On the other hand, a capital market is also a place of investment for the community, including medium and small investors. This research uses a qualitative research type. Stock values, irregular returns, and trading volume behavior in members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Index are the focus of this study. Primary data from the IDX was used as the database. Secondary data are used in this analysis. Closing values, the Indonesia Stock Exchange stock index, daily stock trading volume, and the number of outstanding shares were among the data sources used in this analysis. A paired sample t-test was used to test hypotheses. Le but de l'étude est de découvrir le rôle de l'éducation et de l'esprit d'entreprise dans la promotion du développement agricole en Jordanie à travers: l'introduction de nouvelles technologies dans le secteur; appliquer une perspective de marketing moderne et mondiale et l'autonomisation de l'entrepreneuriat des jeunes. Cette étude est basée sur une approche théorique basée sur la recherche secondaire, et la recherche primaire comprend deux enquêtes ont été menées à cette étude. Comme diverses études, cette étude a confirmé que la rareté de l'eau est le principal défi du développement agricole en Jordanie et que le secteur est moins développé que d'autres secteurs du pays. Néanmoins, cette étude a ajouté que la faible participation de l'entrepreneuriat des jeunes dans le secteur n'est pas seulement due à la pénurie financière et aux connaissances insuffisantes des jeunes, mais aussi à leur faible attitude à l'égard du travail dans l'agriculture. Par conséquent, il est suggéré qu'il est nécessaire de modifier considérablement le paradigme du système éducatif pour répondre aux besoins du marché. Utiliser également le rôle de la R&D pour améliorer la gestion des ressources en eau et mettre l'accent sur le dessalement et la réutilisation des eaux usées, et changer l'attitude des jeunes à l'égard du travail dans l'agriculture. Ajoutez à ce qui précède qu'il est nécessaire de fournir plus de soutien financier et technique pour attirer et aider les jeunes entrepreneurs à investir dans le secteur. {"title":"Estrategias cognitivas, motivación para aprender, niveles de bienestar y riesgo de abandono: un estudio empírico longitudinal para calificar los servicios de orientación universitaria en curso","authors":"Dante Cesario","doi":"10.54783/endless.v2i2.19","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54783/endless.v2i2.19","url":null,"abstract":"El artículo se refiere a un estudio empírico longitudinal que tiene como objetivo establecer la relación entre ciertos factores que facilitan (o en ocasiones dificultan) el logro académico como la motivación para estudiar, las estrategias cognitivas empleadas y los niveles de bienestar o malestar expresados por indicadores como la ansiedad y la depresión. Por lo tanto, tuvo como objetivo identificar el papel de estos factores en el riesgo de abandono de los estudiantes. El estudio se llevó a cabo sobre una muestra de 68 alumnos autoseleccionados matriculados en diversas carreras de la Universidad “Roma Tre”, que habían completado íntegramente las tres encuestas consecutivas orientadas a investigar su experiencia académica durante un período de un año. Las herramientas de medición utilizadas evaluaron: a) “intenciones de abandono” (Hardre & Reeve Scale, 2003); b) “niveles de bienestar / angustia”, (Adult Self-Report ASR; Achenbach & Rescorla, 2003); c) estrategias cognitivas / de estudio (conocimiento autorregulado; Manganelli, Alivernini, Mallia & Biasi, 2015); d) aspectos motivacionales (Escala de Motivación Académica AMS, validada en Italia por Alivernini y Lucidi (2008). Sin embargo, esta posición ha generado puntos de vista contradictorios, ya que las circunstancias individuales dependen en gran medida de dónde nace y se cría un niño. En este estudio, se examina la adopción de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) en la AEPI en el contexto nigeriano, con el fin de descifrar las implicaciones prácticas de las TIC como innovación social en el aprendizaje y su influencia en los valores socioculturales en la educación infantil. Para lograr este objetivo, se generó la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Qué y cómo podemos describir el impacto y las implicaciones prácticas de las TIC en las formas de vida de los niños nigerianos, y qué valores contribuyen las TIC al aspecto sociocultural de la educación AEPI en Nigeria? El documento utilizó datos recopilados a través de un estudio cualitativo interpretativo, respaldado por teorías de difusión de la innovación y la práctica social. Los datos se generaron mediante entrevistas y observaciones en el aula. Los hallazgos sugieren tensiones entre las innovaciones sociales y las implicaciones socioculturales del uso de las TIC. Se observó que el uso de las TIC en la educación infantil de Nigeria se sitúa dentro de una clasificación tripartita; Uno, como una verdadera herramienta para lograr el pensamiento innovador y creativo en los niños. Dos, como un instrumento eficaz para difundir ideas globalizadas y tres, como distorsiones de los valores socioculturales que están arraigados en el aprendizaje y el desarrollo de los niños culturalmente sensibles. One of the biggest drivers of a strategic edge is the human capital it provides. In the past, human resources is merely a service operation as a competitive advantage for an organization. Yet, human capital is now one of the most critical aspects of building a competitive advantage. This paper discusses how human resource development strategies have a sustainable competitive advantage and how to transfer good strategies, policies, or superior knowledge to subordinates. This research employs a qualitative approach to the discussion of the data produced by the method of explanation. The findings indicate that high-performance human capital can respond to the times are needed to achieve a sustainable competitive edge. From the last few elections, the number of women's representation in the legislature in the city of South Tangerang is still minimal, even below the minimum threshold of 30 percent. This shows that the participation of women in the political arena in South Tangerang is still a minority. This study tries to provide an overview of the participation and representation of politics in South Tangerang City. This study used a qualitative approach by conducting direct observation through interviews and gathering information from other sources. The problems that occurred in women's representation in the DPRD of South Tangerang City could be identified. The results showed that women's representation from two elections in the city of South Tangerang was still below the threshold for women's representation, namely still 14.58 in the 2009 election and 17.78% in the 2014 election, where the threshold for women's representation set by law - the invitations are 30%. Al ser vinculante, su ratificación implica generar condiciones para que NNA se expresen y sean considerados. Esto involucra que su voz sea incluida en el trabajo científico, no como complemento o contraste, sino como actor prioritario, especialmente en las políticas públicas que competen. Este trabajo expone desafíos y alcances para la investigación, focalizando el análisis en tres ejes: el rol del Estado, las familias y el alcance de la participación de NNA. El artículo se organiza a través de dos objetivos. Primero, describir las bases teóricas que sustentan el Derecho de Participación de NNA, revisando la CDN y el Modelo de Protección Integral de la Niñez; la CDN y el Derecho de Participación; y el abordaje de la participación de NNA en investigaciones en ámbitos relevantes. Segundo, caracterizar trabajos de investigación empírica con participación de NNA realizados en diversos contextos, desde 1998. Se concluye que el discurso de la CDN ha enfrentado en la práctica concepciones tradicionales acerca del papel de NNA, tanto en escenarios macro (la política y el Estado) como microsociales (la familia), “chocando” con enfoques prevalecientes tradicionales (tutelares). La falta de compren-sión del significado de la participación, así como la resistencia al cambio del lugar de la infancia, actúan como barreras para la instalación del derecho estudiado. Sigue primando una forma de actuación intermediada por el eslabón adulto.
