The resilience of UMKM in a crisis will affect the survival of UMKM, so appropriate strategies are needed to strengthen the resilience of UMKM. Some of the main problems faced by MSMEs in Indonesia during the pandemic are decreasing income, changes in consumer behavior, low levels of digitalization readiness, and financial aspects which are the main problems during the pandemic. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant negative impact on Starbucks' business, such as decreased sales, store closures and changes in consumer behavior. To overcome these challenges, Starbucks has implemented several effective marketing strategies, such as adapting product offerings, strengthening digital engagement, increasing customer loyalty, and expanding market reach. This case study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the Starbucks company in facing the Covid-19 pandemic, based on their 2020 annual report. This case study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by collecting secondary data from the Starbucks annual report and other relevant sources. Simanjuntak","doi":"10.55927/marcopolo.v2i1.7549","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55927/marcopolo.v2i1.7549","url":null,"abstract":"This study investigates the translation quality in terms of accuracy, acceptability, and readability of the translated text of the abstract titled \"Analysis of Deixis made by Indonesian EFL Undergraduate Students\" which serves as the research's source material. It is descriptive-qualitative. Two approaches were taken to collect the data: content analysis was used to extract information from the source and target texts, and a questionnaire was utilized to collect information regarding readability, acceptability, and accuracy. Three raters evaluated the translated text's acceptability, readability, and accuracy. The data analysis results indicate that: (1) The average score of accuracy is 2.6. (2) The acceptability score average is 2.7. (3) The readability score is 2.4 on average. Fair and equal treatment is required to be provided for every citizen by the government such as fundamental rights, popular and free participation in governance and so on. However it is quite unfortunate that men, once vested with power, abuses it there by causing despair among citizens, just as it is being portrayed in most African countries. Therefore it is necessary that power becomes a check to power. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on shopping interest using Paylater (behavioral intention). Respondents from this research are people who know E-Commerce and know the Paylater payment tool. After testing, the results of this research are that perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on shopping interest using Paylater (behavioral intention), this is shown by the level of significance value of 0.046. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on shopping interest using Paylater, behavioral intention of Paylater users. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely analyzing a comparison between the theory of employee benefits in PSAK 24 and the practice of employee benefits at PT Nusantara Insurance Broker & Consultant. This is evidenced by the many types of medicinal plants that grow in this country. Noni fruit is one of the most popular medicinal plants in Indonesia and has high efficacy. However, the utilization of noni leaves is still not maximal. This study aimed to test for the presence of secondary metabolites in the ethanol extract of noni leaves using phytochemical screening. The object in this study is a company engaged in the automotive dealership with subjects related to financial reports in assessing financial performance in the form of financial reports, namely income statements and statements of financial position. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study on the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio in general are not in good condition while the profitability ratio is in very good condition because every year there are increases and decreases which are still above average.
