The population of the study was 2709 SSS III students in the public secondary schools in the Nsukka zone of Enugu State, Nigeria. The study was guided by three research questions and three hypotheses. The hypotheses were tested at p£ .05 level of significance. A multi-stage sampling technique was adopted, through which 133 subjects were randomly sampled and used for the study. Mathematics Achievement Test (MAT) instrument containing essay items and developed by the researcher was used for gathering data. The MAT was subjected to experts in Mathematics Education and Measurement and Evaluation areas for face validation and its reliability estimate was determined using the Spearman-Brown proficiency formula which yielded 0.85. The MAT was used for data collection. Data collected with the MAT were analyzed using mean and standard deviations (S.D) to answer the research questions while ANCOVA statistic was used to analyze the hypotheses (p£ .05). Results of the study revealed that the practical work instructional approach is effective in teaching and learning Mathematics. Gender was found not to be a significant factor of variance in mathematics performance when PWIA is used in mathematics instruction, among other issues found in the work. The enrolment of students is not encouraging; rather it is declining over the years particularly in public universities. Consequently, the outflow of Nepalese students has got momentum over two decades; and nearly a half-million Nepalese students are currently enrolled in foreign universities. The quality education in Nepalese universities is crucial for the return as well as the significant inflow of Nepalese students in the universities of their homeland. However, higher education requires a sustainability plan particularly for the resource generation and promotion of scientific research/publications. Long-term vision, mission, and strategic measures are particularly lacking in Nepal universities. This requires setting objectives and attainable milestones along with specific strategic measures and financial planning that are missing now. The contribution of this paper is twofold. First, it proposes a monitoring framework in the form of a regression model to use as a tool and observe the improvement in higher education in the country. Secondly, it has proposed a typical Sustainability Plan considered appropriate to Nepal; however, it might be equally replicable to other universities of the developing world. A mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) research methodology was used to triangulate the results of the research from an interpretive position. The research analyzed and reported on subjective and quantitative data to ascertain knowledge about the participants’ recognition of critical issues affecting the management of ERP tools in academic management in PHEIs in South Africa. In this study, the following groups of participants were purposefully sampled: students, lecturers and management staff working in the three PHEIs in Gauteng. The study found that academic attainment in PHEIs could be enhanced through ERP tools management in ICT integration. The research outcomes suggest that there is enhanced coaching and students' personal interactions through online conference tools, a practice that may be backed up and carry the same weight and recognition as physical learning contact hours. Issues of integration in the selection of any robust, dynamic PHEI tools may call for a firm’s financial readiness and company-wide consultations with potential users of the system. Interviews with lecturers from Durban University of Technology (DUT) and Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) were conducted to tap into their views on the aspect of General Education and establish y impact on learners’ Self-efficacy. The researcher has observed, over many years of lecturing experience at the university that some learners are eager to learn and can address new tasks, while others appear uninterested or unmotivated. Many learners display a high degree of faith in their skills, while others appear uncertain of themselves. The question then arises: What strategies can a classroom teacher or lecturer use to increase learners’ confidence to learn new material? There is an opportunity for the improvement of General Education skills that can enhance learner performance. Hence, the main strategy would be to incorporate General Education Modules into the curriculum. Similar to General Education skills, there is also a lack of Self-efficacy in current learners. Further attention must be devoted to General Education skills, as these are essential. Moreover, these skills appear to be very poor amongst current learners and respondents believed that Self-efficacy could have a positive effect on the academic performance of learners. Specifically, the study assessed the influence of loyalty program on customer relationship management, operational efficiency and profitability. The research was undertaken on ten companies who have implemented some form of loyalty programs through applied research’s in-depth interviews with the top executives. The qualitative methodology was utilised to simplify and manage the collection of data without affecting the environment and context. Data collected were further analysed via Chi-square statistics and the three hypotheses were tested at 5% level of significance. The results indicate that companies have begun to utilise loyalty programs in their operations, though not entirely sweating the programs to attain the best possible value from them. Most importantly, the study concluded on the positive significant relationship between loyalty program and customer relationship management, operational efficiency and profitability in the Zimbabwe loyalty program. Both filled a few highlighted gaps in the literature. Research for the road passenger transportation sub-sector offers useful theoretical and managerial implications as few studies have been conducted for the airline industry, which has successfully implemented loyalty programs through frequent flier schemes. It is recommended that companies should ascertain passenger behaviour through passenger registration, thereby enhancing the sustainability of the relationship. This study provides theoretical support for the importance of loyalty programs as passenger relationship management tools if appropriately applied and implemented. Loyalty programs offer companies across industrial sectors with useful benefits such as brand loyalty, business efficiency due to enhanced planning and profitability due to increase in patronage from passengers who are less sensitive to the marketing efforts of competing brands. One research question and one hypothesis guided the study. The study adopted Quasi-experimental research design. The population for the study was 16 ST 1 students from Government Technical Training School, Jalingo offering Building Construction subject. There was no sampling. The instrument for data collection was Setting-out Test (ST) developed by the researcher. The instrument was validated by three experts. Test re-test was used to establish the reliability of the instrument and a reliability coefficient of 0.83 and 0.87 was obtained for the traditional and documentary video teaching methods respectively. The ST 1 students were arranged in intact groups, A and B; treatment was given to the two groups. Group a students were taught using the traditional method while Group B students were taught using the documentary video. A Pre-Test and Post-test was administered on the two groups under examination condition. The data obtained were analyzed using mean, standard deviation for research question and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) for the hypothesis. Findings from the study indicated that students taught Setting-out with documentary videos performed better than those taught with the traditional teaching method; and there was a significant difference in the performance of students taught Setting-out with documentary video and those taught with traditional teaching method. The objective of this paper is to make the systematic review of COVID spillover and transition towards e-learning education pedagogy through theoretical framework. The study makes systematic review of switchover towards e-learning and spillover effect of COVID-19 and customization of the education pedagogy. In this study, past literature has been utilized to make critical analysis of spillover effect of COVID-19 and impact on education pedagogy by creation of prepositions. The findings of the study reveal that in the exceptional circumstances of COVID-19, e-learning transition has taken place from conventional to e-learning modules. All over the world, countries have shifted towards online education by schooling out but classes in campaign ignited by Chinese government. The research design for this paper was descriptive, longitudinal and a mixed-method approach. The nature of the quasi-experimental approach that was used in the current paper is a non-equivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The target population was CMA students. A census survey was conducted. Findings, which were analysed with the aid of descriptive statistics, indicate a significant correlation in the post-test (Self-efficacy) scores of the group that undertook the General Education Modules and not the group that did not undertake the General Education Modules. This paper recommends the implementation of General Education skills into the curriculum and a model to measure Self-efficacy of students. The study employed a comprehensive survey design which mostly quantitative thus requiring the collection and analysis of data. It tangled both analytical and descriptive research designs. The research targeted 136 project beneficiaries or ‘project clients’ spread across the various target areas. The simple random sampling method was employed. Data compiled was reviewed to fill any gaps for incompleteness and inconsistency. This was to make ensure the exactness of the material provided acquired from the participants, through the continued reviews and comments provided by the Supervisor. Data was re-organized and software called the Statistical package. For social scientists (SPSS) was used to enter the data and analyze it, the results indicated a strong positive correlation people’s cultural attributes and project performance, multinational project management processes and project performance and between project technologies and project performance(r = .535** p ? 0.01, r = .758** p ? 0.01 and r = .656** p ? 0.01) correspondingly. It was concluded that people’s culture attributes, multinational project management and project technologies are pre-requisites for effective project performance in the Power Sector Development Operation Project and Electricity Sector Development project in Uganda and that Project technologies are a better predictor of project performance. Consequently, this study followed an action qualitative method. The overall purpose of the study was to determine the influence of ICT integration in on the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom and to further examine the benefits of using ICT to enhance personal growth, individual performance, critical thinking skills reading and writing skills. The research questions were semi-structured and open-ended. The researcher interviewed nine (9) learners and seven (7) teachers in a two session focus group, first session involved only teachers and last session had only grade 12 learners. The themes of the sessions were documented separately, however, relationship between the themes were identified. The study also performed observation in the classroom to access situations that would have been almost impossible to identify in an interview or a questionnaire. Results shown that a lot still need to be done by the government to initiate the process of integrating ICT in education or empower teachers with ICT skill and to do away with the traditional teaching method. The study however concluded on the positive influence of ICT integration on teaching and learning practices in the classroom for both teachers and learners.
