Objectives: The main aim of the research is to determine the stimulating effect of innovative processes in the development of the health economy and the improvement of the quality of management of local medical institutions; Also, analyze the obstacles to the implementation of the main principles of innovative management and determine the ways to overcome them. On the basis of the mentioned, the perspectives of the formation of innovative approaches in the country should be identified and the practical-methodical recommendations necessary for its development should be developed. Methods/Approach. The methodological basis of the research is both general-scientific and economic research methods, namely: positive and normative analysis, demand-supply analysis, analysis and synthesis, systematic and logical approaches, grouping, comparison and evaluation methods. Results: The proposed individual proposals and recommendations will create the desired incentives in terms of innovative development and economic sustainability of the country's medical field. All this will increase the quality of local medical institutions, help them gain a competitive advantage and achieve long-term success. It directly or indirectly affects the economy and all other industries. Foreign investment has a significant impact on the development of both economic and intangible values. The main goal the task of scientific work is to study the impact of foreign direct investment. Methods/Approach: FDI statistics in the world and in Georgia, studies and correlations will allow us to analyze the pace of development of Georgia's investment environment, its advantages and disadvantages. Results: A correlation has been established between foreign direct investment and employment, gross domestic product and export-import. The correlation between foreign direct investment and employment is strong, which is logical due to the strong impact on employment. The weakest connection is with imports and exports. In this regard, it is interesting to note that an increase in foreign direct investment also leads to an increase in the level of employment. We have studied the compatibility of Georgian business and foreign investment. Conclusions: International experience and trends in Georgia show that FDI is one of the main drivers of solving socio-economic problems. The investment environment is connected with all important sectors and directions of the country. There are complex economic realities for the development of production today, so, the economic agents are faced with the task of finding the optimal ratio between investments in the production restructuring processes and investments in innovative projects. This problem can be solved only by forming the optimal structure of their own capital investments. The purpose of this study is to identify the main trends in the investment activity of domestic enterprises using a comprehensive analysis of the structural dynamics of real investment projects and its impact on their financial results. Methods/Approach: During the analysis of investment process, relative indicators that characterize the shares of the components in the structure of the investments were calculated;charts and graphs were constructed, analytical tables were compiled. Multifactor linear regression models were built to determine the importance of the investment components' dominance and their impact on the profitability of the enterprise. Canonical correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between financial performance indicators of Ukrainian enterprises and using the high technologies in their production activities. Results: It was found that the dynamics of indicators that identify structural and dynamic changes in the structure of capital investments of Ukrainian enterprises and the selection of certain structural regimes indicate the dependence of the rate of growth and structural shifts on the political situation in the country, as well as on the coronavirus pandemic, which caused significant fluctuations in the investment activity of domestic business entities. Special attention is indeed deserved by those cases of labor exploitation of juveniles, who are far vulnerable compared to adults and require special care. This paper discusses the following issues: The research is based on the analysis of the results of interviews and surveys with the school pupils from the twelve schools (among them 8 publics and 4 private schools) of Autonomous Republic of Adjara and the respective conclusions and recommendations are represented. Achieving the possible level of self-sufficiency in fuel and energy resources is a fundamental task of national economies, without which the successful implementation of economic, scientific, technical and social programs aimed at ensuring state independence and stability in Europe is impossible. However, the onshore oil and gas industry of the countries of Eastern Europe with significant volumes of unexplored oil and gas resources, with the cost of oil and gas several times lower than world prices, the presence of a significant number of oil and gas industries, drilling and geophysical enterprises, oil refineries, and an extensive network of oil and gas pipelines , highly qualified production teams allows, with their effective use, not only to stabilize, but also to significantly increase the production of oil, gas and condensate in the future. company: field exploration, their arrangement and development, production and sale of oil and gas. The solution is the application of effective economic-mathematical modeling at the strategic level of management and the use of knowledge-oriented decision-making support tools as an integral component of the complex information system of an oil and gas company. Objectives: Therefore, the issues of: development of a complex system of economic and mathematical support for making fair and timely investment decisions at the macro level of an oil and gas production company, effective application of knowledge-oriented hybrid methods and technologies are becoming particularly relevant. Methods/Approach: The paper uses a mathematical apparatus of the method of fuzzy logic, decision trees, data mining, knowledge-oriented decision support, theory of investment management and expertise in the field of management of oil&gas exploration and production local and international investment projects. Results: first proposed the decision tree diagram of the effective investment management process of a oil and gas company in the search for hydrocarbons in modern economic conditions is proposed; received further development of the principles of hybrid application of intelligent technologies and knowledge-oriented basis and the problem of handling uncertainty while supporting investment decisions of an oil and gas company; first proposed two related prognostic models are proposed: the seismic impact model and a drilling impact model; first proposed two algorithms/models based on economic-mathematical modeling with elements of fuzzy knowledge to support decision-making of the tender&controlling committee of oil&gas production company. The neglect of such transitional expenses leads to certain losses of the corresponding models’ adequacy and to obtaining the absolutely-optimal solution, which is invariant to initial system state. In our paper we introduce and investigate the notion of relatively-optimal plans. The basic types of dependences of relatively-optimal plans and maximum achievable profit on the production and transport system initial state under the different functions of transitional expenses are determined. Corresponding computer calculations are also carried out and confirmed our theoretical results and conclusions. The goal is to outline the major challenges and perspectives as basis for analysis of the innovation potential within the sectoral innovation system of the agricultural sector in Bulgaria. Analysed is data about the major stakeholders, international and national programs supporting innovations in the sector, creation of new knowledge and technological solutions, scientific and research activity, state of transfer of technology in the context of agricultural ecosystem. A systematic approach with qualitative monitoring and quantitative assessment are applied for evaluation and definition of the types of effects in the innovation ecosystem. The results confirm, that despite the efforts and funds supporting AKIS, the public policy is not efficient, the stakeholder’s activity is limited, and the innovation and transfer of technology are not enough powerful to drive the economic growth and competitiveness in agriculture. The development of innovation potential should be based on the implementation of policies/addressing of measures that are relevant to the potential of the units of the innovation ecosystem and the priorities for their development. the of the National the Bulgaria - Sustainable Agriculture is set.
