This paper constructs an analysis model to study activity process capacity and business capacity, and uses domestic flight passenger transportation business data from the T1 and T2 terminals of A Airport to conduct an empirical study on passenger transportation business capacity. The research results show that passenger transportation business capacity is restricted by its each activity process capacity. Passenger transportation business capacity analysis can be obtained in three steps. First, sort out the activity process of passenger transportation business and determine the sequence of each activity process; then determine the standard capacity per unit time of each activity process; and finally build an analysis model based on the queuing theory. The empirical analysis of A airport shows that the activity process hindering the increase in the domestic flight passenger transportation business capacity of A airport terminals is passengers’ luggage check and passengers security check. In an emergency that only T1 terminal handles domestic flight passenger transportation business, T1 terminal can not undertake all domestic flight passenger transportation business of the two terminals even if all resources are available. Can environmental regulations promote technological innovation? And does heterogeneity exist among different environmental regulations on technological innovation? These two questions are of great academic importance for guiding enterprises to achieve their technological innovation goals and promoting the government to formulate a unified and effective environmental regulation strategy. In this paper, based on the panel data of 13 provinces and cities in the eastern region of China from 2012-2021, regression analysis is conducted using STATA software to study the impact of economic-type environmental regulations on industrial enterprises' conducting technological innovation. In order to correctly understand the impact of the ground wind field on flight operation and safety, automatic weather observing system (AWOS) data has been adopted in this paper, combined with the aircraft performance, airline dispatching and ATC control. The statistical characteristics of the flight operation security of wind field on runway surface of Linzhi Airport were analyzed. The results show that runway wind in afternoon period (14:00-19:59)-in most months-can meet the conditions of flight operation under the condition of reasonable the runway in use; in a few months, under some conditions , part of the time can meet flight operation requirement.
