Demikian pula implementasi inovasi desa didukung melalui pengembangan ekonomi kerakyatan dan kewirausahaan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kegiatan pengelolaan pengetahuan yang difokuskan pada infrastruktur desa dan upaya peningkatan kapasitas desa melalui inovasi desa. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam mewujudkan inovasi desa dalam mengidentifikasi dan meneliti kekuatan ekonomi yang ada baik sumber daya alam maupun sumber daya manusia. Program inovasi desa belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh penerima manfaat program, dan perangkat desa belum mampu mengembangkan sumber daya masyarakat yang ada untuk mendorong kewirausahaan. Rumusan subjek pengabdian ini adalah 1) Sulit untuk mendapatkan SDM. 2) Kios dibangun untuk pembangunan desa, namun belum diresmikan dan dioperasikan. Batik Tulis Lasem is one of the superior products of the Rembang Regency area which has been hampered by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Community Service Partners in this activity are the MSME Batik Tulis Lasem. MSME actors are still doing marketing conventionally, they have not been able to maximize information technology. Management of Business Management and Financial Administration is still carried out in a simple manner, there is no clear division of tasks, financial management is not good, there is no proper recording of business transactions. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding to partners regarding the importance of online marketing and digital marketing information technology for partner businesses; teach the practice of online marketing information technology and digital marketing by utilizing social networks to MSME partners/actors, as well as providing knowledge and increasing understanding of business and financial management. The result of this community service activity is that members of the UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem, Lasem, Rembang realize the importance of business management, especially in the use of Information Technology. Improve business management capabilities, use social media, digital marketing, and Market Place to increase market share. PPKM darurat dengan menekan jam produktif di berbagai tempat kegiatan ekonomi, mengatur mobilisasi masyarakat, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan ekonomi lainnya. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah kota Tegal untuk dapat mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 yang semakin meluas. Semakin melonjaknya kasus Covid-19 di kota Tegal mengakibatkan banyaknya tempat-tempat yang digunakan sebagai sarana isolasi mandiri untuk menampung warga kota Tegal yang terkena covid, beberapa tempat yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah kota Tegal yaitu Rusunawa dan Gor tegal Selatan. Tim medis dikerahkan dari Dinas Kesehatan sedangkan konsumsi bagi pasien dan tim medis dikerahkan dari dapur umum Covid -19 yang ada di Polres Kota Tegal.Tujuan dari program farmasi peduli ini adalah membagikan secara gratis sabun cuci tangan, handsanitizer dan bahan nutrisi pada dapur umum Covid-19 Kota Tegal melalui program farmasi peduli sebagai proteksi bagi para relawan dan meningkatkan imunitas Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para relawan dan dapur umum Covid-19 Kota Tegal.Dari kegiataan PPKM yang sudah dilaksanakan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sebagai upaya ikut mencegah penyebaran virus Corona yang semakin meluas dan memberika support bantuan berupa sabun dan handsanitizer untuk Dapur umum Covid-19 Polres Tegal Kota begitu juga support untuk para tim relawan berupa kebutuhan nutrisi untuk kesehatan mereka. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan Tim Dosen dari DIII Farmasi Politeknik Harapan Bersama memberikan nilai lebih dari sisi kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi, dan ibadah. The nutritional content of swamp wader fish is very high, this can be used as an alternative to providing nutritious food at affordable prices for all people. Some of the wader swamp iwak chips businesses are still on the scale of home industries or micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of the SMEs that sells wader swamp fish chips is the SMEs \"Kriwakz\". The production process is still done traditionally. The selling price of Kriwakz chips has not carefully calculated the cost of production. Packaging of wader Kriwakz fish chips using a sealer adhesive manually. The existence of the covid 19 pandemic is a blessing for Kriwakz SMEs because the demand for Kriwakz chips has increased sharply. Consumers prefer to make purchases online, so buyers of Kriwakz chips are spread from Sabang to Merauke. Kriwakz SMEs require understanding and training on digital marketing in the creation of social media content. The first priority solution is to facilitate Kriwakz SMEs in making digital marketing, training content creation to be uploaded on social media Facebook and Instagram. Second, the procurement of automatic packing tools to overcome the speed of sales service to consumers. The outputs of this PKMS are an increase in sales turnover, an increase in product quantity, an increase in understanding and digital marketing skills of Kriwakz SMEs.
