摘要
电信铁塔的发展是不可避免的。因此，当地政府制定了《电信塔规划与控制条例》，以避免电信塔的非法建设，因为这减少了开放的土地，也降低了空间区域的审美价值。研究人员进行了一项研究，在地理信息系统上实施的方法有望简化距离测量过程，以确定电信塔对地球的椭圆形状。关键词:GIS, haversine, RAD, google map
