For this reason, evaporative cooling transformers, gas insulated transformers and other electrical equipment using fluorocarbon as coolant and dielectric have been developed. This paper presents an experimental survey of the main components of decomposition products generated by several faults of electrical equipment using fluorocarbon; here evaporative cooling transformer and gas insulated transformer are taken as example. All experimental studies are carried out by simplified testing setups. The gaseous decomposition products formed during the tests are analyzed and assayed by means of GC/MS (gas chromatography/mass spectrometry) method. The amount of decomposition products varied with temperature, time and discharge capacity are studied. Based on the Back-propagation Neural Network(BPN) and Orthogonal Experimental Design(OED), a Refined BPN (RBPN) is constructed in the searching process. The data cluster, including Locational Marginal Price(LMP), system load, temperature, line-flow, are first collected and embedded in the Excel Database. In order to get a better solution, the OED is used to automatically regulate the parameters during the RBPN training process. Linking the RBPN and Excel database, the RBPN retrieved the input data from Excel Database to perform and analyze the efficiency and accuracy of the predicting system until the forecasting system is convergent. Considering distributed generation types and storage devices, different control strategies are adopted in controller design for different distributed generation units. The interface comprises a couple of back-to-back VSC converters, and exports variable active power and reactive power in order to maintain the power balance inside the microgrid. Apparently, the interface separates the microgird from the AC grid, prevent harmonic component transmitting from one side to the other side and control the active power precisely flowing between microgrid and main grid. Besides, it's also in charge of reactive power compensation and keeping the microgrid voltage stable. Recently, the anode supported planar SOFC becomes a promising candidate for SOFC commercialization due to its higher power density and lower operation temperature. In the work, SOFC and commercially available coal gasifiers and reformer are modeled in MATLAB. The fuel cell and reformer models are built using electrochemical and reaction kinetics equations with empirical data determined parameters using literature data. The integrated semi-empirical IGFC model and simulation guide the selection of appropriate coal gasifier and reformer for a given SOFC in IGFC application. Tests have been done using two different and representative gasifiers with different syngas to fuel the SOFC, to demonstrate the performance difference and the method for identify the best SOFC, gasifier-reformer match. Simulation results showed good consistency with literature data. In order to improve the cable current carrying capacities, thermal material is pumped into pipes to improve the situation of duct heat output. Based on the combinatorial coordinates, a complex computer program employing the finite difference method is developed to calculate the temperature field distributions and current-rating of underground cables in pipes. The calculating results are consistent with results obtained by simulation test and field test. Current-rating influenced by pumping thermal material into pipes from three single conductors to eighteen single conductors are studied. The results reveal that the current-rating of three single conductors can be improved about 5.6% or the temperature of cable cores can be reduced about 7°C for the same circulating current by pumping thermal material into pipes. When six or more cables are laid one another, their current carrying current-rating improved by pumping thermal material into pipes is obviously reduced by the mutual heating effect. Focusing on the characteristics of P-f (active power versus frequency) droop and Q-V (reactive power versus voltage) droop, on the basis of analyzing the variable slope coefficient of droop characteristic, a droop control method of microsources based on divided self-adjusting slope coefficient is proposed in this paper. By calculating the quantity of the load fluctuation, this control method dynamically adjusts the active and reactive power maximums of inverters in the range of the inverter ratings to change the slope coefficients of droop curves. The aim of this method is to decrease the deviation of the frequency and voltage magnitude of the microgrid bus effectively. This type of mechanism has high reliability due to its simple mechani-cal structure. In addition, the operating process of the mechanism is controllable. In this paper, the control technique of PMSM was introduced. A simulation model of the motor control system was established in MATLAB/Simulink. A hardware system, which consists of a breaker, a PMSM and its control device based on TMS320F2812 DSP, was built to test the motor drive mechanism. A total digital position servo system was established by imple-menting the vector control algorithm in the DSP controller. The travel curve of the breaker could be controlled by controlling the movement of the motor. The framework of distributed line is radical, so the method of single terminal fault location is necessary. But, if the traditional power cable fault location method is applied to power cable and overhead line power network, the accuracy of fault location will be affected by the following two questions. Firstly, traveling wave generated by fault will produce reflection and refraction in the power cables and overhead lines connected nodes and this process of reflection and refraction is very complex, as a result traveling wave crest is difficult to detect; secondly,the reflection wave from fault point is difficult to distinguish.
