In this paper we present new results concerning the application of this approach to the forecasting of the individual rainfall intensities series collected by 135 stations. The average RMS error of the obtained forecasting is less than 3 mm of rain.","PeriodicalId":170543,"journal":{"name":"2012 Fifth International Joint Conference on Computational Sciences and Optimization","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127019596","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In each iteration, histogram matching (HM) map is improved, leading to more accurate radiometric calibration. Then, difference image is generated from the change detection method-image differencing for further analysis, in which an unsupervised threshold selection algorithm based on Bayesian decision theory is used, aiming at extracting the changed information automatically from the images. This algorithm is suitable for those images which have great radiometric difference as well as great changes from each other. The experimental result of the proposed algorithm compared with the traditional way of CD is presented, which indicate that the proposed method improves the result effectively and is superior to the traditional one.","PeriodicalId":170543,"journal":{"name":"2012 Fifth International Joint Conference on Computational Sciences and Optimization","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126525941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to model C2 systems, an entity relationship based method is raised. All levels and all kinds of command posts are abstracted into C2 entity model which is composed of capability model and behavior model. At the same time the communication connections and information interactions between these command posts are represented by C2 relationship model. The C2 entity capability is characterized by parameterized entity capability indexes and the entity behavior is modeled by finite automation machine. 2-dimention tables are used to model the network relationship and information relationship which preferably solves the C2 architecture modeling problem. The entity relationship based modeling method is easy to understand and convenient for programming. The credibility of C2 models built by this method can be improved continuously because of its integrity and flexibility. The method can be used to develop combat simulation systems and well support C2 systems' effectiveness evaluation.","PeriodicalId":170543,"journal":{"name":"2012 Fifth International Joint Conference on Computational Sciences and Optimization","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115651515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to the complex and tedious process, it is inconvenient for the staff to operate the management information system. In this paper, we apply KPI to the processes of hull block fabrication through the KPI theory and make business process table which can simplify the process. We propose using key performance indicators of hull block fabrication based on KPI theory to optimize workflow, and focus on the KPI-based interface design of hull block fabrication system to help staff in the operation of management information system more accurate, timely and quickly. These implementation processes can enable enterprises to complete the shipbuilding tasks on schedule and realize modern shipbuilding enterprise information management.","PeriodicalId":170543,"journal":{"name":"2012 Fifth International Joint Conference on Computational Sciences and Optimization","volume":"2179 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130090722","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the size of the loan for highly energy-consuming companies is not cut enormously, but raised continuously. This paper is discussing the cause of the increasing loan for highly energy-consuming companies by the method of mathematical analysis from the perspective of risk expectation. The main reason for this phenomenon is the limitation of wealth threshold and risk threshold, which are the principal factors to the judgment on the investment projects success ratio of commercial bank. In the long and dynamic process, the success ratio determined by commercial bank is based on the investment experience in the previous period. In sum, the suggestions and measures are proposed to promote the standardization development of green credit.","PeriodicalId":170543,"journal":{"name":"2012 Fifth International Joint Conference on Computational Sciences and Optimization","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2012-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116724314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
