The complex networks under investigation include two cases: one is that all sub networks are self-synchronizing, the other is that there are some sub networks are nonsychronizing. By means of the average dwell time technology of the switched systems, the delay-dependent sufficient conditions and switching signals are proposed for exponential synchronization of entire networks with respect to above two cases. The personalized recommendation system model based on case intelligence have proposed, which is a comprehensive expression with combination representation of human sense, logics and creativity, and can acquire the user's preferences from the former stored cases to satisfy the personalized needs. The paper focuses on how to perform effective demands on massive contents in websites, so rough sets (RS) and radial basis function network (RBF) techniques are selected to conquer problems caused by the large amounts of data. The new recommender firstly drills from the huge data in RS and reducts the main attributes, and then RBF retrieves the most valuable similar case for recommendation, which processes the same similar knowledge reasoning. Then we make further analysis and processing by Hilbert-Huang transform to obtain more information about fault signals. Finally, we establish a second-order sensor model to verify control performance through Matlab/Simulink. Using Texas Instrument's micro controller MSP430F449 and ultrasonic sensor TCT40-16F, an ultrasonic measurement and alarm system with high precision was designed. Adopting the method of MJ echo capture, the system can measure the distance well and truly, and can send the real-time distance data to the LCD screen of system. Once the distance was less than the setting value, the system would alarm immediately. In addition, the system uses temperature sensor for temperature compensation, which effectively improves the ranging accuracy.
