The data for modelling are often heavily censored. In this case, it is a challenging issue to estimate the parameters. This paper proposes a new estimation method to address this issue. The proposed method estimates the shape parameter of a two-parameter life distribution through combining the concept of aging intensity with a semi-parametric smoothing TTT approach. The aging intensity of the Weibull distribution equals to its shape parameter; the smoothing TTT approach can be used to estimate the empirical aging intensity function, from which three representative values of the shape parameter are defined. Fixing each of them, the scale parameter is estimated using a singleparameter maximum likelihood method. In such a way, three distributions are fitted, from which a regression model is built to approximate the non-parametric estimates of the distribution function. The best model is selected based on the values of regression coefficients. In particular, uncertainties in the manufacturing process inevitably lead to large deviations between the actual output characteristics and the theoretical design values. State-of-art have not considered cost and uncertainty comprehensively enough, and although they can improve batch consistency, the design optimization solution given may not be optimal. To address this issue, this paper proposes an adaptive robust tolerance design (RTD) method that simultaneously considers multiple uncertainties, contribution rate fluctuation, manufacturing cost and quality loss. A quantitative model of epistemic uncertainty is proposed, which can effectively describe the variation of epistemic uncertainty. A cost model and a cost contribution rate model are then proposed, which can realistically reflect the changes in manufacturing cost and cost contribution rate during the optimization process. In addition, a new adaptive RTD method is proposed by combining the traditional RTD method, the uncertainty model and the contribution rate model, which can propose an optimization solution closer to the actual one with minimal cost increase. In this paper, the internal atmosphere contents of the detectors prepared at different degassing conditions are analyzed. The results show that vacuum baking at a relatively low temperature such as 45°C can reach an acceptable internal atmosphere level. Higher baking temperature °fif ((db further reduce the moisture content to about 1000ppmv, which would make the detector more reliable for long-term operation and thus be an ideal choice for degassing. Aiming at the structural characteristics of nuclear power meter power supply system, the reliability analysis method of instrument power supply system based on Monte Carlo-dynamic fault tree is proposed. According to the component composition and connection logic of the instrument power supply system, the dynamic fault tree model is established and Monte Carlo simulation is used to calculate the probability importance index of each component of the system, and suggestions for improving the reliability of the system are proposed. The simulation results show that the method can effectively and accurately quantitatively analyze the reliability of the instrument power supply system, and has the characteristics of strong applicability and high calculation efficiency. Based on the topological characteristics, edge influence degree index is established to measure the structural reliability of district heating network. 0–1 matrix and length weight matrix are constructed to describe the vertex attributes. The value of each element in the 0–1 matrix is taken as the optimization variable to establish the 0–1 nonlinear topology backup optimization model of district heating system, by taking the minimum total length of pipes as the optimization objective and setting the constraints such as connectivity and reliability. Then, the optimization model is solved based on genetic algorithm with the improved coding and decoding methods. The feasible solution transformation method and the elimination method of initial maximization objective function are used to deal with the constraints. As the products performance is generally affected by multiple stresses, optimal design for multiple SSADT is very necessary to guarantee the assessment accuracy and improve the test efficiency. In the current study, a multi-stress step-stress accelerated degradation model is first proposed, which can reasonably depict the comprehensive influence of accelerated stress levels on degradation regulation Then an optimal design method involving a bootstrap-based objective function is constructed, where multiple decision variables involving sample allocation and test time arrangement for each stress level can be simultaneously optimized based on genetic algorithm (GA) and Monte Carlo simulation. Finally, a simulation example is implemented, and a series of conventional methods are compared to illustrate the superiority of the proposed method. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of ship fire environment, it is particularly critical to determine the size and type of fire in the early stage of fire, and then to develop the corresponding extinguishing measures. In this paper, the relationship between different fire product information and fire size is studied through simulation calculation, and a fire identification and prediction method for typical cabin fire of intelligent ship is proposed.
