In order to correctly understand the impact of the ground wind field on flight operation and safety, automatic weather observing system (AWOS) data has been adopted in this paper, combined with the aircraft performance, airline dispatching and ATC control. The statistical characteristics of the flight operation security of wind field on runway surface of Linzhi Airport were analyzed. The results show that runway wind in afternoon period (14:00-19:59)-in most months-can meet the conditions of flight operation under the condition of reasonable the runway in use; in a few months, under some conditions , part of the time can meet flight operation requirement. The midnight period (20:00-23:59): the runway wind in 12 months of the year meets the requirement for flight operation.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127799251","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Improving pilotage safety, tidal forecasting is crucial for ship navigation safety, port operation efficiency, and nearshore engineering. Tidal forecasting can help ensure the safe operation of large ports. At present, various numerical models used domestically and internationally only focus on the impact of tides and currents in coastal areas. There is little research on tidal optimization in narrow and curved long channels such as the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River, and there are also few researchers using MIKE software to simulate and simulate tidal levels, flow velocities, and flow directions. This article provides a comprehensive study on tidal optimization models and algorithms, the current research status at home and abroad, the problems that need to be solved in tidal optimization, and Mike21.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115859773","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Few studies have investigated the actual fatigue of civil aviation pilots. More importantly, the rate at which pilot fatigue accumulates over time at work and alleviates over time at rest may be influenced by individual differences, particularly by individual psychological traits. The characteristics of mindfulness may be one of the internal factors of individual differences in fatigue. To explore the relationship between mindful traits and fatigue in civil aviation pilots, 393 pilots were recruited and completed an online questionnaire. The results showed that no significant differences in mindfulness and fatigue was found among pilots in different positions. There was a significant negative correlation between mindfulness trait and all dimensions of fatigue. Specifically, the stronger the mindfulness trait, the weaker the impact of circadian rhythm, sleep and workload on fatigue. Pilots with high mindfulness also reported lower levels of subjective fatigue. This suggests that the enhancement of mindful traits may help reduce the pilots' perception of fatigue. Mindfulness intervention may be a psychological measure to relieve flight fatigue.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126707874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the rapid development of China's air industry and the accelerating process of hub airport construction, more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between airport and urban economy. Considering the spatial factor, this paper constructs a Spatial Durbin model based on the mixed spatial weighting matrix to study the spatial spillover effects of airports on urban economic development and 38 hub airports in China from 2001 to 2019 have been selected for research. The influence of airport has been further divided into direct, indirect and total effect. The results show that the airport not only has a positive direct impact on the local economy, but also has a significant positive spillover effect on neighboring cities connected by the air network. The total effect of the airport on urban economy would be underestimated when the spatial spillover effect is not taken into account.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128876097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
