The method was that the model of firing zone with single-kiln was created by fluid dynamics software in which the standard k-ε turbulence model, DO radiation model and PDF combustion model were adopted. The model considered the size and structure of the kiln, the inlet and outlet status as the condition for simulation, and then the movement of the temperature field in kiln was showed clearly by the simulation data obtained. Abstract
