This paper constructs a completed and perfect labor relationship game on basis of analyzing the theory and empirical research outcome on harmonious labor relationship. At the same time, we analyze the profit of labor and employee in this game. The large-scale development of shale gas in china will contribute to energy structure referring both in supply and demand as well as promoting the extent of carbon emission reduction. However, because of special technique used in the process of shale gas development, environmental concerns gain much attention. It reported that practice of shale gas development can partly do harm to local air (atmospheric environment), water body environment, geology and ecological environment. Therefore, there is absolute negative impact of shale gas development on the environmental quality. This paper proposes a novel risk measurement approach Based on the EMD algorithm to estimate Value at Risk (VaR) in the electricity market. The EMD algorithm is used to decompose the time series into several intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and one residual component. Then the decomposed parts will be calculate with the Exponential Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) model. The software cost model is an effective tool used to help software developers control software costs and determine the release time. However, the current studies have not taken the difference of the environment into account, and developers cannot predict the costs and release time accurately. The impact of the environment difference on costs is discussed firstly, and a cost model is established considering the difference between the testing and operating environment. Then we investigate the influence on the costs of software testing when environmental changes. An improved cuckoo search algorithm with adaptive method is proposed. The self-adaptive machine is used to control the scaling factor and find probability so as to improve population diversity and avoid premature, as a result, more individuals participating in the evolution, and then refining ability and convergence rate are improved. In the modified firefly algorithm, the parameters of the algorithm can be adjusted adaptively according to the lightness variance of the firefly population. And the random movement step can be determined in accordance with the distance of two fly flies. Meanwhile, the method of autonomous flight was also proposed to improve the performance of the basic algorithm. Grey correlation analysis can calculate the correlation degree between influential factors and pear production in Hebei province, also can calculate correlation order, but cannot get influence degree, the result is lack of practicality. So in this article Pair-wise Comparison Judgment Matrix is adopted to solve the deficiency of Gray Correlation Analysis. At first, cubic polynomial and GM (1, 1) models are used to forecast tourism demand for Guilin from 1997 to 2010, respectively. Secondly, by comparing the accuracy of cubic polynomial and GM (1, 1) model, a combined model contained a parameter a, a ∈ [0, 1] is proposed. In order to obtain the best parameter value, we construct an optimization problem without restrictive condition and use the Nelder-Mead simplex method to solve it. Finally, mean absolute percentage errors are adopted as criteria for evaluating the accuracy of forecasting exercises. When the parameter a=0.9325, it is shown that the accuracy of presented combined models is higher than cubic polynomial and GM (1, 1) model.
