This article compares the main factors that cause the great differences in using FDI between China and India by empirical methods. The empirical results indicate that the larger domestic market size and more friendly FDI strategies make China much more attractive than India. With the increasing wages in China, the cost oriented FDI would be greatly affected. As FDI inflows in India mainly go to the service departments, the impact would be smaller. In this paper, we present the coordination between two Agent Crawlers based on ontology and try to measure the understanding between them relying on Formal Concept Analysis instead of comparing terms only. Here we propose a novel method on concept similarity for computing the Concept-Concept similarity, the Concept-Ontology similarity and the Ontology-Ontology similarity, and at last we can deduce the understanding between two Agent Crawlers. As the distribution of page requests generally follows a Zipf-like distribution, RCP precuts the object by predicting the derived bounds and so that to drop candidate items. By pretreatment, RCP can reduce bandwidth consumption and the run-time cost with high precision in some cases. This method evaluates managerial performance by eliminating the influence of existing conditions. Empirical results show that managers in firms with relatively superior existing conditions still need to work hard to maintain their competitiveness and achieve better than before performance. On the other hand, managers in those firms with relatively inferior existing conditions can also achieve better than before performance and fair evaluation if they conscientiously make great efforts. The method presented here can avoid penalizing good managers who manage within an unfavorable existing condition as well as avoid rewarding poor managers who manage in a favorable existing condition. The method involves intensity Euclidean Distance and spatial position information of the pixels in the neighborhood potential function of MRF. Therefore, the traditional potential function of MRF segmentation method is improved. Transforms the segmentation to a Maximum A Posteriori (MAP) problem which is solved by the Iterative Conditional Model (ICM). Uses the Fuzzy C-means to initialize the classification in the rang of specified class number. The optimal class number was chosen according to Minimum Message Length (MML) criterion to complete an unsupervised segmentation. Based on these bases, two kinds of trigonometric spline curves are defined. As each piece of these trigonometric spline curves are generated by three consecutive control points, these curves retain many properties of the quadratic B-spline curves, but they have better continuity than the quadratic B-spline curves. For equidistant knots, they have continuity under normal conditions, and the second kind of curve has continuity under special conditions. Besides, these trigonometric spline curves are closer to the control polygon than the quadratic B-spline curves when the shape parameters under special conditions. Bilingual corpus of ancient Chinese and English (AC-E) also wait to be extended for purposes such as CAT and designing educational software for Confucius Institutes all over the world. This paper aims at such a corpus by demonstrating multilayer anchor-points in improving the alignment accuracy in a bilingual parallel corpus of tea classics. An experiment is carried out with four layers of “anchor points”. Technical terms as the first layer are extracted with Term List of Winalign module in Trados. The second is register-specific words with 1:1 co-occurrence frequency in SL and TL. The third and fourth are composed respectively of proper nouns and transliterated Chinese-unique words. Statistics show that the alignment accuracy keeps increasing with the step-up of each layer. The method was that the model of firing zone with single-kiln was created by fluid dynamics software in which the standard k-ε turbulence model, DO radiation model and PDF combustion model were adopted. The model considered the size and structure of the kiln, the inlet and outlet status as the condition for simulation, and then the movement of the temperature field in kiln was showed clearly by the simulation data obtained.
