模型(SEM),使用 smart PLS 4.0 测试测量模型(外模型)和结构模型(内模型)。根据研究结果可知,服务质量与购买兴趣之间存在影响,产品创新与购买兴趣之间也存在影响。
