Keberhasilan guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring pada situasi pasca pandemi Covid-19 ini adalah kemampuan guru dalam berinovasi merancang, dan meramu materi, metode pembelajaran, dan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi dan metode. Mitra dari kegiatan Pengabdian Unggulan Universitas (PUU) ini adalah SD Negeri Magelang 4, SD Negeri Magelang 6 dan SD Negeri Magelang 7 sejumah 56 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah peer-mentoring, modelling dan pemberian feedback. Prosedur pelaksanaan pendampingan terbagi menjadi beberapa kegiatan: observasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam enam kali pertemuan secara luring disetiap sekolah. Problematika ini menjadi pelik ketika mereka terjun hidup pada kehidupan sosial media yang penuh dengan kebebasan. Dari permasalahan ini kemudian muncul permasalahan-permasalahan turunan, seperti banyaknya hujatan, makian, cacian, dan praktik-praktik kekerasan bahasa lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, penyuluhan dan pembinaan tentang kesantunan berbahasa kepada mahasiswa FIB Unpad mendesak untuk segera dilakukan yang pada gilirannya nanti kemampuan kesantuan berbahasa ini menjadi kapital linguistik dalam menghadapi kehidupan baru era informasi dan teknologi. Penyuluhan dan pembinaan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, pretes dan postes, brainstorming, dan simulasi. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah munculnya kesadaran dari mahasiswa dalam peningkatan kemampuan tentang kesantunan berbahasa yang dapat dijadikan sebagai kompetensi linguistik dalam menghadapi era teknologi dan informasi.The problem faced by the millennial generation in living life in the information and technology era is the lack of knowledge about language skills, especially language politeness. This problem becomes complicated when they live in a social media life that is full of freedom. From this problem, derivative problems emerged, such as the many blasphemy, curses, insults, and other violent language practices. Therefore, counseling and guidance on language politeness to FIB Unpad students is urgently needed which in turn will become linguistic capital in facing the new life of the information and technology era. This counseling and coaching uses lecture, pretest and posttest, brainstorming, and simulation methods. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk optimalisasi ekowisata desa serta penyebarluasan potensi desa memalui video dokumenter. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menghasilkan satu video dokumenter yang memperkenalkan potensi Kecamatan Selaawi, khususnya Desa Mekarsari dan Mini Workshop yang terdiri dari pemberian materi mengenai marketplace dan materi menjadi konten kreator dan pembuatan konten yang baik. Sebelumnya, hasil observasi menunjukkan pemanfaatan media digital dalam pemasaran produk bambu masih sangat terbatas. Hasil program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengrajin terhadap akses pemasaran digital dan ekspor impor produk bambu. Mekarsari Village is one of the Selaawi District villages with ecotourism potential in the form of bamboo, which is made into creative bamboo (crafted bamboo) and bird cages. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge and use of technology to optimize village ecotourism and disseminate village potential through documentary videos. This Community Service Program produced a video documentary that introduced the possibility of Selaawi District, especially Mekarsari Village, and a Mini Workshop, which consisted of providing material on marketplaces and materials on becoming content creators and making good content. Previously, the results of observations showed that the use of digital media in marketing bamboo products was still minimal. Pada tahun 2019, jumlah koperasi aktif sebanyak 123.048 unit dengan volume usaha Rp154 triliun dan jumlah anggota sekitar 22 juta orang. Sedangkan pada Desember 2020, jumlah koperasi aktif sebanyak 127.124 unit dengan volume usaha Rp174 triliun dan jumlah anggota sekitar 25 juta orang. Pengembangan koperasi pun memiliki tantangan sendiri, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya penguatan peran koperasi. Terkait dengan pengelolaan manajemen kelembagaan, peningkatan kapasitas SDM koperasi, penggunaan teknologi dan sistem informasi baik dalam manajemen koperasi maupun dalam menjalankan usahanya, perlu dilakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan serta kemitraan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi adalah melalui modernisasi koperasi. Pelatihan Optimalisasi Penggunaaan Social Media Marketing bagi Pengurus Koperasi pada Koperasi Kota Bandung ditujukan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi pengurus koperasi dalam pengelolaan media sosial untuk media marketing koperasi. Melibatkan peserta yang berasal dari pengurus koperasi di Kota Bandung binaan Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (Dinas KUMKM) Kota Bandung. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan capaian target utama yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan pengurus koperasi tentang social media serta peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan social media marketing, berdasarkan self-assessment yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan beberapa evaluasi yang perlu ditindaklanjuti untuk optimalisasi kompetensi social media marketing bagi koperasi. In the digital era, cooperatives are encouraged to develop and be modern with adaptability in terms of human and technological resources. Pelaku UMKM banyak yang kesulitan dalak memenuhi kebutuhan pembiayaan karena ketidaktahuan prosedur dan tata cara mengajukan pembiayaan ke Lembaga keuangan. Stigma yang tertanam pada pengetahuan pelaku UMKM bahwa mengajukan sumber pembiayaan harus memenuhi berbagai persyaratan administrative. Namun mereka kesulitan dan tidak mampu untuk memenuhinya. Pengetahuan mereka mengenai Lembaga keuangan masih terbatas, oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya peningkatan pemngetahuan mengenai literasi dan inklusi keuangan. Metode palaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PPM) ini yaitu dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab. Nara sumber yang dihdirkan dalam kegiatan tersebut berasasl dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bank Indonesia, Bank bjb, dan pelaku usaha financial technology (fintech). Para pelaku UMKM yang menjadi sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok usaha dari berbagi bidang usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan PPM ini cukup baik, para pelaku UMKM mengalami peningkatan dalam literasi dan inklusi keuangan. One example of this change is the increasing use of digital learning content. Not only does it help overcome post-pandemic learning loss, but also digital learning content that is engaging, easily accessible, and inclusive can boost students' interest in learning. Soekarno Hatta Private Elementary School in North Lampung is one of the schools that recognizes the urgency of the need for digital learning. The school intends to implement and enhance digital learning content. However, despite having produced several learning videos, the teachers at this school do not possess the skills to produce high-quality digital learning content. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to assist in increasing the production of digital learning content through the GuruVirtual.ID platform, a learning platform developed by Muhammadiyah University Kotabumi. To achieve optimal results, two methods were utilized: the mentoring method and the output-based partner participatory method. The mentoring method focuses on implementing learning content workshops, assisting in the preparation of learning scenarios, and guiding the practice of recording and editing learning videos based on the GuruVirtual.ID. In the participation method, partners were directed to produce learning content. When compared to the surrounding villages, namely Selasari and Cintaratu, information regarding tourism potential, location access, umkm, and village facilities is very difficult to find. This is due to the lack of education about the management of tourism facilities to the village community. Aiming to provide education about the management of a tourist village and its benefits for the village economy, the community service team held a workshop related to a tourism village for residents in Bangunkarya Village. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, diskusi, dan observasi di lokasi tersebut, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pengrajin batik di Kampoeng Batik Laweyan selaku mitra pengabdian, yaitu (a) menurunnya omzet penjualan selama pandemi Covid-19, (b) mitra belum mampu memanfaatkan platform digital dengan baik sebagai media promosi, (c) masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami makna batik yang sebenarnya karena minimnya sosialisasi. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pengrajin batik KBL mampu bangkit kembali pasca pandemi Covid-19. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra adalah membangun strategi content marketing yang meliputi (a) membuat perencanaan dan guidelines strategi content marketing, (b) memproduksi konten sebagai bahan promosi untuk membangun awareness, (c) memberdayakan media sosial dan platform digital lainnya guna mendistribusikan konten, (d) melakukan content promotion secara digital menggunakan platform Facebook Ads dan Google Ads. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan prinsip transfer pengetahuan dari tim pengabdian kepada pihak Kampoeng Batik Laweyan dengan memenuhi aspek KAP (Kognitif, Afektif, Psikomotorik), dalam bentuk (a) diseminasi informasi; (b) pendampingan; dan (c) monitoring dan evaluasi. Program pengabdian ini telah menghasilkan berbagai konten yang berupa gambar dan video untuk meningkatkan awareness KBL di media sosial. Dengan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan, program pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan followers dan engagement pada akun media sosial Kampoeng Batik Laweyan serta mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pengusaha batik di sana terkait urgensi content marketing. After the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, many MSMEs were affected which resulted in their turnover and sales volume dropping drastically, including Kampoeng Batik Laweyan (KBL). Based on the results of analysis, discussions and observations at the location, there are several problems faced by batik craftsmen at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan as service partners, namely (a) decreased sales turnover during the Covid-19 pandemic, (b) KBL has not been able to utilize the platform digitally well as a promotional medium, (c) there are still many people who do not understand the true meaning of batik because of the lack of socialization. The purpose of this community service program is to empower KBL batik craftsmen to be able to bounce back after the Covid-19 pandemic. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan tindakan kolektif adalah pendampingan terhadap karang taruna sebagai lembaga lokal yang mengembangkan potensi budidaya maggot dengan memanfaatkan sampah organik dari rumah warga masyarakat. Upaya pengelolaan sampah organik di Desa Rancamanyar oleh lembaga karang taruna sejalan dengan pengembangan budidaya maggot yang sedang dijalankannya. Pendampingan terhadap karang taruna dalam pengembangan tindakan kolektif melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang pengelolaan sampah pada tingkat rumah tangga serta dukungannya terhadap upaya pengembangan budidaya maggot. Pemahaman yang dicapai melalui kegiatan penyuluhan perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan kesepakatan dan ketentuan pengurus RT/RW mengenai pengelolaan sampah tersebut agar sinergi dengan upaya dari karang taruna. Utilization of organic waste originating from households will be able to explain the pollution of the Citarum River. This study aims to describe efforts to develop community collective action in organic waste management which at the same time supports efforts to develop maggot cultivation in Rancamanyar Village, Baleendah District, Bandung Regency. The method used in developing collective action is assisting youth organizations as a local institution that develops the potential for maggot cultivation by utilizing organic waste from the homes of community members. Efforts to manage organic waste in Rancamanyar Village by the youth organization are in line with the development of maggot cultivation which it is currently carrying out. Assistance to youth organizations in developing collective action through extension activities can provide insight into waste management at the household level and support for efforts to develop maggot cultivation.
