This is because the emotional state of students is always changing. Today's enthusiasm and enthusiasm is not necessarily tomorrow. So that profesional teachers are teachers who are able to manage the class well so that the learning process always runs effectively, efficiently, encouragingly and achieves the expected goals. Teachers who do not carry out classroom management and only position or portray themselves as authority figures or discipnarians tend to fail than teachers who carry out classroom management as a process of establishing and maintaining an effective learning environment. This study aims to describe the application of classroom management through the quiz-quiz trade cooperative learning model in learning Arabic. This model was chosen to get an effective, fun learning atmosphere and of course to help students learn Arabic, especially muhadatsah (conversation). This research was conducted at SMP IT Al Binaa Bekasi class IX with the results that 62.5% of students agreed that they were happy and felt helped by this method, 12.5% strongly agreed, and 22% disagreed. In terms of whether this model makes it easier for students to practice communicating in Arabic, the resulting data is 67.5% agree, 22.5% strongly agree and only 10% choose to disagree. So it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of the quiz-quiz trade in Arabic language learning must be mastered by teachers in managing their classes to achieve effective learning.AbstrakManajemen kelas menjadi masalah yang dihadapi para guru baik guru baru bahkan guru senior sekalipun. Hal ini karena kondisi emosional siswa selalu berubah-ubah. Hari ini semangat dan antusias belum tentu besok. Sehingga guru yang profesional adalah guru yang mampu mengelola kelas dengan baik sehingga proses pembelajaran selalu berjalan efektif, efisien, menggembirakan dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Guru yang tidak melaksanakan manajemen kelas dan hanya memosisikan atau memerankan diri sebagai figur otoritas atau penegak disiplin (authority figures or disclipnarians) cenderung gagal daripada guru yang melaksanakan manajemen kelas sebagai proses pemapanan dan pemeliharaan (establishing and maintaining) lingkungan belajar yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen kelas melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif quiz-quiz trade dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Model ini dipilih untuk mendapatkan suasana belajar efektif, menyenangkan dan tentunya membantu siswa dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab khususnya muhadatsah (percakapan). This study aims to find out in-depth about the empowerment of alumni in improving the quality of human resources at Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation from Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School graduates who have done service. The source of this research is research in the field using primary and secondary sources. The results of this study indicate the definition and empowerment of Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School graduates. Empowerment of alumni who can improve the quality of human resources at Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School through a management function approach by taking into account potential strengths and weaknesses.AbstrakPemberdayaan memiliki peranan penting dalam lembaga pendidikan yang memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Alumni sebagai salah satu stakeholders sekolah memiliki kontribusi yang tidak kecil terhadap sekolah mulai dari: pengelolaan, peningkatan sumber daya manusia, sistem kepemimpinan dan organisasi. Sumber penelitian ini adalah penelitian di lapangan dengan menggunakan sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan definisi dan pemberdayaan alumni Pesantren Al Binaa. This is because the challenges of life that will be faced are growing. Universities need to adjust the curriculum applied in their respective institutions. This research tries to trace the process of curriculum preparation in one of the study programs of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, namely Islamic Religious Education and how the implementation of the learning process is carried out by each lecturer. This research is a qualitative research with a document and field study approach. The results found that the Islamic Religious Education study program, in designing the curriculum with various approaches, both theological, juridical, philosophical, psychological, and technological. The profile of graduates is clearly illustrated and elaborated by the preparation of a curriculum with a mandatory Semester Credit Unit (SKS) of 135 credits with 57 courses. In practice, the lecturers have used various theories in the learning process, whether nativism, constructivism, behaviorism, empiricism, or convergent with the Islamic values that are in accordance with the ideology of Islamic education which is based on humanism theocentrism.AbstrakPerubahan zaman menuntut pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan tantangan kehidupan yang akan dihadapi semakin berkembang. Karenanya, perguruan tinggi perlu menyesuaikan kurikulum yang diterapkan di lembaganya masing-masing. Penelitian ini mencoba menelusuri proses penyusunan kurikulum di salah program studi Fakultas Agama Islam, yaitu Pendidikan Agama Islam serta bagaimana penerapan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh setiap dosen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan pendekatan studi dokumen dan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa program studi PAI, dalam merancang kurikulum dengan berbagai pendektan, baik teologis, yuridis, filosofis, psikologis, dan teknologis. Profil lulusan tergambar dengan jelas dan dijabarkan dengan penyusunan kurikulum dengan Satuan Kredit Semester (SKS) wajib sebanyak 135 SKS dengan 57 mata kuliah. The purpose of this research is to be able to produce or formulate a method of creativity for ABK. The method used in this research is R&D with data analysis techniques used are primary data and secondary data where the data is obtained from the researcher's teaching place and also from existing research either through articles or journals, theses or dissertations. The results of this study indicate that ABK needs the right method in learning activities that will support it, creativity methods are very helpful for ABK in learning, one of which is peer tutoring and interactive games that make it easier for ABK to capture learning. Smart teachers will choose the right method according to what is needed by their students, regardless of race, ethnicity, language because for a teacher it is how the child is able to capture learning with a fun process.AbstrakBanyak sekolah yang tidak mau menerima anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus, dikarenakan susah mendidik dan banyak guru belum mengetahui ilmu untuk mendidik anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus. Ada disisi lain sekolah yang membuka pendidikan inklusi ini untuk semua anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus agar mampu mengembangkan dirinya seperti anak-anak yang normal lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan atau merumuskan metode kreativitas untuk ABK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder di mana data tersebut diperoleh dari tempat mengajar peneliti dan juga dari penelitian yang sudah ada baik itu melalui artikel atau jurnal, tesis maupun disertasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ABK membutuhkan metode yang tepat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang akan menunjangnya, metode kreativitas sangat membantu ABK dalam pembelajaran salah satunya adalah tutor sebaya maupun game interaktif yang memudahkan ABK dalam menangkap pembelajaran. A well-designed and executed curriculum will obtain a good quality education. This research aims to discuss in depth the management of an integrated curriculum, which includes four principles of management, those are: planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling (evaluation). The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method which collects data through interviews. The results showed that curriculum management at SMP Al Wildan Islamic School 3, BSD City applies four management principles, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The curriculum planning model used is a mixture of administrative and grassroots approach. The organization of curriculum carried out the integration between general science and Islamic value with a self-designed and internationally oriented. The program implementation is carried out the class level with a mobile class system and the control group carried out learning outcomes of students and educators.AbstrakKurikulum adalah inti dalam pembelajaran, karena kurikulum itu menentukan arah proses pendidikan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kurikulum yang dirancang dan dijalankan dengan bagus akan menghasilkan kualitas pendidikan yang bagus juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas secara mendalam manajemen kurikulum sekolah Islam terpadu, yang mencakup empat prinsip manajemen, Planning (perencanaan), organizing (pengorganisasian), actuating (pelaksanaan) dan controlling (evaluasi). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskripitif yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen kurikulum di SMP Al Wildan Islamic School 3, BSD City menerapkan empat prinsip manajemen, yaitu planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. Model planning kurikulum yang dilakukan adalah pencampuran antara administrative approach dan grass roots approach. With competent and qualified teachers, it is hoped that they will be able to create an effective learning atmosphere in the classroom. The problems that can be formulated are (1) how to implement classroom management in the teaching and learning process starting from planning and implementation (2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors, and (3) what are the strategies to improve the teaching and learning process. Data collection is done by means of observation. The data analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by describing and analyzing all field data and then making conclusions. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide understanding to prospective teachers and become an evaluation for teachers that the importance of classroom management in order to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process so as to achieve a predetermined goal.AbstrakUntuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, diperlukan peningkatan dan penyempurnaan dalam pendidikan yang berkaitan erat dengan peningkatan mutu Proses Belajar Mengajar secara operasional yang berlangsung di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan Manajemen kelas yang baik agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Dalam Manajemen Kelas, guru sebagai pemeran utama yang sangat menentukan berhasil tidaknya siswa dalam belajar, harus senantiasa memperhatikan dan menciptakan suasana kondusif di dalam kelas. Dengan adanya guru yang berkompeten dan berkualitas diharapkan mampu dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif di dalam kelas. Adapun masalah yang dapat dirumuskan adalah (1) bagaimana implementasi manajemen kelas dalam proses belajar mengajar yang dimulai dari perencanaan dan pelaksanaan (2) Apa faktor penghambat dan pendukungnya, dan (3) bagaimana strategi untuk meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar. This study aims to determine which tahfidz program is suitable for housewives whose working hours are uncertain and must accompany their children. This study uses a type of field research using comparative qualitative methods, comparing the management of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program for housewives in Saudi Arabia and in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the tahfidz Al-Qur'an model for housewives was one who could still be close to their children, carried out in a classroom located close to the participant's house, had educators besides memorizing the Qur'an who also mastered andragogy learning methods, the implementation every working day, there are various choices of classes according to the abilities of the participants, carried out in a place that is not only a place for teaching and learning but also socializing with other mothers. For operational funds, it is hoped that TPQ can be more independent so that they can make programs that are more interesting than the existing ones, and provide even better facilities that make participants comfortable in learning.AbstrakBanyak keutamaan menghapal Al-Qur'an sehingga banyak muslim berusaha melakukannya, tidak terkecuali ibu rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proram tahfidz yag cocok untuk ibu rumah tangga yang jam kerjanya tidak tentu dan harus mendampingi anak-anaknya. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian lapangan mengunakan metode kualitatif komparatif, membandingkan pengelolaan program tahfidz Al-Qur'an untuk ibu rumah tangga di Arab Saudi dengan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat model tahfidz Al-Qur'an bagi ibu rumah tangga adalah yang tetap bisa dekat dengan anaknya, dilakukan di ruangan kelas yang letaknya dekat dari rumah peserta, memiliki pendidik selain hafal Al-Qur'an juga yang menguasai metode pembelajaran andragogi, pelaksanaanya tiap hari kerja, tersedia berbagai pilihan kelas sesuai kemampuan peserta dilakukan di sebuah tempat yang tidak hanya sebagai tempat belajar mengajar namun juga bersosialisasi dengan ibu-ibu lain. The conclusion of this study is that the management of facilities and infrastructure in Islamic educational institutions must be oriented to the principles of being on time, on target and effective.AbstrakSalah satu upaya peningkatan mutu lembaga adalah dengan adanya supervisi, Keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi tersedianya sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai disertai pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, berbicara tentang mutu pendidikan di Indonesia kiranya perlu dilihat beberapa unsur yang mempengaruhinya, seperti kurikulum, isi pendidikan, proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi, kualitas guru, sarana dan prasarana sekolah, dan buku ajar. Keenam elemen ini saling berkait dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas belajar-mengajar, yang berpuncak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan Untuk itu perlu dilakukan supervisi dalam rangka peningkatan penggunaan dan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, agar tujuan yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Dewasa ini masih sering ditemukan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh sekolah tidak optimal penggunaannya dan bahkan tidak dapat lagi digunakan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Hal itu disebabkan oleh kurangnya kepedulian terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki serta tidak adanya pengelolaan yang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menjadikan SDIT Al Hidayah sebagai objek penelitian. Proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan Islam meliputi (1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana (2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana (3) Inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana (4) Pengawasan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana (5) Penghapusan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data pendukung dilakukan melalui interview, penelitian langsung, dan studi pustaka. Dalam penulisan ini, subjek utama informasi adalah kepala sekolah, wakil direktur program penelitian dan wakil direktur kesiswaan, serta beberapa siswa dan guru mata pelajaran serta beberapa staf administrasi sekolah. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah melihat keberhasilan Pesantren Terpadu Al-Kahfi dalam menerapkan manajemen personalia dengan mengacu kepada tujuh kegiatan utama yaitu rekrutmen (pengadaan personalia), pembinaan dan pengembangan personalia, promosi dan mutasi personalia, kompensasi bagi personalia, kesejahteraan personalia, evaluasi personalia, pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research), yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan langsung kelapangan untuk menggali dan meneliti data yang berkenaan dengan efektivitas penerapan menejemen personalia dan Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerapan manajemen personalia di Pesantren Terpadu Al-Kahfi Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2021.
