摘要

目前船体砌块制造管理信息系统在企业中得到了广泛的应用。但是,由于管理信息系统的流程复杂繁琐,给工作人员操作带来不便。本文通过KPI理论,将KPI应用到船体砌块制造过程中,并制作业务流程表,简化流程。我们提出了基于KPI理论的船体砌块制造关键绩效指标来优化工作流程,并重点研究了基于KPI的船体砌块制造系统界面设计,以帮助工作人员在管理信息系统的操作中更加准确、及时、快速。这些实施流程可以使企业按时完成造船任务,实现现代造船企业信息化管理。

The KPI-based Interface Design of Hull Block Fabrication Process Optimization System
