However, there has been a lack of studies that review the literature describing dynamic capability and identifying various ways of marketing that contribute to business sustainability and competitive advantage. Methods/Approach: This study employed a methodical examination of existing literature and conducted theme analysis on 58 publications indexed in Scopus from 2012 to 2023. Of the 58 articles, four were published more than the previous 11 years, and 10 were outside Q1 and Q2; thus, the remaining articles for review were 44. The next stage was to select articles relevant to the researchers’ objectives describing dynamic marketing capabilities to identify various marketing methods so that the articles that meet the requirements and are eligible to be reviewed were 30. Results: Researchers have concluded that dynamic marketing capabilities contribute to business sustainability through knowledge integration and involve cross-functional processes to create and deliver superior customer value. In addition, it involves economic, social, and environmental performance and dynamic capabilities, and Triple Bottom Line initiatives impact the company's business sustainability performance. Conclusions: Competitive advantage is the integration of market knowledge dimensions, while the depth and breadth of knowledge positively influence marketing dynamic capabilities. Competitive advantage is achieved by dynamic capabilities, continuous human resource learning management, and market performance, which demonstrate the company's ability to outperform key competitors.","PeriodicalId":176153,"journal":{"name":"Access Journal - Access to Science, Business, Innovation in the digital economy","volume":"5 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141921305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nevertheless, it investigated the relation mostly relying on the OLS regression; whereas this conventional technique might probably take no notice of several effects of human resource management practices at different points of the conditional distribution of the efficiency of adopting marketing strategies. Therefore, the present research work has applied quantile regression to investigate the causal link from human resource management to the efficiency of adopting marketing strategies. Methods: The research data was gathered from enterprises listed on Vietnam’s chief Stock Exchanges in Vietnam as an emerging country. Enterprises there try to integrate human resource management practices with marketing tactics. However, only a few projects on human resource management and marketing strategy have been analyzed in developing nations, including Vietnam. Results: The empirical findings disclose that, at different points of the conditional mean of the efficiency of adopting marketing strategies in business, the influences of human resource management practices on the efficiency of adopting marketing strategies in business are different. Implications: The current research project delivers a fairly thorough picture of the causal connection between human resource management practices and the efficiency of adopting marketing strategies in business in developing countries. Especially, it can help executive managers in developing countries be able to make sound decisions on the adoption of appropriate human resource management practices in business that fit with marketing strategies, so that they could attain better organizational performance.","PeriodicalId":176153,"journal":{"name":"Access Journal - Access to Science, Business, Innovation in the digital economy","volume":"43 33","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924485","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its topic is relevant due to the fact that international investment in the modern world is one of the most important factors in sustainable economic development. The aim of this study is to examine,summarize and compare the investment climate and experience of attracting investments in two different European countries - Latvia and Serbia, paying special attention to economic and legal aspects. Another objective is to identify and describe foreign direct investment patterns in the two countries. The methods employed the study include comparative analysis, descriptive approach, statistical analysis.Moreover, the regulatory framework and incentives are analyzed by applying the methods of content analysis. Our findings indicate that in both Latvia and Serrbia, the problem of the correct definition of the term “investment” is partially resolved at the legislative level (in Latvia - also in the context of the entire European Union). We believe that any uncertainty in the definition of the term \"Foreign Direct Investment\" should be eliminated in the coming years through the unification of pan-European legislation. For countries such as Latvia and Serbia (due to their economic characteristics), foreign investment is of particular importance. If these investments are well distributed in terms of the spatial planning and sectorial structure of the host country, then they act as unique locomotives, contributing to national exports and economic development. Another feature of the influence of foreign investment on the economic environment of Latvia and Serbia is that it brings in not only capital, but also promotes development of entrepreneurship. In the last decade, there has been a steady increase in the volume of investments in both economies. Although the growth is due to different reasons, these dynamics have a positive impact on the future development prospects of both countries. Legislators of both Latvia and Serbia promptly respond to the economic challenges of the modern world, improving national regulations. Despite the differences in economic indicators, legal regulation, n history, and geography - the investment climate of both countries could be characterized as attractive.","PeriodicalId":176153,"journal":{"name":"Access Journal - Access to Science, Business, Innovation in the digital economy","volume":"41 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141649145","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A number of measures were taken to improve business environment. The current problem remains topical: how to increase management of human resources and how to promote a social dialogue in the society. The authors conducted the study with the participation of 100 respondents who were managers from Latvian ITC companies. The purpose of the study was to explore personality traits of ITC company executives as a predicator of management style. The study provided the answers to the questions raised, which confirm that personality traits of ITC managers are a predicator of management style. An in-depth study of relationship between personality traits and leadership styles can help colleagues and managers to build trust and to communicate better with each other and to cultivate stronger organizational culture, by taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of every individual employed in the organization. Exploration of predicators of management style allows the manager to occupy a managerial position in the most appropriate structural unit of the organization, thus leading to a promotion of better cooperation and minimization mistakes. As part of this study, a linguistically adapted version of the tests was used as a survey: Big Five Personality Test (BIG 5), Robert Blake & Jane Mouton’s the Managerial Grid. The following methods of statistical processing and analysis of data were applied in the study: descriptive statistics; Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion in Lilifor's modification; visual analysis of boxplot; Spearman's rank’s correlation coefficient; Kendall correlation coefficient; parametric one-way analysis of variance ANOVA; multiple regression analyses. This is also the case when performing the distribution of financial services. Here the authorization to act as financial agent is being granted by the National Bank of Slovakia via a registration or license. Legal rules are the “instruments“ which determine, by means of orders, prohibitions and permissions, the way in which financial services are being distributed by financial agents. In the Slovakian legal environment, the Act No. 186/2009 Coll. On Financial Intermediation and Financial Advisory and on the Change and Amendment of Certain Act as Amended, is regulating financial intermediation and financial advisory dominantly. This normative legal act is unique, because it represents an integrated legal framework of performing distribution of financial services in the essential sectors of the financial market. The paper focuses on selected legal aspects of the regulation of financial intermediation performed by financial agents, with a particular emphasis on de lege ferenda proposals that protect clients. However, despite the promising infrastructure and support systems, many startups face challenges that lead them off course. This research focuses on understanding why startups sometimes struggle and how they can bounce back. The study explores the reasons behind these struggles and the strategies startups use to recover. Additionally, we investigate if the sector and stage of a startup play a role in determining the success of these turnaround strategies. A survey of 120 startups that underwent a turnaround, reveals that a lack of funds and changing customer preferences were significant factors influencing these situations. Interestingly, it was discovered that the healthcare sector is particularly well-suited for successful turnarounds, and these strategies are more effective during the growth stage of startups. The findings provide practical insights for startups, helping them tailor their turnaround strategies based on their unique business nature and developmental stage. This research not only contributes to the academic understanding of startup challenges but also offers a useful guide for entrepreneurs navigating the ups and downs of their business journey. In the past few years, startups and unicorns have become the talk of the town, marking a major breakthrough in this decade. Globally, we've witnessed a surge in startups popping up everywhere, and India has been at the forefront of this exciting trend. While the term \"startup\" used to be synonymous with Silicon Valley giants like Facebook and Google, things have changed with the evolving world. Now, India proudly holds the third spot in the global startup ecosystem, following only the United States and China. This evolution has had a significant impact on India's economy over the last two decades.","PeriodicalId":176153,"journal":{"name":"Access Journal - Access to Science, Business, Innovation in the digital economy","volume":" June","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140682568","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Instead, it uniquely centers on the interplay among fiscal policy, AI investment, monetary policy, and poverty alleviation in South Africa, a nation recognized for its extreme income inequality. Methods/Approach: It employs the Praise-Winsten model and other econometrics diagnostics for the empirical analysis. Results: The findings reveal that government expenditure on education and investments in artificial intelligence only stimulate household consumption and, therefore, reduce poverty when they are interacted. A one-unit rise in the interaction term increases household consumption by 0.031. Additionally, a unit increase in government national expenditure and broad money growth results in a 0.007 and 0.014 decrease in poverty, respectively.
