This research was carried out from March 2022 to April 2022 in Hamlet Kepoh, Tohudan Village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency. This study used the Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method which consisted of two factors. The first factor is the time interval of giving aloe vera POC (I) which consists of 3 levels. The second factor is the concentration of aloe vera POC solution (K) which consists of 4 levels of analysis of variance analysis with the F test or diversity test at the level of 5% and 1%. If each treatment was significantly different, it was continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results of this study indicate that the time interval treatment of aloe vera POC (I) showed the best effect on the parameters of observing the number of fruits (2.42), fruit length (20.83 cm), dry bean weight (38.33 g), weight fresh chestnut (254.17 g) and root length (43.84 cm). The treatment of aloe vera POC concentration (K) showed the best effect on the parameters of the fresh weight (261.11 g). Farmers are currently still using chemical control, namely spraying chemical pesticides. The consequences are environmental problems, resistance and even pest explosions. One way to overcome this is by using tobacco and papaya leaves as vegetable pesticides. Tobacco leaves and papaya leaves can be used as vegetable insecticides because they contain alkaloids, tannins and saponins. The research was conducted in Sukorejo Village starting from May-July 2022. The study used a Randomized Block Design where there were 10 treatments and each treatment was repeated 3 times so there were 30 experimental units. The observed variables were mortality, the percentage of pupae and imago formed, then the data were analyzed using ANOVA and if the results were significantly different a follow-up test was carried out with a 5% BNJ. The survey was conducted from February to April 2022 in Takerharjo Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two treatment factors namely. Kinds of fertilization, namely. Tugal, Run circle, Kocor. Apply compound fertilizer 200, 250 and 300 kg/ha. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, number of flowers, weight of wet pods, weight of pods per hectare, weight of seeds per plant, and weight of wet stover. This research have been conducted on November 10th 2021 until January 12th 2022 in seeding of breeding, fish and made insiminasi Begajah village, Sukoharjo Subdistrik, Sukoharjo regency, at Regosol soil type with the place hight 120 meters above the sea level. This research represent the factorial attempt use Randomized Completely Design (RCD), consisted of two treatment and three replications. The first factor were Trichoderma harzianum concentration (T), consisted of three level (T0 = 0 cc/l, T1 = 10 cc/l and T2 = 20 cc/l). The second factor were Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration (M) consisted of three level (M0 = 0 cc/l, M1 = 10 cc/l and M2 = 20 g/l). The result of this research showed was : Trichoderma harzianum Concentration treatment significant toward height of plant, dry weight of crown, very significant toward blas attack intensity, fresh weight of crown, dry weight of harvesting grain per stool and was not significant toward weight of 1000 grain. Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder Concentration treatment significant toward height of plant, dry weight of crown, very significant toward blas attack intensity, fresh weight of crown, dry weight of harvesting grain per stool and was not significant toward weight of 1000 grain. Interaction between Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration treatment was not significant toward of all parameters. The blas attack intensity lowest 4,49%, mached from treatment combination T2M2 (to gift of Trichoderma harzianum concentration at 20 cc/l and Trichoderma harzianum metabolic secunder concentration at 20 cc/l), can to produce dry weight of harvesting grain highest 41,29 g/stool. The treatments were : A = whithout fertilization (control) B = Dows inorganic fertilizer urea 2 g. C = inorganic fertilizer 1 g, C = inorganic fertilizer 1 g, D = organic fertilizer for goats 106 g, E = organic fertilizer for goat 212 g, F= organik fertilizer 106 g + inorganic 1 g and G = organic fertilizer 212 g + inorganic fertilizer 2 g. materials and tool used. Mustard seeds, urea fertilizer, goat manure, shovels, scales, polybags, stationery, and others. The variable that will be observed are plant heigh, number..of leaves, fresh weight mustard greens, all data taken at harvest. The data will be analyzed using analysis of variance. If there is a treatment effect, then the BNJ test is continued 5% level. The results showed that inorganic fertilizers had a significant effect on the growth and yield of mustard greens, while organic fertilizers had no significant effect on the growth and the yield of mustard greens. Rice fields in Southeast Sulawesi are quite extensive, but rice productivity is still low. The use of inorganic fertilizers continuously for a long time, results in damage to the physical properties of the soil. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of complete liquid organic fertilizer packages and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of paddy rice. The study used a randomized block design (RAK) with 5 fertilization treatments and 3 replications. The results showed that inorganic fertilization with a dose of 50% Local fertilizer recommendation + POCL fertilizer package had a significant effect on the number of tillers, number of productive tillers, empty grain and filled grain and yielded 6.52 tons/ha GKG. In the process of raising many pests that attack plants, farmers have resorted to pesticides especially chemical pesticides to ward off pests. Studies are therefore used to analyze the farmers' perceptions in the use of chemical pesticides to rice field ecosystems. The study uses a descriptive quantitative study to explain the farmers' perceptions of the use of chemical pesticides to rice ecosystems by using a method of direct interviews to farmers by using the questionnaires provided by the ajung district responders. Research data analysis using data interpretation analysis of the farmer's perceptions in the use of chemical pesticides to rice field ecosystems. Studies have shown that farmers use chemical pesticides more often than organic pesticides and that the majority of farmers have a perception that chemical pesticides will not affect rice field ecosystems. Organic rice cultivation systems and spacing systems need to be considered because the excessive use of chemical fertilizers causes the low ability of the soil to absorb water. In addition, the lack of education on the best spacing pattern causes a decrease in rice production.This research aims to determine the effect of the jajar legowo system on the treatment of the jajar legowo system and the dose of worm manure fertilizer on the growth and production of rice plant. This study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) method, which consisted of 2 factors, namely the worm manure fertilizer and the legowo row system. The best legowo line system is 2:1. In this treatment all parameters show high results. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquid fertilizers and varieties on the growth and yield of tomato plants. The hypothesis of this research is that using NASA POC liquid fertilizer and the Agatha F1 variety will produce the best production on tomato plants. This research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design (RAK) method, which consisted of two factors. From these two factors, 9 treatment combinations were obtained and 3 replications were obtained. Parameters observed in the vegetative phase include: plant height, number of leaves and stem diameter. Parameters observed during the generative phase include: the number of flowers and the number of fruit planted. The data obtained from the observations were calculated by analysis of variance with the fisher test ( F test at 5% level ), if there is a significant difference, it will be continued with the smallest 5% significant difference test. The result of variance showed  that there was an interaction in the vegetatife phase dominated by the treatment of Agatha F1 and POC NASA varieties which affected plant height at the age of 21, 28, 36 and 43 and number of leaves at the age of 36 and 43. Pemakaian pupuk kimia yang berlebihan mengakibatkan tertinggalnya residu dalam tanah yang menyebabkan menurunnya produksi padi. Penggunaan pupuk organik cair biourine sapi dapat membantu menyuburkan tanah dan menjaga stabilitas unsur hara dalam tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam waktu pemberian biourine sapi dan pupuk majemuk terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pelangwot, Kecamatan Laren, Kabupaten Lamongan pada bulan Maret - Juni tahun 2021.
