In this method, the voltage sag severity and maximum entropy principle are used to present the voltage sag severe degree and its probability distribution. The voltage sag duration and magnitude with certain physical performance are converted to severity indices namely sag duration severity index (DSI) and voltage magnitude severity index (MSI). Based on maximum entropy principle, the probability distribution functions of sag severity indices are calculated without any assumption. Cumulative summing method is used to determine the probability of customer equipment failure event. It is proved that: cultivated land, forest land, pasture land, residential land, industrial and mineral land, water area had been considerably increased, only unused land had been decreased in 1980???1992; cultivated land, unused land and other land use types had been considerably increased, the rest of land use types had been decreased in 1992???2005; cultivated land, forest land, pasture land, residential land, industrial and mineral land and water area had been increased in 1985???2005, only unused land and the other land use types had been decreased. It is difficult to use design technique and traditional computation method to analyse all kinds of motion characteristic of that suspension system. The front suspension of the forest fire patrolling and fire-fighting vehicle is mainly investigated in this paper. The three-dimensional visual model of the suspension system of the vehicle, carrying on motion characteristic simulation test, is set up using the ADAMS/Car???Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems???software. The results show that the time-invariant and time-varying parameters can be determined from the seismic response records by two methods, especially the structural time-varying characteristics can be identified accurately by using on-line RARX method through forgetting factor. Moreover, the structural parameters of the building before and after damage can be obtained from the time-varying parameters, and the seismic damage can be detected from the comparison among the parameters of structural different state. It is also found that the natural frequency decreases gradually until it reaches the lowest point value, and then increases until the end of the earthquake, but can not be recovered to the initial value. The performance of structures could be recovered to a certain extent after the earthquake compared with the most dangerous state when the natural frequency is at the lowest point. Then use the wavelet transform algorithm to devide the image’s edge location in sub-pixel level, thus detecting the sub-pixel edge. Key technologies of CCD scanning polymer film materials defects detection are deeply investigated in this thesis. A polymer film materials defects detection system is established. The performance of the backhaul network especially it’s throughput is the essential difference in wireless mesh network for longwall coal mine face. A 3-radio architecture of wireless mesh node is presented in this paper in which 2 radios provide up link and down link backhaul functionality and the other radio provides service to clients.
