Salah satunya dengan adanya internet yang menjadi bagian tak dapat terpisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia. Website menjadi sarana komunikasi, promosi dan media informasi yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam dunia bisnis. Perkembangan internet yang kini tumbuh pesat memberi manfaat besar bagi masyarakat, salah satunya adalah pada dunia bisnis yaitu e-commerce dimana transaksi bisa dilakukan tanpa bertemu langsung antara penjual dan pembeli tetapi melalui media elektronik yaitu komputer dan atau smartphone yang saling berhubungan dengan skala global. Toko maya yang disebut dengan toko online atau online shop dimana produk yang dijual saat ini bermacam-macam mulai dari kosmetik, mainan, pakaian anak dan dewasa, barang elektronik, makanan, minuman, jasa, perlengkapan rumah dan masih banyak lagi. Kualitas sebuah situs jual beli online dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan bisnis perdagangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan situs jual beli online menggunakan metode WebQual. WebQual merupakan teknik pengukuran kualitas website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna akhir yang disusun berdasarkan tiga area yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi pelayanan dan kualitas desain website. Perusahaan-perusahaan jual beli online menyadari bahwa penentu utama kepuasan pelanggan bukan hanya harga barang dan promo yang ditawarkan tetapi dipengaruhi juga oleh kualitas situs jual beli tersebut. SMP Muhammadiyah Imogiri Yogyakarta is a system to support and facilitate the processing of student value. The goal is to create a web-based information system that is implemented for the processing of value and overcome the difficulty of delivering daily re-information, assignments, semester midterms, semester final repetition. Based on observational research, literature study, and interviews that have been done, then designed a student information processing system using waterfall method into a solution to solve existing problems. Media in presenting suggestions and critiques in the school is needed to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities. Submission of suggestions and criticisms can use the media of teachers performance appraisal questionnaire. Data processing results from existing questionnaires are computerized but there is no special application of questionnaires that process the data. Therefore, the author used Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to solve the problem. Students can filled out the teacher questionnaire through the online questionnaire, the data will be stored in database which will be processed until generate report automatically by system. In this research, the authors have made a special application of teachers perpformance questionnaires that can facilitate students in conducting assessments of the teacher. By using the media website and report directly after the students were done the assessment of the teachers. Processing of tachers performance questionnaire was a very helpful solution to the needs of users in producing information quickly and accurately.
