At this time, youth have a great desire to find the most suitable lifestyle and gain recognition from family and the environment. In these searches, sometimes teenagers are caught up in deviant behaviours that lead to delinquency, among the factors that cause juvenile delinquency in vocational schools in the absence of positive activities that can channel adolescents' talents, interests, and creativity so that they express their desires with activities that violate norms, both legal, social, and religious norms. This study tries to describe and analyze the management of student activities in tackling juvenile delinquency with a library research approach from various sources. This study found that juvenile delinquency is caused by various factors, including internal factors, family, community environment, and school environment. From these factors, psychiatric factors play an essential role concerning juvenile delinquency in vocational school students. At the same time, the model of youth activities that can be done is teaching and learning activities, activities commemorating Islamic holidays, activities of Ramadan huts or flash boarding schools, flag ceremony activities, congregational prayers and worship, extra-curricular activities, and report card sharing activities.AbstrakMasa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak menuju masa dewasa. Pada masa ini, remaja memiliki keinginan yang besar untuk menemukan pola hidup yang paling sesuai dengan dirinya dan mendapat pengakuan dari keluarga serta lingkungan. Dalam pencarian tersebut terkadang remaja terjebak pada perbuatan perilaku menyimpang yang mengarah pada kenakalan. Di antara faktor penyebab kenakalan remaja di SMK adalah tidak adanya kegiatan positif yang dapat menyalurkan bakat, minat dan kreativitas remaja, sehingga mereka mengekspresikan keinginannya dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang melanggar norma, baik norma hukum, sosial, maupun norma agama. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara mendalam manajemen kegiatan siswa dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja dengan pendekatan penelitian Pustaka dari berbagai sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan adanya kenakalan remaja disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya: faktor intern, keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat, dan lingkungan sekolah. Dari faktor-faktor tersebut, faktor kejiwaan memegang peranan penting dalam kaitannya dengan kenakalan remaja pada siswa SMK. The completion of university’s study program does not make the university complete its planning task. The existence of alumni as a necessity of the educational process has an important position and role in Islamic civilization and requires seriousness in planning its development. Currently, exploring concepts from an Islamic perspective is still limited, especially in terms of alumni development. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of alumni in an Islamic perspective and to explain the planning of alumni development in the university. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research. The results of this study are (1) the term ‘alumni’ in the Islamic perspective refers to a monumental event and (2) alumni development planning can use the POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) concept by George Robert Terry where the stages of the flow start from planning, then organizing, then mobilizing and finally monitoring. After knowing the role of alumni is very strategic, it is hoped that alumni development planning in the future will be managed properly and seriously.AbstrakPenyusunan suatu perencanaan kegiatan sangatlah dianjurkan dalam perspektif Islam. Selesainya program pendidikan tinggi tidaklah menjadikan perguruan tinggi tersebut selesai dalam tugas perencanaannya. Keberadaan alumni sebagai satu keniscayaan dari adanya proses pendidikan mempunyai posisi dan peran penting terhadap peradaban Islam dan perlu keseriusan dalam perencanaan pengembangannya. Saat ini, penggalian konsep dari perspektif Islam masih terbatas khususnya dalam hal pengembangan alumni. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan konsep alumni dalam perspektif Islam dan menjelaskan perencanaan pengembangan alumni di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) istilah ‘alumni’ dalam perspektif Islam merujuk kepada kejadian yang monumental dan (2) perencanaan pengembangan alumni dapat menggunakan konsep POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) oleh George Robert Terry yang mana tahapan alurnya dimulai dari perencanaan, lalu pengorganisasian, kemudian penggerakan dan terakhir pengawasan. Islamic education aims to make Muslims who have a good & correct understanding of  in accordance with the guidance of the Messenger of Allah. Therefore religion becomes the basis for forming a prosperous society in the world and success in the hereafter that is supported by principles that strengthen the foundation. The educational process requires good planning to support the scholastic journey into the future. A plan also requires a strong foundation and support of principles that can strengthen the foundation of education. The principle of comprehensive education planning and solid cooperation among all elements of education will facilitate the course of the educational process until the future in achieving the goal of education that is to make Indonesian people obey God almighty.AbstrakPendidikan merupakan upaya untuk mendidik yang dilakukan oleh seorang pendidik kepada peserta didiknya yang membutuhkan proses yang sangat panjang. Oleh karenanya sebuah pendidikan membutuhkan landasan yang kuat serta prinsip-prinsip yang kuat pula untuk mengokohkan landasan tersebut. Sebuah lembaga pendidikan adalah perangkat untuk memanusiakan manusia dalam upaya membentuk dan memberdayakan manusia ditengah-tengah masyarakat, khususnya dalam pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan Islam bertujuan menjadikan ummat Islam beragama dengan baik dan benar sesuai tuntunan Rasulullah SAW. Oleh karenanya agama menjadi landasan untuk membentuk masyarakat yang sejahtera di bumi dan sukses di akhirat kelak yang ditopang oleh prinsip-prinsip yang mengokohkan landasan tersebut. Proses pendidikan membutuhkan perencanaan yang baik untuk mendukung perjalanan pendidikan tersebut hingga masa yang akan datang. Sebuah perencanaan juga membutuhkan landasan yang kuat serta topangan dari prinsip-prinsip yang dapat mengokohkan landasan pendidikan tersebut. There are three main elements that must be present and considered during learning process which are process of planning, implementing, and evaluating. In carrying out the learning process, teachers very often face obstacles that can affect the whole learning process. To overcome this obstacle requires supervision and guidance so that teachers are able to solve learning problems and develop their competences; both are personal, professional and social competences. This research focuses on developing a learning supervision instrument so that it can be a guide for related parties in conducting supervision in order to create a learning process that is better and in accordance with the goals of Islamic education. This research uses qualitative research methods with library research techniques. As the research results, a supervision instrument design containing forty questions was produced which is in accordance with the principles of Islamic education and technical matters that have been described in the regulations of the ministry of education and culture. The design of this supervision instrument contains questions aimed at assessing the entire learning process which includes planning, implementing, and assessing the learning process.AbstrakProses pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk mengubah berbagai potensi yang dimiliki manusia menjadi sesuatu yang aktual dan tampak jelas nilai manfaatnya. Dalam pembelajaran terdapat tiga unsur utama yang harus ada dan diperhatikan yaitu proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, guru sangat sering menghadapi hambatan yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini diperlukan adanya usaha supervisi serta pembinaan agar guru mampu menyelesaikan masalah pembelajaran serta mengembangkan kompetensinya baik itu kompetensi personal, profesional, maupun kemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan instrumen supervisi pembelajaran agar dapat menjadi sebuah panduan bagi pihak terkait dalam melakukan supervisi agar tercipta proses pembelajaran yang lebih baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan-tujuan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian pustaka. This research method uses descriptive methods whose analysis is done qualitatively. The technique of data collection is done through library research by reading, recording and processing research materials. The results of this study summarized four important points about a teacher's adab against him, then adab teacher to the lesson and his busyness consists of important issues that were successfully formulated by researchers, as well as approximately 14 adab that must be applied by a teacher when doing the process of teaching knowledge to his students.Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adab guru ketika melakukan aktivitas pengajaran menurut pemikiran Imam al-Nawawi dalam karyanya Adab Al-'Alim Wa Al-Muta'alim, yang mana didapatkan pula adab-adab yang lain bagi seorang guru dalam kajian ini yang terdiri dari adab seornag guru terhadapa dirinya, dan adab guru terhadap pelajaran dan kesibukannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang analisisnya dilakukan secara kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan cara membaca, mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. The method used in this study uses library research or research literature. The study concluded that authentic assessments with project-based learning and problem-based learning approach could improve the learning quality, giving positive implications for the development of human resources. For example, building competence, positive, critical thinking, innovative, and doing work in the form of products. Thus, an authentic assessment (project-based learning, problem-based learning, and product assessment) can improve the quality of learning to give implications for the development of human resources in the future.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena implementasi asesmen otentik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan atau literatur penelitian. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penilaian otentik dengan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, memberikan implikasi positif untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Misalnya, membangun kompetensi, berpikir positif, kritis, inovatif, dan melakukan pekerjaan dalam bentuk produk. Still, many supervision did not find the desired results because it was not carried out directly by the school principal. Besides, the absence of an appropriate program so that the supervision program does not find the right direction, which results in the achievement of the supervision goals themselves. The purpose of this study is to arrange the right Clinical Supervision Program in Senior High School. The approach used in this research is qualitative research with the type of field research by utilizing primary sources, namely interviews and observations with both the principal and teachers. The results of this study are clinical supervision can improve teacher professionalism because it feels better. It because of the closeness of the principal with the observed teacher. Besides, monitoring carried out directly by the school principal is more targeted and more objective than supervision conducted by the tutor teacher or vice-principal. The importance of a program arranged in carrying out a supervision activity has a significant role because it can direct and measure the success of the supervision carried out.AbstrakSupervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dirasakan sangat penting karena merupakan dari tugas pokok sebagai kepala sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan keprofesionalan guru dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Akan tetapi. Banyak supervisi tidak menemukan hasil yang diinginkan karena tidak dilaksanakan langsung oleh kepala sekolah. Selain itu, tidak adanya program yang tepat sehingga program supervisi tidak menemukan arah yang benar yang berdampak kepada tidak tercapainya tujuan supervisi itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyusun program supervisi klinis di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang baik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research dengan memanfaatkan sumber primer yaitu wawancara dan pengamatan baik dengan kepala sekolah maupun para guru. Hasil penelitian ini adalah supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan profesional guru karena dirasakan lebih baik. Hal ini diperoleh karena kedekatan kepala sekolah dengan guru yang diobservasi. Selain itu supervisi yang dilaksanakan langsung oleh kepala sekolah dilaksanakan lebih tepat sasaran dan lebih objektif dibandingkan dengan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh guru pamong atau wakil kepala sekolah. Nevertheless, there are still Indonesian children who have not yet had access to education with standards. Therefore, it is an essential awareness of Islamic Philanthropy from individuals of Indonesian society and educational institutions so that it is expected to be more wide open the opportunities of future generations to receive a decent education. The purpose of this study was to obtain an explanation of the concept of Islamic Philanthropy in the Book of Regional Territories at Ta'lim wa al Waqfi fi al Mujtama'at al Islamiyah. The approach used in this research is library research.The results of this study indicate that Islamic Philanthropy with various kinds such as endowments, zakat, infaq, alms and grants can be a strategy as well as a solution in terms of financial management of educational institutions related to income and use. based on a literature review of the Tamwil at Ta'lim wa al Waqfi fi al Mujtama’at al Islamiyah which provides a strong foundation for the purpose of Islamic Philanthropy including in financing educational institutionsAbstrakPemerintah memang telah mengalokasikan 20% dari APBN untuk pendidikan. Meskipun demikian, masih ada anak-anak Indonesia yang belum mendapatkan akses pendidikan dengan standar. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan kesadaran Filantropi Islam dari individu masyarakat Indonesia maupun lembaga pendidikan sehingga diharapkan akan lebih terbuka lebar peluang generasi mendatang mengenyam pendidikan yang layak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan penjelasan tentang konsep Filantropi Islam dalam Kitab Tamwil at Ta’lim wa al Waqfi fi al Mujtama’at al Islamiyah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research.
