Our task to train marketing to MSMEs is very important because based on previous surveys, crackers are only marketed traditionally, by relying on several retail traders who come, such as middlemen. The methods used in this assistance are: 1) researching to determine the right online marketing, 2) making tutorials on how to do online marketing, 3) making product labels, and 4) making packaging to advertise online. This activity was carried out in a study based on the problem conditions experienced by small and medium business assisted partners located in Klinterejo Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency. Among people who are experiencing the Covid 19 disaster, efforts are needed to survive and improve their business products, therefore we and the team are trying to make it happen through marketing assistance through online media. Some people have been temporarily dismissed and some have even lost their jobs. The aim of this program is to empower the community by providing training in farming with a hydroponic system. The concept of \"Hydroponics\" is a way of planting using nutritious mineral solutions without using soil by emphasizing the nutritional needs of plants. The long-term output expected from this program is the improvement of food security and community welfare through hydroponics. Community service activities are carried out in the following stages: (1) presentation of \"Hydroponics\"; (2) training and practice of hydroponic farming for the community; and (3) assistance for three months on hydroponic gardening practices. The result of this program is the formation of hydroponic gardens which are placed in RT 08 / RW 02 Ngrejeng village which are managed jointly, as well as hydroponic gardens planted by five groups of residents. A business model describes the rationale for how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. Economically, the implementation of a good Business Model Canvas can provide an overview of the response to the products produced and the overall business implementation, making it easier for business actors to make decisions regarding business development. This stage aims to describe the business actors of processed food and beverage products of mango fruit creating, delivering, and capturing a value. Determination of business development strategy is carried out based on a SWOT analysis on each component of the Business Model canvas. Application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the development of processed food and beverage products in Pawidean Village, Kec. Jatibarang, Kab. Indramayu is able to provide insight to business actors Processing mango fruit food and drinks so that their business can continue and develop. However, the development of these businesses requires support not only from the Cooperatives and UMKM Service, but also other related agencies. Such as the Department of Industry and Trade for the use of mango tree nursery cultivation and the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy for the development of educational tours for the manufacture of processed food and beverage products based on local wisdom. Mushroom propagation has not widespread available yet in Indonesia or high bid price than button, clam, wood mushroom. Home farming is based on environmentally and economical method ought to be applied for the calocybe indica propagation. Counselling and training method based on propagation stages are most plausible to bring knowledge about a new high value variety of mushroom. The aim of training for farmers in Pondok Jeruk Vilage, Jember Distric is to bring technical matters using agricultural waste for planting media of Calocybe indica mushroom. Usage of garden and agricultural waste media such as banana leaves, wood grain, and coconut fiber as a differentiator of mushroom cultivation test group, by applying the basic conditions of growing mushrooms in nature. Each group applied similar treatment, then growing mushrooms to be observed intensely up to harvest. Economic assessment is done by looking at the yield of each group. The result of the training is the standard of cultivation of calocybe indica milk mushrooms in Jember district on a home farming scale. The result of the training has invited several mushroom farmers in Jember Regency. They are quite enthusiastic about the training to make mushroom derivative products into sausages, nuggets and seasonings substitute for MSG. The further training related to marketing of the processed mushrooms products, and counselling about initiating to formed a group of farmers mushroom growers.
