Stunting is a health problem that can reduce the quality of human resources. One of the parties who plays an important role in overcoming stunting is posyandu cadres. The role of posyandu cadres as community empowerers is very much needed in improving community welfare through health. This research aims to determine the role of posyandu cadres in reducing stunting rates in Sakambang Wanayasa Village, Purwakarta Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and the assistance of PRA techniques. The research results show that posyandu cadres have carried out their role in carrying out the mission to reduce stunting rates, but it can be said that this is not optimal. This can be seen from the activities carried out by cadres such as providing education about stunting, measuring and weighing toddlers to detect stunting, conducting home visits, providing additional food and vitamins to pregnant mothers and toddlers. In carrying out their role, posyandu cadres also receive support from both health workers and local village officials. However, in carrying out its role there are obstacles, namely the lack of cadre knowledge and education that must be provided regularly, inadequate posyandu infrastructure, low community participation and knowledge in responding to a problem, and funding for stunting prevention that is not timely. Keywords: Role, Posyandu Cadre, Stunting Prevention. Abstrak. Stunting adalah permasalahan kesehatan yang dapat menurunkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu pihak yang berperan penting untuk mengatasi stunting ini adalah kader posyandu. Peran kader posyandu sebagai pemberdaya masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kader posyandu dalam menurunkan angka stunting di Desa Sakambang Wanayasa, Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta bantuan teknik PRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kader posyandu telah menjalankan perannya dalam misi menurunkan angka stunting, namun dapat dikatakan belum optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para kader seperti memberikan edukasi tentang stunting, melakukan pengukuran dan penimbangan pada balita untuk mendeteksi stunting, melakukan home visit, memberikan makanan tambahan dan vitamin pada ibu hamil dan balita. Dalam menjalankan perannya, kader posyandu juga mendapat dukungan baik dari tenaga kesehatan maupun aparat desa setempat. Namun, dalam menjalankan perannya terdapat hambatan di mana masih kurangnya pengetahuan kader dan edukasi harus diberikan secara rutin, sarana prasarana posyandu yang belum memadai, rendahnya partisipasi dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam menyikapi suatu masalah, dan pendanaan pencegahan stunting yang tidak tepat waktu. Not only given great responsibility in childcare, social and cultural constructions in Indonesia form that a wife or mother must be able to do housework and the husband is responsible for providing a living. The purpose of this study, researchers want to see how a mother eliminates the constructions that develop in society in realizing gender justice and equality in the household. The research method in this study is a descriptive qualitative method because it is to discuss the research results comprehensively. Data collection in this study used interviews with two young mothers. The results in this study show that in realizing gender justice in the household, each couple must prepare for marriage in terms of science and mentality so that each other understands each other regarding their respective roles and responsibilities. responsible for childcare and domestic work. Abstrak. Ada konstruksi sosial dan budaya di masyarakat yang beranggapan seorang ibu adalah orang paling bertanggung jawab dalam pengasuhan anak. Padahal, pada dasarnya pengasuhan anak adalah tanggung jawab bersama antara suami dan istri. Meskipun ibu adalah sekolah pertama bagi anak-anaknya, ayah juga memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam pengasuhan anak. Kemudian, ibu tidak hanya diberikan tanggung jawab besar dalam pengasuhan anak, konstruksi sosial dan budaya di Indonesia juga meletakkan seorang istri atau ibu dalam pekerjaan rumah tangga dan suami bertanggung jawab untuk mencari nafkah. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana seorang ibu menghilangkan konstruksi yang berkembang di masyarakat dalam mewujudkan keadilan gender dan kesetaraan dalam rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif karena membahas hasil penelitian secara komprehensif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan dua ibu muda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam mewujudkan keadilan gender dalam rumah tangga, setiap pasangan harus mempersiapkan pernikahan dari segi ilmu pengetahuan dan mental agar saling memahami peran dan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing. Bertanggung jawab atas pengasuhan anak dan pekerjaan rumah tangga. Dan terbentuknya budaya komunikasi dalam melaksanakan pembagian peran demi munculnya keadilan dalam rumah tangga. This research aims to determine the birth process, the dynamics of the formulation, and the impact of the licensing policy for ex-corruption convicts to participate in elections. By using qualitative research methods and public policy theory, political elites, and corruption, this study found that the licensing policy for ex-corruption convicts in elections is a political process on the basis of providing opportunities for ex-corruption convicts as part of human rights which is then set forth in Law Number 7 of 2017 as a legal decree. Therefore, General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) Number 20 of 2018 which prohibits ex-corruption convicts from becoming election participants is in itself considered deviant. This policy reaped a lot of controversy and rejection from society, but on the pretext of providing opportunities and fulfilling human rights, the political process came to a decision to be legalized through law. As a result, in the midst of public knowledge about the limited track record of politicians and the attitude of the people towards non-corruption which tends to be permissive, legislative candidates with backgrounds of corruption convicts have emerged and some have been elected in political contests at both the local and national levels. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses lahir, dinamika perumusan, dan dampak kebijakan perizinan mantan narapidana korupsi ikut serta dalam pemilu. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan teori kebijakan publik, elite politik, dan korupsi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kebijakan perizinan mantan narapidana korupsi dalam pemilu merupakan proses politik atas dasar pemberian kesempatan mantan narapidana korupsi sebagai bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang kemudian dituangkan dalam UU No. 7 Tahun 2017. Oleh sebab itu, Peraturan KPU (PKPU) Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 yang melarang mantan narapidana korupsi menjadi peserta pemilu dengan sendirinya dianggap menyimpang. Kebijakan ini menuai banyak kotroversi dan penolakan dari masyarakat, namun atas dalih pemberian kesempatan dan pemenuhan HAM, maka proses politik sampai pada keputusan untuk dilegalisasi melalui undang-undang. Dampaknya, di tengah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang track record politisi yang terbatas dan sikap masyarakat terhadap tindak korupsi yang cenderung permisif, maka bermunculan calon-calon legislatif berlatar belakang narapidana korupsi dan sebagian terpilih dalam kontestasi politik baik pada tingkat lokal maupun nasional. This research discusses the implementation of the Smart City policy in South Tangerang City, Banten, Indonesia as a response to regional autonomy demands and the complexity of urban issues. As an innovative concept, Tangsel Smart City focuses on providing solutions to community problems through the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Through innovation and renewal, the South Tangerang City Government has successfully increased efficiency in public services, especially in licensing, taxation, and budgeting. This study is based on the Decree Number 134.43/Head.220-Legal/2017 and Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and the Local Government of South Tangerang City. Although the implementation of Smart City in Tangsel has brought positive changes, there are challenges such as the lack of supporting application functions, suboptimal socialization, difficulties in inter-agency integration, and security issues. The aim of this research is to provide an in-depth overview of the Smart City policy implementation, evaluate its effectiveness, and identify opportunities and challenges. It is hoped that the results of this research contribute to both practical and theoretical understanding of Smart City implementation in autonomous regions, serve as a guide for further research, and encourage continuous efforts to improve the quality of public services through the Smart City concept. Qualitative methods are deemed the most appropriate approach to gather information regarding the improvement of economic independence within the community through the Z-Chicken program of Baznas in South Tangerang City. The study of the Z-Chicken program in South Tangerang as an initiative to enhance the economic independence of the community reveals sustainable impacts, such as transforming beneficiaries into contributors. The presence of this empowerment program should be expanded in its reach. This study discusses the policy influencer of Australia's policy towards asylum seekers during the reign of Julia Gillard from 2010-2013. These approaches incorporate the re-implementation of the Pacific Solution, the return of asylum seekers to their countries of origin, and the Malaysia Solution, beside other policies. This study uses the theory of policy influence system and prejudice theory in explaining the policies implemented by the government of Australia in managing with asylum seeker amid the reign of Julia Gillard and the components behind the policy-making. The analytical ranking used is the nation-state. This research is qualitative research with descriptive type. The results of this study indicate that Australia's policy towards asylum seekers under the Gillard government is influenced by three policy influencing factors, namely the bureaucracy, parties, and the public, which are full of negative prejudice against asylum seekers. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sistem pengaruh kebijakan dan teori prasangka dalam menjelaskan kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah Australia dalam menangani pencari suaka di tengah pemerintahan Julia Gillard dan komponen di balik pembuatan kebijakan. Pemeringkatan analitis yang digunakan adalah negara-bangsa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. This study analyzes the political marketing strategy of DPW PSI Jakarta DPRD DKI Jakarta in the 2019 election. The purpose of this research is to look at PSI Jakarta's strategy in facing the 2019 election, so as to get 8 seats for DPRD DKI Jakarta. Also, to find out the obstacles faced by PSI Jakarta during the campaign. PSI's achievements as a new party have been quite successful and have even exceeded the expectations of its management. Even though it was full of controversy by carrying anti-corruption and anti-intolerance narratives which were labeled as anti-Islamic parties, it was able to get 8 seats. PSI as a new party, eventually made its way to the DKI Jakarta parliament. In this case, PSI's political marketing strategy is quite effective which is based on push, pull and pass political marketing. This study uses the main theory of political marketing. The focus of the discussion is PSI's political marketing strategy. The method used is qualitative, with interviews and documentation data collection techniques. Analysis of the research data is divided into three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research concludes that the political marketing strategy of DPW PSI Jakarta is quite effective. Meanwhile, the control is being branded as an anti-Islamic party, failing to pass the parliamentary threshold, and the eliteness of its narrative. Keywords: PSI, political marketing, strategy. Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang strategi pemasaran politik DPW PSI Jakarta DPRD DKI Jakarta pada pemilu 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat strategi PSI Jakarta dalam menghadapi pemilu 2019, sehingga mendapatkan 8 kursi untuk DPRD DKI Jakarta. Juga, untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi oleh PSI Jakarta pada saat kampanye. Pencapaian PSI sebagai partai baru sudah cukup berhasil bahkan bisa melebihi ekspektasi dari para pengurusnya. Meski penuh kontroversi dengan mengusung narasi anti korupsi dan anti intoleransi yang dicap sebagai partai anti Islam, namun mampu mendapatkan 8 kursi. PSI sebagai partai baru, akhirnya melenggang ke parlemen DKI Jakarta. Dalam hal ini, strategi pemasaran politik PSI cukup efektif yang bertumpu pada push, pull dan pass political marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan strategi pemasaran politik DPW PSI Jakarta cukup efektif. Sementara kendalnya adalah dicap partai anti Islam, tidak lolos parlementary threshold, dan keelitisan narasnya. Every public agency that operational activities are sourced from the State Budget (APBN) and/or Regional Budget (APBD) is responsible for opening access to information relating to the administration of the state to the public. In order to realize this responsibility, every public agency is obliged to have a supporting organization that is responsible for providing public information, this organization is called as Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID). Thus the Medan City government is also obliged to form the PPID. This research aims to see how the performance of the PPID Kota Medan in fulfilling the Availability of Public Information, which factors and dynamics influence their performance. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this study shows that the PPID Kota Medan has carried out its duties quite well. In terms of Productivity, they have made this happen based on existing rules or regulations. Responsiveness, they have tried to involve the people. Responsibilities, they already know and apply the law as a support as well as the basis for carrying out all their activities in accordance with PPID’s policies. As for the obstacles in influencing the performance of the PPID Kota Medan, among others, namely regarding the dual duties and positions; there are still many members of the PPID Kota Medan who do not fully understand the duties of PPID; lack of budget allocation support from the government. Setiap badan publik yang kegiatan operasionalnya bersumber dari APBN dan/atau APBD bertanggung jawab untuk membuka akses terhadap informasi yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan negara atau pemerintahannya kepada publik. Demi mewujudkan tanggungjawab tersebut maka setiap badan publik wajib untuk memiliki organisasi pendukung yang bertanggung jawab atas penyediaan informasi publik, organisasi ini adalah Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID). Maka pemerintah Kota Medan juga wajib membentuk organisasi PPID. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Kinerja PPID Kota Medan dalam Pemenuhan Ketersediaan Informasi Publik, faktor-faktor serta dinamika apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan Analisis Deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PPID Kota Medan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Indonesian public opinion surveys consistently underestimate support for five mid-sized parties: PKB, PKS, NasDem, PAN, and PPP. This paper explores whether this consistent underestimation is the result of social desirability bias, late decisions or late mobilization, candidate-driven voter preferences, or sampling design. I find some evidence that parties with stronger mobilization networks and more candidate-centric strategies are more likely to be underestimated. A simulation study suggests that sampling design does not systematically disadvantage the parties in question. While social desirability bias is a possible cause of the downward bias, scholarly literature casts doubt on the social undesirability of expressed support for the parties. Further research should examine whether the types of voters who support the five underestimated parties might be harder to reach in surveys. Public opinion pollsters should consider noting in public statements that these mid-sized parties have tended to outperform their polls on election day. Survei-survei opini publik Indonesia pra-pemilu secara konsisten menemukan dukungan kepada lima partai menengah: PKB, PKS, NasDem, PAN, dan PPP cenderung lebih rendah dibanding hasil aktual pemilu. Artikel ini menginvestigasi apakah prediksi yang lebih rendah dan konsisten ini merupakan akibat dari bias keinginan sosial (social desirability bias), pilihan elektoral atau mobilisasi yang telat, preferensi pemilih yang digerakkan oleh kandidat, atau desain pengambilan sampel. Naskah ilmiah ini menemukan bukti bahwa partai-partai dengan jaringan mobilisasi yang kuat dan strategi yang lebih berpusat pada kandidat cenderung kurang tercermin dinamika elektabilitasnya dalam survei. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa desain sampling tidak secara sistematis berkontribusi atas kegagalan survei dalam memprediksi dukungan partai-partai menengah. Meskipun bias keinginan sosial adalah faktor yang memungkinkan penyebab angka elektabilitas yang terekam dalam survei cenderung rendah, literatur ilmiah sejauh ini meragukan bahwa bias tersebut merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh untuk kasus ini. Inclusive education has gained momentum in the last few years as it becomes the buzzword in the vernacular of the Indonesia’s education sector, especially among the educators and education providers in Indonesia. Inclusive education requires education providers to provide quality and accessible education for students with disabilities. This article examines the practice of inclusive education at the Lazuardi Global Islamic School. It is located at the border of West Java and the capital city of Jakarta and is considered as one of the first educational institutions to offer inclusive education within an Islamic educational setting. The article begins with an overview of the inclusive education program offered since 1994 and the progressive orientation of the school’s organization, management, teachers’ educational development and training, in addition to an inclusive curriculum development, that has enabled implementation of an inclusive education. Based on qualitative research and extensive interviews with the school’s leaders, teachers, health professional staffs, parents, and students, this article discusses and analyses the experience of Lazuardi School in implementing inclusive education. The story of Lazuardi can be used as a reference for other Islamic education providers to offer inclusive Islamic education system. Pendidikan inklusif mendapat momentum dalam beberapa tahun terakhir sebagai istilah yang dipakai dalam bahasa sehari-hari di bidang pendidikan, terutama di kalangan pendidik dan penyelenggara pendidikan di Indonesia. Pendidikan inklusif mensyaratkan penyelenggara pendidikan untuk menyediakan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan dapat diakses oleh siswa penyandang disabilitas. Artikel ini mengkaji praktik pendidikan inklusif di Lazuardi Global Islamic School. Lembaga pendidikan ini terletak di perbatasan Jawa Barat dan ibukota Jakarta dan dianggap sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan pertama yang menawarkan pendidikan inklusif dalam lingkungan pendidikan bernuansa Islam. Paper ini diawali dengan penjelasan mengenai ikhtisar program pendidikan inklusif yang dimulai sejak 1994 dan orientasi progresif organisasi sekolah, manajemen, pengembangan dan pelatihan pendidikan guru, di samping pengembangan kurikulum inklusif, yang memungkinkan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Berdasarkan penelitian kualitatif dan wawancara ekstensif dengan pimpinan sekolah, guru, staf profesional kesehatan, orang tua, dan siswa, penulis membahas dan menganalisis pengalaman Sekolah Lazuardi dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif. Kisah Lazuardi dapat dijadikan referensi bagi penyelenggara pendidikan Islam lainnya untuk menawarkan sistem pendidikan Islam inklusif.
