In order to increase the output of ores, respond to national policies, directly or indirectly save non renewable mineral resources and energy required for processing, so as to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and help achieve the goal of \"double carbon\". This paper studies the quality control of ore processing, builds a model, and optimizes the model, so as to effectively improve the quality of ore processing and improve the utilization rate of ore.This paper studies the production and processing data of the workshop in the past 10 days. Without considering the influence of voltage, water pressure and other conditions, the product quality results are predicted from the known data. Through the correlation between system I and system II temperature, raw ore parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and product quality, a BP neural network model is established, and the model analysis, inspection and improvement are carried out to obtain the product quality prediction results.Without considering other conditions, predict the temperature of System I and System II according to the known data, observe and analyze the correlation between the product quality and raw ore parameters and the temperature of System I and System II, establish an inverse model, which is also a BP Shenjing network model, and solve the model, analyze and test it to obtain the most possible temperature prediction results of System I and System II.According to the correlation between system I and system II temperature, raw ore parameters, process data 1, 2, 3, 4 and product quality index ABCD, a decision tree model is established, evaluate and optimize, and predict the product quality qualification rate with the greatest possibility.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131071636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Affecting factors were selected from economic recovery, epidemic development and vaccination. Dynamic distribution lag model was established to simulate the influence mechanism. Research results showed that economic recovery and vaccination could significantly promote the recovery of air passenger market. The impact of economic recovery was obviously time lagged. The impact on air passenger market recovery between China and the United States was significantly different. Based on three scenario assumptions of the epidemic development, it was predicted that China's air passenger volume in 2021 would be between 530 and 560 million. The recovery of China's air passenger market in 2021 would be fluctuated by about 5-6 percentage points due to different epidemic situation.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133872753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The layout design of cellular manufacturing facilities has a significant impact on their efficiency, productivity, and throughput. However, traditional trial-and-error methods for facility layout design can be time-consuming, costly, and risky. Digital twin simulation offers a powerful alternative by allowing designers to create virtual models of the facility and test different layout configurations before physically implementing them. Our study shows that digital twin simulation can help identify the optimal layout design that maximizes productivity, minimizes waste, and ensures the smooth flow of materials and products. Additionally, it enables us to evaluate the impact of changes in the production system on the facility's performance, helping decision-makers make informed decisions. Overall, this paper highlights the potential of digital twin simulations as a powerful tool for optimizing cellular manufacturing facility layout design and improving operational performance.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133212938","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There exists a fundamental contradiction between the rigorous requirements of dairy products for temperature control and the low level of development of cold chain logistics, and this contradiction is one of the reasons for the high costs of dairy cold chain logistics. To address this contradiction, we established an indicator system of factors influencing the costs of dairy cold chain logistics from three dimensions of dairy product characteristics, transportation process and cold chain logistics market, and invited managers from dairy companies and transportation professors from relevant universities to probe into the corresponding weights and to pin down the appropriate scores for indicators at all levels. Then we harnessed the AHP method to calculate the important weights for indicators at all levels, and eventually put forward the optimal solution for cutting the costs of cold chain logistics through weight difference analysis.","PeriodicalId":174045,"journal":{"name":"Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125047454","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
