The article presents the results of an experiment on finding the relationship between the distortion of incoming information and the results of learning a knowledge pattern. Formally, information distortions were achieved by changing the estimates of the fixed evidence and finding the norm of the difference between the vectors of the original and the resulting evidence. Obtaining empirical estimates is the first example of studying the second task of a posteriori inference in a knowledge pattern. The relevance of the study is emphasized by the growing popularity of machine learning and, most importantly, data preparation, since ABS is one of the few models that can work with inaccurate data.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133092188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This type of diagrams is based on information about the intervals between the peak values of a system state variables, while conventional bifurcation diagrams utilize amplitude values. On the example of the RCL-shunted Josephson junction circuit, we demonstrate the distinctive features, which can only be seen in phase diagrams. The combined application of classical and phase bifurcation diagrams allows us to proceed to the adequate construction of multi-parametric dynamical maps by solving the clustering problem. The optimal clustering was obtained with the density-based machine learning method-DBSCAN. The results of the work are algorithms and software in the LabVIEW environment for the construction of one- and two-dimensional bifurcation diagrams, which can be also applied in the design of neuromorphic systems based on emerging nonlinear devices.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116246728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can be regarded as an extension of the adaptive weighted deep forest. First, it is based on the deep forest being an ensemble-based model including a set of the random forests organized in a special form of levels of a forest cascade similarly to layers in neural networks. Second, it is based on introducing a special scheme of assigning the weights to instances in the deep forest, which allows us to adapt the random survival forests at every level to training data. One of the main ideas underlying the proposed model is to introduce and to apply a marginal concordance index (MC-index) as a measure of an instance performance and to compute the weights as functions of the MC-index. Numerical examples with real data illustrate the proposed adaptive model.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123362287","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is a need to analyze data from monitoring systems in order to identify various kinds of anomalies. When generating information about the event, as well as identifying violations, there are a number of tasks associated with identifying inconsistencies between monitoring objects or operational violations. Identification of such anomalies is impossible without applying of additional accounting systems, which store information on employee work schedules, equipment assigned to them, etc. The paper presents an approach that describes the order of use of accounting systems when analyzing data from monitoring systems to detect violations of the regulations.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125379726","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A model of a functional rationalizer of consumer behavior is being built. The software model of the functional rationalizer of consumer behavior (SM FRCB) was developed for the first time. PMFRCB allows the user to expand the number of his preferred needs (occupations, activities) during the daily cycle through intelligent recommendations. Also, SM FRCB allows you to optimize needs (activities, activities) at the cost and rate of their use. The SM FRCB is made in Python_3 using the libraries matplotlib, collections, numpy, pyplot, mplot3d. The analysis of consumer behavior before and after using the functional rationalizer model is carried out. The graphical results of a structural analysis of the costs of old and new consumer behavior, analysis of consumer behavior within the boundaries of the theory of possibilities and the model of transport behavior of a resident before and after applying the functional rationalizer model are presented. The prospects of further improving the SM FRCB are considered.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126396972","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analyst needs to eliminate uncertainties at each stage of modeling and functioning of complex systems. In modeling, an important task is to analyze the uncertainty in order to get high-quality control of a complex system. Next, we will consider complex poorly formalized multicomponent systems that can form a component based on achieving a common goal and/or eliminating uncertainty. In order to eliminate uncertainty at the stage of design and operation of multicomponent systems, or to reduce the degree of its influence, the principle of uncertainty compensation is formulated. The implementation of this principle is to disclose the procedural component of eliminating uncertainties. In this case, the researcher can use various techniques to eliminate uncertainties, but the conceptual framework must remain unchanged.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126232800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Comparison of the social environment is used in comparing profiles in various social networking cites and identifying those that belong to one user. Six similarity coefficients are compared using machine learning methods and mathematical statistics. The selected coefficient will allow us to more accurately compare social circles of users and increase efficiency of the binary classifier (logistic regression) determining pair of profiles in various social networking cite belonging to one user. In addition, results of this study can be used in the analysis of social networking cites, for example, in the tasks of social computing.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"19 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120913951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Those methods are targeted at aggregating assessments provided by the stakeholders of the problematic situation in order to choose the best alternative from the set of given ones. This paper considers ELECTRE, TOPSIS and the Multi-Level Linguistic Decision Making Methodology. In this paper we try to challenge first two methods by comparing it to latter method. One of the biggest challenges of modern Decision Making methods is flexibility to accept not only quantitative assessments but also hybrid ones: qualitative, interval, mixed etc. This brings the necessity for fuzzy computations. Decision Making methods analysis is performed through deep dive in constitution of each method and comparison across the set of elaborated criteria. Key criteria for the Decision Making methods assessment were identified and the comparative analysis on the base of two scenarios of different complexity was elaborated. The conclusion is made that ELECTRE and TOPSIS are well suited for small problems containing only several (less than a dozen) alternatives and criteria while being hardly generalized for the case of poorly structured problems (pollution, hunger, poverty). At the same time, Multi-Level Linguistic Decision Making Methodology excels at analyzing the problem from multiple aspects and considering any number of experts with arbitrary expertise that is beneficial in complex decision making cases.","PeriodicalId":169458,"journal":{"name":"2020 XXIII International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133771823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
