{"title":"Primary study on the components and physico chemical as well as biological properties of the essential oil from zingiber montanum growing in Lai Chau, Vietnam","authors":"Nguyen Van Loi","doi":"10.55401/t1edge24","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55401/t1edge24","url":null,"abstract":"The essential oil of Zingiber montanum (J.Koenig) Link ex A.Dietr. growing wild in the province Lai Chau of Vietnam was obtained by steam distillation and dried with Na2SO4. By GC-MS, 31 components in the essential oil were predicted by comparing their retention times and molecular weights mass spectra with those of the standards. In particular, there were 15 hydrocarbons (37.76% monoterpenes and 11.63% sesquiterpenes) and 16 oxygenated components (16.11% aldehydes, 19.99% alcohols, and 13.27% esters). The density (at 20oC), acid index, and ester index of the essential oil were 0.814 g/ml; 0.651 mgKOH/g, and 0.736 mgKOH/g, respectively. The antioxidant activity was determined by using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazol (DPPH) radical percentage inhibition and it was 48.07± 0.32%. Ngoài tự nhiên, cây Bình vôi đang bị khai thác cạn kiệt, nguồn cung cây giống không đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển diện tích trồng. Nghiên cứu nhân giống cây Bình vôi in vitro nhằm mục tiêu bảo tồn loài cây này. Gold-coated sand is prepared by chemical reduction of Au(III) solution with hydroxylamine depositing elemental gold on acid-etched sand. A home-made dual gold trap unit which focused time-resolved mercury trapped from the sampling/first trap provided an increase in sensitivity and reliability for the analysis of ultra-trace mercury in air was designed and tested. Instrumental detection and quantitation limits (IDL and IQL) of system were 3.9 and 13pg Hg, respectively. Method detection and quantitation limits (MLOD and MLOQ) of system were 0.04 and 0.13ngHg.m-3 for sampling flow rate of 200mL.min-1 and sampling time of 8 hours. Sampling system for gaseous elemental mercury was set up and cooperated with home-made desorption system were preliminarily applied for analysis of atmospheric mercury in samples collected at Hochiminh city University of Science. Cỡ mẫu được tính theo công thức của Slovin (1960). Kết quả cho thấy 97,43% sinh viên khóa 14DDS và 95,19% khóa 13DDS lựa chọn đi làm sau khi tốt nghiệp. Khóa 13DDS lựa chọn: Dược sĩ nhà thuốc bệnh viện (11,91%), Nhân viên văn phòng (11,01%), Dược sĩ nhà thuốc tư nhân (9,51%). Chuyên ngành Quản lí cung ứng thuốc khóa 13DDS chọn Marketing (8,55%), Kinh doanh tự do (8,20%), Trình dược viên (7,50%); chuyên ngành Sản xuất thuốc chọn QA (13,43%) và QC (7,46%). Có 86,29% sinh viên 14DDS dự định chọn chuyên ngành Quản lí cung ứng thuốc, tương đồng với khóa 13DDS và hoàn toàn phù hợp với thực tế nhu cầu xã hội. Khóa 14DDS lựa chọn: Dược sĩ nhà thuốc tư nhân (15%), Kinh doanh tự do 13%, Dược sĩ nhà thuốc bệnh viện và marketing dược chiếm 10%. Chỉ có 5% sinh viên của mỗi khóa chọn Dược sĩ lâm sàng, 3% sinh viên khóa 13DDS và 2% sinh viên khóa 14DDS chọn nuôi trồng dược liệu. This sentiment might be negative, neutral, or positive. It is possible to be sarcastic using only positive or neutral sentiment textual contents. Hence, lexicon algorithm can be useful but insufficient for sarcasm detection. It is necessary to extend the lexicon algorithm to come up with systems that would be proven efficient for sarcasm detection on neutral and positive sentiment textual contents. In this paper, two sarcasm analysis systems both obtained from the extension of the lexicon algorithm have been proposed for that sake. The first system consists of the combination of a lexicon algorithm and a pure sarcasm analysis algorithm. The second system consists of the combination of a lexicon algorithm and a sentiment prediction algorithm.
