The study employs a quantitative approach, survey methods, and path analysis. The population is 116 employees. With the simple sampling technique were acquired 88 respondents. The data was analyzed using excel and SPSS version 24.00. Studies show that: competence has a direct positive and significant impact on work motivation by 0,621; Organizational commitment affects immediate positive and significant motivation for work by 0,377; Competence affects immediate positive and significant performance by 0,195; Organizational commitment affects immediate positive and significant performance by 0,364; The motivation for work directly affected positive and significant the performance of the correctional officer in Jakarta at 0,452. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSSversion 25.00. The results showed that: Competence has a positive and significant direct effect on work ethic of 0.574; Work motivation has a positive andsignificant direct effect on work ethic of 0.285; Competence has a positive and significant direct effect on performance of 0.372; Work motivation has a positive and significant direct effect on performance of 0.332; Work ethic has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of Bintara Bintara Sandi YudhaGroup 3 of the Jakarta Special Forces Command of 0.295. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis jalur. Populasi adalah 940 orang konsumen. Dengan teknik simple random sampling diperoleh 91 orang responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan Excell dan SPSS versi 25.00. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara terstruktur kepada responden dengan berpedoman pada kuisioner yang disebarkan pada responden sebanyak 100 karyawan dari 134 populasi dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis analisis jalur. dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja (2) Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja (3) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja (4) Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja dan, (5) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada divisi Consumer Collection PT. The research method uses quantitative secondary methods. This population in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company registered with PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia 2013-2017 as many as 25 companies. The sample of this study used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples that meet the criteria for the number of 5 companies. The variable used in this study Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), sales growth as the independent variable and stock price as the dependent variable. The analysis technique used is the classicassumption test, which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heterokedastisidas test. Multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The result of the T test show partially the variable debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock prices, while sales growth does not effect stock prices. The result of the F test show simultaneously the debt to equity ratio and stock price growth does not significantly influence stock prices.
