The results reveal that cognitive complexity is useful to understand the stylistic innovation processes of Taiwanese entrepreneur-designers. The entrepreneur-designers use cognitive complexity to determine the structural prerequisites of aesthetic products. The domain-specific cognitive complexity of the entrepreneur-designer influences the selection of relevant and appropriate dimensions in stylistic innovation. Entrepreneur-designers’ strategic decisions to target a customer-oriented market or designer-driven market will affect the selection of stylistic orchestration and agile synchronization in the process of stylistic innovation.\u0000 \u0000

The advancement of this emerging technology requires the sharing of discoveries and knowledge by both individual researchers and research teams. The purpose of this study was to undertake a bibliometric analysis of articles pertaining to VR research and development. Methods: This study retrieved data from the Science Citation Index Expanded and the Social Science Citation Index Expanded sections of the Web of Science. The keyword "virtual reality" was used to search for full articles published between 1993 and 2017. The retrieved articles were analysed by year, country of origin, journal, institution, and citation number. In addition, the core journals were identified based on Bradford’s law of scattering. Results: The literature relating to VR contained 11,150 articles from 96 countries released between 1993 and 2017. The majority of articles originated from the USA, with 3,482 articles (31.23%), the UK, with 1,204 articles (10.80%), and Germany, with 886 articles (7.95%). The articles were published in 223 subjects detailed by the Journal Citation Report’s subject classification. Among the 223 subjects, the top 30 subject areas can be roughly categorised into computer science, psychology, and medical groups. On the other hand, the top three institutional publishers were University College London (UCL), the University of Toronto, and the University of Washington. The most frequently cited article, by Seymour et al., demonstrated VR training in an operating room, and was published in the Annals of Surgery in 2002, and, as of September 2018, has been cited 1,375 times. The core zone of the four-zone division contains 34 journals, and published 2,780 articles. Conclusions: The data indicate that VR articles have grown steadily over the period studied. The trend reveals that VR research is likely to fall at the growth stage, and so more research and development outputs may occur in the near future. In addition, this study has identified principle subject areas, core journals, prolific authors, and research institutions expected to contribute to VR research and development.\u0000 \u0000

I use Bloomberg’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Disclosure score to proxy CSP. The CFP is measured by two accounting-based measures, namely, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and a market-based measure as annual stock returns (Stock Returns). Results suggest that CSP influences on ROE and ROA in an inverted U-shaped pattern, supporting that the strategic CSR motive satisfies the profit maximization assumption; better current ROE (Stock Returns) will lead to subsequent CSP improvement in a positive quadratic (inverted U-shape) pattern, thus supporting the slack resources theory. To sum up, there is a quadratic bidirectional relationship between CSP and ROE of Taiwan-listed firms. \u0000 Further, disentangling Bloomberg’s ESG Disclosure score to proxy environmental, social, and governance performance, which shows that the direct effect of environmental (social) performance on accounting-based measures of CFP is increasing (decreasing) return to scale. Hence, the Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility (ECSR) investment by TWSE listed firms benefits CFP should be encouraged in cases where the indirect influence of environmental performance on ROE and ROA through governance performance is manageable, supporting Natural-resource-based View of the firm (NRBV).\u0000 \u0000

However, there is no analytic model for picking distance estimation for RBSA. Most of the related studies have targeted specific cases and applied simulation or mathematical programming to validate the family grouping method’s superiority over traditional storage assignment methods including the random assignment policy. To explore the effects of RBSA, this current study develops a preliminary analytical model of travel distance estimation for low- level, picker-to-part, and pick-by-order warehouses. We use Frequency-Based Storage Assignment (FBSA) as a baseline for comparison. We consider both single-aisle warehouse layouts and two-block, multi-aisle warehouse layouts, with return and traversal picking policies. The skewed ABC distribution curve of SKUs, the number of picks (N) per picking tour, the number of SKUs (n1) in a family, and the number of families (n2) are also taken into account. Our results show that, in comparison with the FBSA method, the RBSA method decreases the picking distance by as much as 32%.\u0000 \u0000

In the property management industry, the switching cost is a common actions adopted to bind customers by providing services, products, and technology and thus obtain a competitive advantage in the market. For example, an independent financial statement generation system that is incompatible with the systems of competing providers can be used to establish a strong relationship with customers and consolidate a service provider’s status. \u0000 However, satisfactory instrumental performance alone does not satisfy customers, because the most crucial considerations for customers involve psychological performance (Swan & Combs, 1976). According to the satisfaction model of self-determination theory, high satisfaction only occurs when an individual perceives that his or her intrinsic needs for competence, autonomy, and relatedness needs are satisfied (Baard et al., 2004). Service providers often use a switching cost as a tool that binds customers when their satisfaction has decreased. External absorptive capacity generally refers to the ability of companies to acquire general knowledge generated outside the environment and from external partners such as customers, suppliers, competitors, research institutions, and consultants (Mariano & Al-Arrayed, 2018; Peeters et al., 2014; Song et al., 2018; Yang & Tsai, 2019). Therefore, high absorptive capacity enables service providers to evaluate and adjust external knowledge to generate new ideas (Nag & Gioia, 2012; Fabrizio, 2009; Yang & Tsai, 2019) and use the knowledge as a mechanism for using the switching-cost binding effect to delay the effect of reduced satisfaction on intention to stay.\u0000 \u0000

Consequently, an increasing number of companies are working on the development of environmentally friendly products and concepts such as design for green product development, green product design, and green product innovation have come to the forefront. Prior research has extensively explored consumer motivation for acquiring green products, the profiles of a "typical" green consumer, and how to orchestrate marketing programs that influence the purchase of green products but there is still little research exploring the customer loyalty of green product, though the realization of sustainable development of the environment needs the customers to continue buying the green products. Gogoro is one of the green products which intended to fix the dilemma between the convenience of transportation and ecological degradation in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to take Gogoro as a case to examine the factors that will affect the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of a green product. A sample of 208 respondents was collected. The SPSS and PLS-SEM were applied to conduct the statistical analysis. The results show that function, usability, price, and brand image will affect customer satisfaction significantly. Brand image will affect customer satisfaction most, followed by function.
